Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur austauschbaren Anordnung von Heißbrand- oder Expansionsleitdüsen in den Wänden verfahrenstechnischer Reaktionskammern und -öfen zur Entfernung von Materialanbackungen und - aufstauungen an Ofeninnenwänden, gekennzeichnet durch ein in der Ofenwandung (2) angeordnetes Wechselrohr (1), das sich von der Ofenaußenseite über einen Teil der Stärke der Ofenwand (2) in Richtung auf die Ofeninnenseite erstreckt und an welches ofenseitig ein Düsenmundstück (5) angesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Wechselrohr (1) bis zu einer Ausnehmung (14) der Ofenwand im Bereich der Ofeninnenseite erstreckt, wobei das Düsenmundstück in der Ausnehmung (14) mit feuerfestem Material hinterfüllt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Düsenmundstück (5) ein Rohr (6) zugeordnet ist, das am Düsenmundstück anschließt, insbesondere mit diesem in Verbindung steht und das sich durch das Wechselrohr (1) hindurch zur Ofenaußenseite zum Anschluß eines Luftstoßgerätes erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem sich über das Wechselrohr (1) hinaus erstreckenden Ende des Rohres (6) ein Außengewinde vorgesehen ist, auf das eine Gewindemuffe (15) zur kraftschlüssigen Fixierung des Düsenmundstückes (5) auf dem Wechselrohr (1) aufgeschraubt ist, die mit einem Flansch (17) zur Verbindung mit einem Luftstoßgerät versehen ist oder alternativ eine Steckverbindung von überstehendem Rohrende und einer Muffe (15) vorgesehen ist, die mit einem Anschlußflansch für das Luftstoßgerät versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das düsenmundstückseitige Ende des Wechselrohres (1) in das ofenaußenseitig zugewandte Ende des Düsenmundstückes (5) eingreift und zwar vorzugsweise in einem umlaufenden Kragen oder umlaufende Nut (18) und ggf. im Eingriffsbereich eine hitzebeständige Dichtung vorgesehen sein kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Außenkante eines verringerten Umfanges (7) des Wechselrohres (1) und dem normalen Umfang des Wechselrohres (1) um den verringerten Umfang (7) verteilt, vorzugsweise vier Laschen (8) vorgesehen sind, und daß am Anschlußende des Düsenmundstückes (5) Zähne und Ausnehmungen (23) dazu vorgesehen sind, in die die Laschen (8) am Wechselrohr (1) eingreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorher gehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß um den Innenumfang des Wechselrohres (1) verteilte Längsrippen (12) angeordnet sind, die im Bereich des äußeren Endes des Wechselrohres (1) zur Öffnung des Wechselrohres (1) weisende Führungsschrägen (12b) haben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im außenliegenden Bereich des Wechselrohres (1) Bohrungen (13), zur Belüftung des Wechselrohrinnenraumes vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (14) in der Innenseite der Ofenwand (2) im Betrieb der Heißbranddüse mit entsprechend ausgeformeten Feuerfeststeinen (20, 25) ausgefüllt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formsteine (20, 25) mit Ankern (22) in Bohrungen (9) in den Laschen (8) des Wechselrohres (1) eingehängt sind, oder direkt an dem Heißbranddüsen-Mundstück (5) befestigt und mit diesem gemeinsam montiert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Verwendung eines um insbesondere 90° abgewinkelten Heißbranddüsen-Mundstückes (5) auf der zur Ofen innenseite weisenden Wandung des Mundstückes (5) Feuerfestmasse angeordnet ist, die ggf. durch eine Armierung (21) fixiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Armierung (21) gitter-, rost- oder wabenartig, insbesondere aus abgekanteten Metallstreifen gebildet ist, die vorzugsweise miteinander verbunden sind.
