Description
Claims (12)
- Appareil de cuisson domestique comportant au moins un brûleur à gaz, au moins un injecteur (5) alimentant le brûleur à gaz, au moins un support intermédiaire (12) supportant l'injecteur (5) et étant suffisamment rigide pour maintenir la position relative de l'injecteur (5) par rapport au brûleur, caractérisé en ce que le support intermédiaire (12) relie l'injecteur (5) à une ou plusieurs parties de l'appareil qui sont thermiquement isolées du brûleur.
- Appareil de cuisson domestique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil est un four gaz (13) comportant un moufle (11), une boíte sole (3) comprenant le brûleur à gaz et étant située sous le moufle (11), et en ce que le support intermédiaire (12) relie l'injecteur (5) à une ou plusieurs parties du four (13) qui ne sont ni le brûleur, ni l'une des pièces reliée au brûleur par un pont thermiquement conducteur, ni la boíte sole (3), ni le moufle (11).
- Appareil de cuisson domestique selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le support intermédiaire (12) relie l'injecteur (5) à la structure externe (9, 10) du four (13).
- Appareil de cuisson domestique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil est une table de cuisson gaz, et en ce que le support intermédiaire (12) relie l'injecteur (5) à une ou plusieurs parties de la table de cuisson qui ne sont ni le brûleur, ni l'une des pièces reliée au brûleur par un pont thermiquement conducteur.
- Appareil de cuisson domestique selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le support intermédiaire (12) relie l'injecteur (5) au carter de la table de cuisson.
- Appareil de cuisson domestique caractérisé en ce que l'appareil est une cuisinière gaz comportant un four gaz (13) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 3 et une table de cuisson gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 5.
- Appareil de cuisson domestique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support intermédiaire (12) comporte un porte-injecteur (6) portant l'injecteur (5) et un élément de liaison (7) reliant le porte-injecteur (6) à une ou plusieurs parties de l'appareil qui sont thermiquement isolées du brûleur, le porte-injecteur (6) et l'élément de liaison (7) formant une structure monobloc.
- Appareil de cuisson domestique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support intermédiaire (12) comporte un porte-injecteur (6) portant l'injecteur (5) et un élément de liaison (7) reliant le porte-injecteur (6) à une ou plusieurs parties de l'appareil qui sont thermiquement isolées du brûleur, le porte-injecteur (6) et l'élément de liaison (7) étant deux pièces distinctes.
- Appareil de cuisson domestique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (7) est une barre.
- Appareil de cuisson domestique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (7) est une plaque.
- Appareil de cuisson domestique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (7) est une tôle métallique comportant des plis dans plusieurs axes.
- Appareil de cuisson domestique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, d'une part les parties de l'appareil sont suffisamment thermiquement isolées du brûleur et d'autre part le ou les matériaux constituant le support intermédiaire (12) possèdent une conductivité thermique suffisamment faible, pour que, en mode de fonctionnement, l'injecteur (5) reste à une température relativement froide par rapport à la température du brûleur.
