Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- Zündsatz bestehend aus mindestens einem Initialsprengstoff, mindestens einem wärmeableitenden Zusatz, mindestens einem Oxidationsmittel und einem Bindemittel.
- Zündsatz gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Initialsprengstoff Bleiazid, Diazodinitrophenol, Silberazid, Pikrat oder Trizinat, vorzugsweise Bleipikrat eingesetzt wird.
- Zündsatz bestehend aus einem wärmeableitenden Initialsprengstoff oder einem wärmeableitenden Initialsprengstoff mit wärmeableitendem Zusatz und einem Bindemittel.
- Zündsatz gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als wärmeableitender Initialsprengstoff Silberazid verwendet wird.
- Zündsatz gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als wärmeableitender Zusatz anorganische oder organische wärmeaufnehmende Substanzen, vorzugsweise Metalle, Metallverbindungen oder metallorganische Verbindungen verwendet werden.
- Zündsatz bestehend aus einem Bestandteil, der heiße Reaktionspartikel erzeugt, einem Oxidationsmittel und einem Bindemittel.
- Zündsatz gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der heiße Reaktionspartikel erzeugende Bestandteil aus Zirkon in unterschiedlichen Kristallmodifikationen, Titan oder deren Mischungen besteht.
- Zündsatz gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als wärmeableitender Zusatz Zirkon, Aluminium, Titan, Ferrotitan, Metallverbindungen, vorzugsweise Zirkonborid oder Zirkonhydrid oder eine Mischung dieser wärmeableitenden Zündsätze verwendet wird.
- Zündsatz gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Oxidationsmittel KCIO3 und/oder KCIO4 verwendet wird.
- Zündsatz gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, daß als Bindemittel Polyvinylacetat, Polysulfon oder Polyethersulfon, vorzugsweise Polyvinylacetat verwendet wird.
- Zündsatz gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus 20 bis 80 Teilen Pikrat, 80 bis 20 Teilen einer Mischung aus wärmeableitendem Zusatz gemäß Anspruch 5 und Oxidationsmittel gemäß Anspruch 8 und 1 bis 6 Teilen Bindemittel gemäß Anspruch 9, vorzugsweise 4 Teilen Bindemittel gemäß Anspruch 9 besteht.
- Zündsatz gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mischung aus wärmeableitendem Zusatz und Oxidationsmittel aus 60 bis 90 Teilen wärmeableitendem Zusatz und 10 bis 40 Teilen KClO4 besteht.
