Abstract
Description
Brandenburg GmbH, Butzbacher Weichenbau GmbH: Wegbereiter moderner Weichentechnologie, S. 21, ist eine derartige Befestigungsplatte bekannt, die ein Langloch aufweist, ohne dass jedoch dessen Funktion erläutert wird.

Befestigungsöffnungen 22c versehen ist, über die der Verschlusskasten 22 fest mit der Backenschiene verschraubt ist. Hierzu dient eine Weichenschraube 24, an deren U-förmigem Steg (nicht dargestellt) in einem zur Lage der Standardbohrungen der Bahn AG korrespondierenden Abstand zwei Schraubenbolzen fixiert sind. Die Schraubenbolzen der Weichenschraube 24 werden durch vorhandene Bohrungen in den Backenschienen gesteckt, das Verschlussstück 22 mit der Befestigungsplatte 22b auf die Gewindebolzen aufgesteckt und das Verschlussstück 22 mit Weichenmuttern 26 befestigt. Weichenmuttern besitzen eine definierte Schlüsselweite, für die im beschränkten Werkzeugsatz der Weichenschlosser das geeignete Werkzeug vorhanden ist. Um ein Lösen der Weichenmuttern 26 zu verhindern, wird deren Rotationsbewegung durch ein Sicherungsblech 28 verhindert, das wiederum durch einen Sicherungsbolzen 30 mit Sicherungssplint 32 gegen Herausfallen gesichert ist (siehe Fig. 2).
Schieberstange 14 sind zwischen den Schenkeln 22a und 22b des Verschlussstückes geführt, so dass ein ausreichender Freiraum zwischen der Innenwandung 40 einer Hohlschwelle, in der der Klammerverschluss untergebracht ist und den Schenkeln 22 des Verschlusskastens verbleibt. Um einen wirksamen Wanderschutz in Längsrichtung der Backenschiene, d.h. in Pfeilrichtung A in Fig. 2 zwischen der Hohlschwelle 41 und dem Klammerverschluss vorzusehen, sind an den Schenkeln 22a des Verschlusskastens 22 Ansätze 34 angeformt, die sich jeweils von den Schenkeln 22a des Verschlusskastens in Längsrichtung der Backenschiene 10 erstrecken. In den Ansätzen 34 sind Innengewinde gefertigt (nicht dargestellt), in die Justierelemente in Form von Justierschrauben 36 eingreifen. Um die Justierschrauben 36 vor einer unbeabsichtigten Bewegung und insbesondere einem unbeabsichtigten Lösen zu schützen, sind Kontermuttern 38 vorgesehen, um die vom Weichenschlosser eingestellte Lage der Justierschrauben 36 zu fixieren. Soll eine Nachjustierung vorgenommen werden, so müssen die Kontermuttern 38 gelöst werden, woraufhin die Justierschrauben 36 tiefer in das Innengewinde in den jeweiligen Ansatz 34 hinein oder aus diesem herausgedreht werden können, um anschließend die nachjustierte Lage der Justierschraube 36 durch das Festziehen der Kontermutter 38 wieder zu fixieren.
Schienenbefestigung 48 zu fixieren, die über eine Schraubverbindung 50 fixiert ist und auf den Fuß der Backenschiene drückt, um die Backenschiene fest mit der Hohlschwelle zu verspannen.
Claims (5)
- Halterung für einen Verschlusskasten für einen in einer Hohlschwelle (41) einzusetzenden Klammerverschluss für Eisenbahnweichen, umfassend:eine mit dem Klammerverschluss verbundene längliche Befestigungsplatte (22b) mit einer Einrichtung zur lösbaren Anbringung an einer Backenschiene (10) ;mindestens eine Justiereinrichtung (34, 36, 38), die in Längsrichtung der Befestigungsplatte (22b) einstellbar ist und im Montagezustand mit mindestens einer auf der Hohlschwelle (41) angebrachten Anschlageinrichtung (46) in Kontakt ist.
- Halterung für einen Verschlusskasten nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Justiereinrichtung umfasst:einen Ansatz (34) mit Innengewinde am Verschlusskasten (22); undein in das Innengewinde einschraubbares Justierelement (36). - Halterung für einen Verschlusskasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Justiereinrichtungen (34, 36, 38) so angeordnet sind, dass sie sich in Montagestellung in entgegengesetzten Richtungen im wesentlichen auf einer Linie parallel zur Backenschiene (10) erstrecken. - Halterung für einen Verschlusskasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlageinrichtung (46) fest mit einer Gleitstuhlplatte (42) verbunden ist oder einstückig mit dieser ausgebildet ist.
- Halterung für einen Verschlusskasten nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlageinrichtung (36) ein nach oben vorstehendes Rippenstück der Gleitstuhlplatte (42) ist.
