Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein ungekühltes oder zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel mit einem Warenpräsentationsraum und wenigstens einer um eine Drehachse schwenkbaren Frontblende entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des Auspruchs 1.
Unter dem Begriff "Warenpräsentationsmöbel" seien Möbel zum Präsentieren sowie zum Lagern von Waren zu verstehen.
Derartige gattungsgemäße Möbel, insbesondere (Kühl)Regale (siehe EP-A-0089556), können eine um eine Drehachse schwenkbare Frontblenden aufweisen. In der Figur 1 ist eine seitliche Schnittdarstellung durch ein derartiges Möbel - hier ein Kühlregal 1 - gezeigt. Bei diesem sind in dem Warenpräsentationsraum 2 Warenpräsentationsböden 3 und 4 zum Zwecke der Lagerung und Präsentation von Waren vorgesehen. An der dem Kunden zugewandten Seite 5 weist das Kühlregal eine Frontblende 7 auf. Diese Frontblende 7 dient insbesondere dazu, ein "Herausfallen" des Kühlluftstromes, der entlang der Vorderkanten der Warenpräsentationsböden 3 und 4 von oben nach unten geführt wird, aus dem Möbel 1 zu verhindern. Im Regelfall weist eine derartige Frontblende 7 zudem eine Stoßleiste auf, die die negativen Folgen des Anstoßens von Einkaufswägen an dem Möbel verringern sollen.
Die Frontblende 7 steht über einen Hubbügel 8 mit einer an der Rückwand des Warenpräsentationsraumes angeordneten Befestigungsvorrichtung - beispielsweise einem Scharnier - in Wirkverbindung und kann um die so definierte Drehachse 6 verschwenkt werden. In der Figur 1 strichpunktiert dargestellt ist die vollständig nach oben verschwenkte Frontblende 7.
Die Schwenkbewegung der Frontblende 7 bzw. des Hubbügels 8 kann durch entsprechende Gas(druck)fedem 9 unterstützt werden.
Nachteilig bei der in der Figur 1 dargestellten Konstruktion ist jedoch, daß diejenigen, in der Figur gestrichelt dargestellten Warenpräsentationsböden 4, die sich im Schwenkbereich der Frontblende 7 bzw. des Hubbügels 8 befinden, eine geringere Länge aufweisen (müssen), als die außerhalb des Schwenkbereiches angeordneten Warenpräsentationsböden 3. Dies ist deswegen nachteilig, da derartige Möbel in bestimmten Standardmaßen produziert und folglich auch die darin vorzusehenden Warenpräsentationsböden in entsprechenden Standardmaßen hergestellt werden. Die in der Figur 1 dargestellte Schwenkkonstruktion erhöht jedoch aufgrund der erforderlichen kürzeren Warenpräsentationsböden 4 - und damit auch der entsprechenden Beleuchtungs- sowie Preisschienen - die Teilevielfalt erheblich, woraus eine Verteuerung des Möbels resultiert.
Ein wie in der Figur 1 dargestelltes Möbel kann auch dahingehend ausgebildet sein, daß im Schwenkbereich keine Warenpräsentationsböden vorgesehen werden, sondern dieser Bereich zur Aufnahme eines Containers, vorzugsweise eines Rollcontainers, oder einer Palette ausgebildet ist. Mittels derartiger Container oder Paletten werden im Regelfall Massenwaren, wie beispielsweise Milch oder Butter, die nicht manuell in das Möbel bzw. auf die Warenpräsentationsböden eingeordnet werden, eingebracht. Abverkaufte und damit leere Container oder Paletten können durch volle Container bzw. Paletten ersetzt werden; das Ein- und Ausfahren der Container bzw. Paletten ist aufgrund der verschwenkbaren Frontblende 7 auf einfache Weise möglich.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein gattungsgemäßes Warenpräsentationsmöbel anzugeben, das die angeführten Nachteile vermeidet.
Das erfindungsgemäße Möbel ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachse der schwenkbaren Frontblende im vorderen Bereich des Warenpräsentationsraumes angeordnet ist.
Unter dem Begriff "vorderer Bereich" sei im Regelfall sowie im folgenden der dem Kunden zugewandte Bereich des Warenpräsentationsmöbels zu verstehen.
Abhängig von der Art des Möbels und insbesondere dann, wenn das Warenpräsentationsmöbel Einbauten, wie beispielsweise Warenpräsentationsböden aufweist, ist - gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Warenpräsentationsmöbel - die Drehachse der schwenkbaren Frontblende vor den Einbauten angeordnet.
Dies hat zur Folge, daß der Schwenkbereich der Frontblende sowie des Hubbügels vor diese möglichen Einbauten verlagert wird, so daß im Falle des Vorsehens von Warenpräsentationsböden nunmehr im gesamten Warenpräsentationsraum identische Warenpräsentationsböden eingesetzt werden können. Dadurch wird die bisher erforderliche Teilevielfalt - wie sie oben erläutert ist - deutlich reduziert.
Das erfindungsgemäße Warenpräsentationsmöbel weiterbildend wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Drehachse der schwenkbaren Frontblende an einem im vorderen Bereich des Warenpräsentationsraumes vorgesehenen Ständer angeordnet ist .
Das erfindungsgemäße Warenpräsentationsmöbel sowie weitere Ausgestaltungen desselben seien anhand des in der Figur 2 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. Die Figur 2 zeigt ebenfalls eine seitliche Schnittdarstellung durch ein Kühlregal, in dem die Lagerung und Präsentation der Waren auf Warenpräsentationsböden erfolgt.
Das Warenpräsentationsmöbel 11 weist in seinem Warenpräsentationsraum 12 mehrere übereinander angeordnete Warenpräsentationsböden 13 auf. Auf der dem Kunden zugewandten Seite 15 des Warenpräsentationsmöbels 11 ist vor den Warenpräsentationsböden 13 ein Ständer 20 vorgesehen, an dem die Frontblende 17 bzw. deren Hubbügel 18 um eine Drehachse 16 schwenkbar gelagert ist.
Ferner sind eine oder mehrere, die Schwenkbewegung der Frontblende 17 unterstützende Gasfedem 19 vorgesehen.
Gestrichelt gezeichnet ist die Frontblende 17 in ihrem aufgeklappten Zustand dargestellt.
Im Gegensatz zu dem in der Figur 1 dargestellten Warenpräsentationsmöbel können nunmehr innerhalb des Warenpräsentationsraumes 12 identische Warenpräsentationsböden 13 vorgesehen werden.
Neben der in der Figur 2 dargestellten Anordnung der Drehachse 16 an dem Ständer 20, sind für den Fachmann weitere Möglichkeiten der Befestigung des Hubbügels sowie der Frontblende und damit der Anordnung der Drehachse, beispielsweise an einer in der Seitenwand des Kühlregales vorgesehenen Befestigungsvorrichtung, denkbar.
Ein weiterer Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Warenpräsentationsmöbels ist darin zu sehen, daß die Masse der beweglichen Teile - insbesondere aufgrund der Verkürzung des Hubbügels 8 - verringert wird, so daß das Aufschwenken der Frontblende 17 für das Bedienpersonal erleichtert wird.
Für den Betreiber eines derartigen Warenpräsentationsmöbels ergibt sich zudem der Vorteil, daß ihm nunmehr eine größere Gestaltungsmöglichkeit hinsichtlich des Warenpräsentationsraumes 12 zur Verfügung steht. Verzichtet er beispielsweise auf die in der Figur 2 dargestellten, zwei unteren Warenpräsentationsböden, so kann das Kühlregal als Containerregal genutzt werden.

Claims (5)

  1. Ungekühltes oder zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel mit einem Warenpräsentationsraum und wenigstens einer um eine Drehachse schwenkbaren Frontblende, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachse (16) der schwenkbaren Frontblende (17) im vorderen Bereich des Warenpräsentationsraumes (12) angeordnet ist.
  2. Ungekühltes oder zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Warenpräsentationsmöbel (11) Einbauten, beispielsweise Warenpräsentationsböden (13) aufweist und die Drehachse (16) der schwenkbaren Frontblende (17) vor den Einbauten angeordnet ist.
  3. Ungekühltes oder zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachse (16) der schwenkbaren Frontblende (17) an einem im vorderen Bereich des Warenpräsentationsraumes (12) vorgesehenen Ständers (20) angeordnet ist.
  4. Ungekühltes oder zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der schwenkbaren Frontblende (17) wenigstens eine die Schwenkbewegung unterstützende Gasfeder (19) zugeordnet ist.
  5. Ungekühltes oder zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Warenpräsentationsmöbel (11) zur Aufnahme eines Containers ausgebildet ist.
