Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum lagegenauen Zuführen von Druckplatten aus einem Plattenmagazin, bei dem die Druckplatte (1) in dem Plattenmagazin bereitgestellt ist und zum Zwecke des Druckplatten-Wechsels von diesem freigegeben, durch Fördermittel (3) zwischen ein in einem achsparallelen Kanal (41) des Plattenzylinders (4) angeordnetes Klemmschienenpaar (51; 52) einer Klemmeinrichtung (5) verbracht und dort die Soll-Lage der Druckplatte (1) durch deren Kontakt mit zwei Prüfstellen kontrolliert wird und, falls die Druckplatte (1) nicht die Soll-Lage in der Klemmeinrichtung (5) erreicht, das Fördermittel (3) die Druckplatte (1) anschließend freigibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Fördermittel (3) in seine Ausgangsstellung zurück fährt und Druckplatte (1) und Klemmschienen (51, 52) durch andere geeignete Mittel miteinander in Kontakt gebracht werden und/oder die Druckplatte (1) oder die Klemmeinrichtung (5) in Vibration versetzt wird. - Verfahren zum lagegenauen Zuführen von Druckplatten aus einem Plattenmagazin nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese genannten Mittel die Druckplatte (1) erfassen und diese in die Soll-Lage fördern.
- Verfahren zum lagegenauen Zuführen von Druckplatten aus einem Plattenmagazin nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als geeignete Mittel zum Fördern der Druckplatten (1) gummierte Rollen vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren zum lagegenauen Zuführen von Druckplatten aus einem Plattenmagazin nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Plattenzylinder (4) einschließlich der Klemmeinrichtung (5) entgegen der Zuführ-Richtung der Druckplatte (1) bewegt werden.
- Verfahren zum lagegenauen Zuführen von Druckplatten aus einem Plattenmagazin nach Anspruch 1 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nur die Klemmeinrichtung (5) entgegen der Zuführ-Richtung der Druckplatte (1) bewegt wird.
- Verfahren zum lagegenauen Zuführen von Druckplatten aus einem Plattenmagazin nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckplatte (1) oder die Klemmeinrichtung (5) durch geeignete elektromagnetische oder pneumatischen Mittel zur Vibration angeregt wird.
