Definitions
- the invention relates to a device according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- Such known devices such as EP 0 555 725 or DE-C 38 41 381, have one either directly or via a molded block into a passage opening in a reaction chamber arranged exchange box, inside which the hot fire nozzle or expansion nozzle is detachably received via a mounting flange, so that the nozzle can be replaced with a new nozzle in the event of damage.
- the exchange box and nozzle extend to the inside of the furnace extend and in particular arranged flush with the inner surface of the furnace wall are, which leads to significant wear problems, since the atmosphere inside the furnace must be described as extremely aggressive.
- Such a wear-related Exchange of nozzle and exchange box is with a corresponding material and Labor associated.
- the object of the invention is to provide a device which is not only easy to assemble but also includes a wear-reducing arrangement or receptacle of the nozzle and in particular enables a quick replacement of a destroyed nozzle. Also the receiving box is intended to be largely exposed to the aggressive interior atmosphere remain spared from the oven.
- a molded block is placed in front of the receiving box for protection, which in particular via fastening anchors on the end face of the receiving box attached and is mainly releasably attached. Furthermore, is inside the receiving box the nozzle detachably added so that it can be exchanged for another nozzle if necessary can be. Furthermore, the nozzle is arranged within the receiving box in such a way that the front nozzle section at a distance from that preferably with the adjacent The inner wall is flush with the inside end face of the shaped block and thus also with respect the inner surface or the interior of the furnace is arranged, which is advantageous for is the wear reduction.
- the preformed stone is a prefabricated element what has the advantage that the shaped block specifically within a plant to the application needs can be prefabricated and thus the molded block designed for optimal operating conditions is. In the case of such shaped stones, it is important that they have an exact composition between dry matter and water must be ensured to during operation to avoid that the molded block is susceptible to wear, especially porous.
- the molded block and the receiving box via an expansion joint opposite the inner wall the through hole of the reaction chamber arranged which is manufacturing technology expediently takes place in that after fastening the receiving box on the Portions of the outer wall of the reaction chamber set in the through opening
- Apply a suitable coat of thick paint to the molded block and the receiving box or one Fireproof felt fabric is handled in the manner of a mat, taking thick paint and Felt fabrics can decompose more or less during operation.
- the front nozzle section within the shaped block with an annular gap opposite the inner shell of the shaped block is arranged, the annular gap through a packing can be bridged. This not only makes it easier to insert the nozzle a possible exchange but also the removal of the nozzle.
- the transfer of vibrations caused by the operation of the air blast device on the others Components reduced.
- This will form stone and in particular the device surrounding sections of the furnace wall hardly affected by vibrations, so that effectively the risk of cracking can be prevented, which is a considerable advantage represents the device according to the invention.
- the device stands out characterized in that the parts can be assembled and disassembled very easily, the The receiving box and the nozzle are largely protected and therefore the service life is essential is longer than in known devices and also the surrounding furnace wall largely is kept vibration-free.
- the molded block is expediently in one piece, which favors simple assembly. Further is the receptacle on the molded block appropriate via a screw connection or another releasable connection, such as a clamp connection, is fastened so that the receiving box can be removed from the stone. All you need to take out the nozzle the cover plate can be removed, with which the nozzle is then also lifted becomes. If the nozzle is stuck, the screw connection between the nozzle and Cover plate can be solved and then the cover plate can be removed and finally the nozzle can be removed. Also the removal of the shaped stone, even if this as a result furnace operation is stuck due to mass to be added, can be easily carried out, which in turn is favored by the expansion joint.
- the one according to the invention is also expedient Design of the nozzle, which tapers conically on the one hand and then in parallel walls runs out on the inside of the furnace and on average perpendicular to it over a small opening angle expands what offers fluidic advantages.
- Figure 1 shows a receiving box 1, which is preferably made of sheet steel or cast can be and preferably from the outside in a through opening 2 of the wall 3 a reaction chamber is inserted and arranged.
- the outer casing of the receiving box 1 is adapted to the geometry of the through opening, mostly either rectangular or round.
- the receiving box 1 has a circumferential internally drawn shoulder 4, which forms the inside end face of the receiving box 1.
- the receiving box 1 is placed in front of a shaped block designated 5, which in its Outer contour as well as the receiving box 1 adapted to the contour of the through opening is.
- the shaped block 5 is a prefabricated part and made of a refractory mass or ceramic mass.
- 5 anchors are in the molded block 6 embedded, which protrude from the outside of the molded block and as a connecting bolt for attachment to the receiving box 1, here by a screw connection, serve, the screw nut is designated 7.
- the screw nut is designated 7.
- at least two screw anchors 6 are provided.
- a screw connection can also be another suitable detachable connection, in particular a clamp connection be provided.
- a welded connection would also be possible, in which case however, to remove the receiving box 1 the connection must be destroyed by an abrasive witch or the like.
- the receiving box 1 On the outside, that is, outside the wall 3 of the reaction chamber, the receiving box 1 depending on the outwardly drawn mounting flange 8, on which one designated 9 Cover plate is attached, here by screw connections 10 distributed over the circumference.
- the cover plate 9 in turn carries a tube 10 with an end arranged Connection flange 11, which is used to attach the air blast device, which is useful again by means of screw connections not shown here.
- the cover plate 9, the Tube 10 and the connecting flange 11 can be welded or cast Execution be made.
- On the cover plate 9 is in turn detachable, that is interchangeable, the hot fire nozzle or expansion nozzle 12 attached and that in the here shown Embodiment again via a screw connection, which can be seen in Figure 2 and is given the reference number 13.
- the Attachment of the hot fire nozzle provided two flange-like tabs 14 projecting outwards, however, a circumferential flange or the like is also provided can be.
- the receiving box 1 is via a mounting flange 15, here as a flat iron frame formed, preferably attached by welding, the outer wall here a steel wall 16 is formed. In the case of a flat iron frame, this is also with the Receptacle box 1 welded.
- the shaped block 5 which is a prefabricated molded part made of refractory material, for example Silicon carbide material or ceramic material is preferably formed in one piece, however, the shaped block 5 can expediently also be made up of several parts be, for example, from an upper part and a lower part or four side parts be formed in the case of a rectangular design of the shaped block, the side parts form the four rectangular walls.
- the nozzle is with its front Section 17 opposite the end face 18 flush with the inside of the furnace wall 3 offset towards the rear so that the front of the nozzle is subject to wear is protected.
- the front section 17 of the nozzle 12 at a certain circumferential distance from the inner wall of the shaped block 5 is arranged, the annular gap being provided with the reference number 19.
- This ring gap is preferably bridged via a seal packing 20, but this is only shown in FIG. 1 is shown.
- the nozzle which is suitably made of a wear-resistant metal alloy is, there is no connection with the shaped stone, so that they are easily excavated can.
- a seal packing could also be dispensed with, because during of operation material accumulates within the annular gap 19 and builds this up.
- the ring game 19 ensures advantages when removing the nozzle 12, since this despite baking of material within the annular gap 19 easily excavated to the outside can be. If a packing 20 is missing, bulk goods would only be in the rear located chamber 21 of the receiving box discharged and could be removed the nozzle can be easily removed after unscrewing the cover plate 9, so that then the nozzle 12 can be removed.
- the between shaped stone 5, receiving box 1 and the inner wall of the through opening 2 provided expansion joint, which is also an annular gap is designated by the reference numeral 21.
- the receiving box 1 is first over the mounting flange 15 attached to the outside of the reaction chamber, in the illustrated embodiment by welding to the steel wall 16 via a flat iron frame 15 the receiving box 1 with the form stone attached and fastened to the receiving box 1 5 inside the through hole 2. Then the furnace wall around the device forming refractory mass 22 provided.
- the expansion joint 21 can be ensured be that molded stone and receiving box 1 either with a coat of paint be provided from a mass that burns or is destroyed during operation or that around the shaped stone 5 and the receiving box 1 in a fireproof felt fabric Kind of a mat or the like is arranged, which then more during operation or less can resolve.
- the expansion joint 21 has the advantage that due to the shock-like vibrations within the device caused by the operation of the air blast device are generated, hardly any vibrations are transmitted to the surrounding furnace wall be so that the risk of cracking within the furnace wall is reduced.
- the same advantage results from the annular gap 19, since it has the expansion joint there both the front nozzle section, which is made of a high quality material Nozzle 12 as well as the inner jacket of the shaped block made from complex refractory material 5 largely from loads during operation as a result of the operation of the Air blast device is spared vibrations.
- the nozzle 12 has one particularly advantageous shape, which is optimized with regard to flow technology.
- the nozzle widens from the area of the connection to the cover plate 9 towards the inside of the oven and advantageously over the entire length of the nozzle and at a comparatively small opening angle between 10 and 20 degrees, in particular around the range of 15 degrees.
- the section is perpendicular to it, like figure 2 identifies the nozzle starting from the connection to the cover plate 9 conically inwards tapered, but with the front region of the nozzle inside the shaped block is carried out with parallel walls 23 and 24.
- the inner jacket is advantageously of the shaped stone slightly tapered to the outside and rounded off at 25, so that the nozzle can be easily inserted into the opening of the shaped block 5.
- the stabilization is in the front nozzle section 17 in the illustrated embodiment in the middle there is a web 26 which can also be seen in FIG. 3 and which connects the parallel walls 23 and 24 connects together.
- a web 26 which can also be seen in FIG. 3 and which connects the parallel walls 23 and 24 connects together.
