Description

  • Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Türterminal mit Montageplatte gemaß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1. Das Türterminal weist ein Gehäuse auf, in dem ein Profilzylinder mit einer dazugehörigen elektronischen Schaltungsplatine, ein akustischer Alarmgeber und/oder optische Anzeigemittel, ein Nottaster in Verbindung mit einem Schaltblock zur Freischaltung einer Zuhaltevorrichtung, eine den Nottaster abdeckende Schutzscheibe und eine stationär befestigte Montageplatte, auf der das Gehause lösbar befestigt und mittels eines Sabotagekontaktes absicherbar ist, angeordnet ist.
  • Solche Türterminals finden als kompakte Einrichtung von Notausgangen im zugangsüberwachten Umfeld Anwendung. Ein derartiges Türterminal ist aus der DE 196 52 348 A1 bekannt geworden In einem ortsfest im Türbereich angebrachten Gehäuse befindet sich ein Profilzylinder, der zur Alarmquittierung und Frei/Scharfschaltung der Tür dient. Ferner sind Leuchtdioden für den Betriebszustand "gesichert/ entsichert" im Gehäuse integriert. Im Gehäuse sind des weiteren ein akustischer Alarmgeber und ein Nottaster nebst zwangsöffnenden Schaltblock untergebracht Das auf einem an der Wand fest verankerten Montagesockel angebrachte Gehause ist mittels eines Sabotagekontaktes geschützt. Der Nottaster ist mit einer nicht splitternden Schutzhaube aus Kunststoff gegen unbeabsichtigtes Betätigen versehen. Durch einen kräftigen Schlag brechen im Gefahrenfall Abstandshalter der Schutzhaube ab, wobei der Nottaster gleichzeitig niedergedrückt wird. Die Tür läßt sich dann nahezu ohne Widerstand öffnen, wobei ein akustischer Alarm ausgelöst wird
  • Das Terminalgehäuse wird auf den an der Wand montierten Montagesokkel geschoben und unterseitig an dem Montagesockel befestigt. Aufgrund dieser Befestigungsanordnung ist eine Unterputzmontage, insbesondere in bereits bestehende Systemgehäuse nur schwer oder nicht möglich. da der notwendige Montageraum nicht vorhanden ist. Grundsätzlich ist eine Zugänglichkeit von der Unterseite des Gehäuses hinsichtlich der Möntagehaltung des Monteurs nicht besonders vorteilhaft. Des weiteren besteht die Problematik, daß die im Terminalgehäuse montierten elektrischen Baugruppen mit bauseitigen Zuleitungen verdrahtet sind. Demzufolge muß das gelöste Terminalgehäuse bei Montagearbeiten mit einer Hand fixiert werden, so daß weitere Tätigkeiten nur einhändig ausgeführt werden können. Der vorhandene Sabotagekontakt ist auf einem separaten Haltewinkel angeordnet und wird durch die unterseitige Gehausebefestigung aktiviert. Nachteilig ist dabei, daß die Befestigung des Gehauses mit handelsüblichen Werkzeug gelost werden kann. Der umlaufende Rand des Montagesockels bedingt eine Anpassung an die Gehauseform des Terminals, so daß für verschiedene Gehäusevananten eine entsprechende Anzahl verschiedener Montagesockel angefertigt werden muß.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Türterminal nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 so weiterzuentwickeln, daß eine vereinfachte und universelle Montage möglich ist, wobei optional ein Sabotageschutz realisierbar sein muß Das Türterminal soll sich dabei sowohl für die Aufputz- als auch für die Unterputzmontage eignen.
  • Die Aufgabe der Erfindung wird gelöst durch die Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils des Anspruches 1. Hiermit wird eine Möglichkeit geschaffen, das Terminalgehäuse ausschließlich durch eine frontseitige Zugänglichkeit unter geringer Verschiebung montieren zu können. Die Montage wird erheblich vereinfacht, wobei insbesondere eine Montage in beengten Einbauräumen ermöglicht wird. Diese Montagesituation ergibt sich insbesondere bei der Integration eines Türterminals in bereits bestehende Installatronskästen oder -profile oder bei der Unterputzmontage
  • Der zur Verfugung gestellte Einbauraum muß die Außenabmessungen des Türterminalgehäuses lediglich um die Bautiefe des Drehlagers überragen. Der Einbauspielraum bewegt sich aufgrund der geringen Abmessungen des Drehlagers im Bereich unterhalb eines Zentimeters, so daß auch das frontseitige Erscheinungsbild nicht durch übermäßig ausgebildete Fugen zwischen dem Turterminal und dem umgebenden Installationsgehäuse beeinträchtigt wird.
  • Ein Sabotagekontakt wird direkt auf der Schaltungsplatine angeordnet und beim Montieren des Gehauses durch den Anschlag der Montageplatte aktiviert. Separate Haltewinkel und Zuleitungen für den Sabotagekontakt entfallen. Die Erweiterung eines Türterminals mit dem optionalen Sabotagekontakt bedingt lediglich einen Austausch der Schaltungsplatine, da die Montageplatte durch den Anschlag grundsätzlich für eine derartige Ausbauvariante ausgelegt ist
  • Die Montageplatte ist bauseitig z. B an einer Wand befestigt. vorzugsweise verschraubt, wobei Montageoffnungen in der Montageplatte leicht ausgewolbt sind, um eine sichere Auflage an der Wand zu gewährleisten Bei grundsatzlich allen Montagevananten wird das Gehause anfangs in Richtung der Wand auf die Montageplatte zubewegt, wobei der Anschlag und das-Drehlager als Positionierungshilfe dienen. Anschließend wird das Gehause in eine vorzugsweise C-förmige Lagerschale des Drehlagers verschoben, wobei das freie Ende der Lagerschale in einen Schlitz des Gehäuses eingreift. Des weiteren ist es möglich, das Gehause für Anschlußarbeiten abzuklappen, wobei das Drehlager und ein durch den Schlitz freigeschnittener Steg zusammenwirken. Im Fall der Unterputzmontage muß das Drehlager aufgrund der Bautiefe des Turterminals allerdings in Form einer ausklappbaren und/oder ausfahrbaren Lagervariante ausgebildet sein. Durch den formschlüssigen Eingriff der Lagerschale in den Schlitz in Verbindung mit der Auflage des Gehäuses an dem Anschlag wird eine exakte Positionierung des Gehäuses zur Montageplatte geschaffen. Die exakte Positionierung, insbesondere in Bezug zum Anschlag der Montageplatte, ist für eine zuverlassige Funktion des Schlosses und des auf der Schaltungsplatine befindlichen optionalen Sabotagekontaktes erforderlich, der z. B. als Mikroschalter oder als Reedkontakt ausführbar ist. Der Sabotagekontakt lost einen Alarm in einer Schaltzentrale oder an dem Türterminal aus, so daß unverzüglich entsprechende Maßnahmen eingeleitet werden können Durch das frontseitig bedienbare Schloß, dessen Schließnase bei Betätigung den Anschlag hintergreift, ist das Gehäuse demontagesicher auf der Montageplatte fixiert, da in Verbindung mit der in das Gehause eingreifenden Lagerschale weder eine horizontale noch eine vertikale Bewegung des Gehäuses gegenüber der Montageplatte moglich ist Die Verbindungen zwischen dem Gehäuse und der Montageplatte sind von außen unzugänglich ausgeführt, so daß eine mißbräuchliche und zerstörungsfreie Demontage ausgeschlossen ist Nach Entfernen des Schlüssels ist das Gehäuse nur von berechtigtem Personal zu öffnen.
  • Das Gehäuse kann von befugtem Personal von der Montageplatte gelost werden, um z. B. Reparatur- , Wartungs- oder Anpassungsarbeiten vorzunehmen Zum Entriegeln des Terminals wird das Schloß mittels des Schlüssels zurückgeschlossen und das Gehäuse geöffnet. wobei sich ein Steg des Gehauses im Falle einer Aufputzmontage in der Lagerschale bewegt, so daß eine gelenkige Verbindung zur Montageplatte gebildet wird. Das Gehause wird durch die gelenkige Verbindung formschlüssig an der Montageplatte gehalten und stützt sich mit der Unterseite an der Wand ab. Der Monteur kann beidhändig und in einer vorteilhaften Montagehaltung arbeiten. Arbeiten können bequem von oben ausgeführt werden, bestehende elektrische Verbindung zur bauseitigen Verdrahtung werden keiner mechanischen Belastung unterzogen.
  • Das Terminalgehäuse umschließt die Montageplatte mit Ausnahme des Drehlagers vollständig Somit ist die Montageplatte nicht sichtbar angeordnet, so daß für Variänten des Gehäuses nur eine universelle Montageplatte verwendet wird die nicht an die Form- und Farbgestaltung des Gehäuses angepaßt werden muß Als-Schließmittel eignen sich alle bekannten Schlosser Steckschlösser sind aufgrund des einfachen und robusten Funktionsprinzips besonders vorteilhaft. Insbesondere der einfache Aus- und Einbau bei einem Wechsel der Schließgruppen erleichtert derartige Umbauten.
  • Alle optischen und akustischen Anzeigeelemente des Terminals konnen zentral in ein Modul integriert werden. Es entsteht somit eine insgesamt kompakte und daher preisgünstige Einheit, die hinsichtlich der Nutzung des vorhandenen Raumes in dem Gehäuse des Türterminal optimiert worden ist.
  • Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand von einem in den Zeichnungen mehr oder minder schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert Es zeigt:

  • Gleiche oder gleichwirkende Teile sind mit jeweils gleichen Bezugszeichen bezeichnet.
  • Aus Figur 1 ist der grundsätzliche Aufbau eines Türterminals 1 ersichtlich. Das Türterminal 1 ist im Türbereich in einer sogenannten Aufputzmontage angeordnet, wobei ein Gehäuse 2 an einer ortsfest montierten Montageplatte 3 fixiert ist. In dem Gehäuse 2 befindet sich ein Schloß 4 und ein zur-Alarmquittierung und Frei/Scharfschaltung dienender andeutungsweise dargestellter Profilzylinder 5, der mit einer Schaltungsplatine 6 wirkverbunden ist Im Gehäuse 2 sind des weiteren ein akustischer Alarmgeber 7 und ein Nottaster 8 nebst nicht dargestellten zwangsöffnendem Schaltblock untergebracht. Der Nottaster 8 ist von einem auswechselbaren Modul 9 umgeben, in dem sich ein Halterahmen 10 und ein daran angeordneter Abdeckrahmen 11 mit einer integrierten Schutzscheibe 12 befindet Optional können alle optischen Anzeigemittel 13 in dieses Modul 9 integriert werden.
  • Im Alarmfall wird die Schutzscheibe 12 mit einer definierten Betätigungskraft aus der Ruheposition herausgelöst und dadurch nachfolgend der Nottaster 8 betätigt. Das dadurch ausgelöste Signal bewirkt unter Aussendung eines akustischen und/oder eines optischen Alarmes eine Öffnungsfreigabe der entsprechenden Tür.
  • Das Gehäuse 2 des Türterminal 1 ist aus Druckgußmaterial hergestellt und z B. grün lackiert, während die einteilige Montageplatte 3 aus Metall gestanzt sein kann, das zur Vermeidung von Korrosion anschließend verzinkt wird. Die Montageplatte 3 ist bauseitig z. B. an einer Wand verschraubt, wobei Montageöffnungen 14 in der Montageplatte 3 leicht ausgewölbt sind, um auch an einem unebenen Untergrund eine sichere Auflage zu gewährleisten. An der Montageplatte 3 ist unterseitig ein Drehlager 15 mit einer abstehenden C-förmigen Lagerschale 16 und oberseitig ein abgewinkelter L-förmiger Anschlag 17 mit einem Hinterschnitt 18 ausgebildet. Bei der Aufputzmontage des Türterminals 1 wird das Gehäuse 2 unterseitig auf die Lagerschale 16 des Drehlagers 17 abgesenkt und verschwenkt, wobei das freie Ende der Lagerschale 16 in einen Schlitz 19 des Gehäuses 2 eingreift Nach Abschluß der notwendigen Verbindungsmaßnahmen zwischen den Baugruppen des Gehäuses 2 und der Montageplatte 3 wird das Gehäuse 2 auf die Montageplatte 3 zugeschwenkt Der Anschlag 17 der Montageplatte 3 und die Lagerschale 16 dienen dabei als Positionierungshilfen. Der formschlüssige Eingriff der Lagerschale 6 in den Schlitz 19 in Verbindung mit der Auflage des Gehäuses 2 an dem Anschlag 17 gewährleistet eine exakte Positionierung und somit die zuverlässige Funktion des Schlosses 4 und eines auf der Schaltungsplatine 6 befindlichen optionalen Sabotagekontaktes 20 Der Sabotagekontakt 20 wird durch den Anschlag 17 aktiviert und ist z. B. als Mikroschalter oder als Reedkontakt ausführbar. Der Sabotagekontakt 20 lost einen Alarm in einer Schaltzentrale oder an dem Turterminal 1 selber aus, so daß unverzüglich entsprechende Maßnahmen eingeleitet werden können.
  • Durch das frontseitig bedienbare Schloß 4 dessen Schließnase 21 bei Betätigung eines nicht dafgestellten Schlüssels in einen Hinterschnitt 18 des Anschlages 17 greift, wird das Gehause 2 demontagesicher auf der Montageplatte 2 fixiert. In Verbindung mit der in das Gehäuse 2 eingreifenden Lagerschale 16 ist weder eine horizontale noch einer vertikale Bewegung des Gehäuses 2 gegenuber der Montageplatte 3 möglich. Die Verbindungen zwischen dem Gehäuse 2 und der Montageplatte 3 sind von außen unzugänglich ausgeführt, so daß eine mißbräuchliche und zerstörungsfreie Demontage ausgeschlossen ist Nach dem Entfernen des Schlüssels ist das Gehäuse 2 nur von berechtigtem Personal zu offnen.
  • Das Gehäuse 2 kann nur von befugtem Personal von der Montageplatte 3 gelöst werden, um z. B Reparatur-, Wartungs- oder Anpassungsmaßnahmen vorzunehmen. Zum Öffnen des Türterminals 1 wird das Schloß 4 mittels des Schlüssels zurückgeschlossen und das Gehause 2 nach unten geklappt. Dabei bewegt sich ein durch den Schlitz 19 frei geschnittener Steg 22 des Gehäuses 2 in der Lagerschale 16 so, daß eine gelenkige Verbindung zur Montageplatte 3 gebildet wird. Das Gehause 2 wird durch diese gelenkige Verbindung formschlüssig an der Montageplatte 3 gehalten und stützt sich mit der Unterseite an der Wand ab. Der Monteur kann beidhändig und in einer vorteilhaften Montagehaltung arbeiten Arbeiten können bequem von oben ausgeführt werden. Bestehende elektrische Verbindungen zur bauseitigen Verdrahtung werden keiner mechanischen Belastung unterzogen.

Claims (8)

  1. Türterminal mit einem Gehäuse (2), in dem
    - ein Profilzylinder (5) mit einer dazugehörigen elektrischen Schaltplatine (6),
    - ein akustischer Alarmgeber (7) und/oder optische Anzeigemittel (13),
    - ein Nottaster (8) in Verbindung mit einem Schaltblock zur Freischaltung einer Zuhaltevorrichtung,
    - eine den Nottaster (8) abdeckende Schutzscheibe (12) und
    - eine stationäre befestigte Montageplatte (3), auf der das Gehäuse (2) lösbar befestigt ist und mittels eines Sabotagekontaktes (20) absicherbar ist, angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    - dass die Montageplatte (3) ein Drehlager (15) mit einer Lagerschale (16) und einen Anschlag (17) aufweist,
    - dass das Gehäuse (2) einen durch einen Schlitz (19) freigeschnittenen Steg (22) und ein frontseitig bedienbares Schloss (4) aufweist,
    - dass der freigeschnittene Steg (22) in der Lagerschale (16) bewegbar ist, so dass eine gelenkige Verbindung zur Montageplatte (3) gebildet ist,
    - dass das Drehlager (15) unterseitig und der Anschlag (17) oberseitig an der Montageplatte (3) und der freigeschnittene Steg (22) unterseitig und das frontseitig bedienbare Schloss (4) oberseitig an dem Gehäuse (2) angeordnet sind, und
    - dass das Gehäuse (2) die Montageplatte (3) mit Ausnahme des Drehlagers (15) vollständig umschließt.
  2. Türterminal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Sabotagekontakt (20) direkt auf der im Gehäuse (2) montierten Schaltungsplatine (6) angeordnet ist und durch den Anschlag (17) aktivierbar ist.
  3. Türterminal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehlager (15) eine C-förmige Lagerbuchse (16) aufweist.
  4. Türterminal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (17) L-förmig von der Montageplatte (3) vorsteht.
  5. Türterminal nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (17) einen Hinterschnitt (18) aufweist.
  6. Türterminal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageplatte (3) einteilig und gestanzt ausgebildet ist.
  7. Türterminal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schloss (4) ein Steckschloss ist.
  8. Türterminal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein frontseitig angeordnetes auswechselbares Modul (9) mit einem verriegelbaren, eine Schutzscheibe (12) aufweisenden Abdeckrahmen (11) und einem Montagerahmen (10) und optional mit allen optischen Anzeigemitteln (13) ausgebildet ist.
