Description

Bei wahlweise unterschiedlich gruppierbaren Möbeln, insbesondere Tischen oder Stühlen, ist es erforderlich, die jeweils zu Gruppen zusammengestellten Möbel fest miteinander zu verriegeln. Dies ist insbesondere bei sogenannten Systemtischen erforderlich, wobei derartige Systemtische auch in der Weise in Gruppen angeordnet werden, daß zwischen zwei vollständigen, aus Tischbeinen und Tischplatte bestehenden Tischen zur Vergrößerung der Gesamttischfläche Zwischenplatten eingelegt werden, die dann fest mit den begrenzenden und tragenden vollständigen Tischen verriegelt werden müssen.
In ähnlicher Weise ist es auch erforderlich, bei einer Saalbestuhlung, bei der Stuhlreihen aus Einzelstühlen gebildet werden, die einzelnen Stühle fest miteinander zu verbinden.
Erfindungsgemäß wird zur Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe vorgeschlagen eine Einrichtung zum gegenseitigen Verriegeln von gruppierbaren Möbeln, insbesondere Tischen, Stühlen oder dergl., mit einem Riegelträger, der an einem Ende ein Hakenelement und am anderen Ende ein betätigbares Verschlußelement aufweist, wobei das Hakenelement und das Verschlußelement jeweils in einer Aufnahmeöffnung an den miteinander zu verbindenden Möbeln einführbar ist. Eine derartige Einrichtung hat den Vorteil, daß an einem Möbelstück der Riegelträger mit seinem Hakenelement eingehängt werden kann und daß nach dem Ansetzen des anzuschließenden Möbelstücks an den Riegelträger durch Betätigen des Verschlußelementes beide Möbelstücke über den Riegelträger fest miteinander verbunden werden können. Die Aufnahmeöffnung kann hierbei durch eine entsprechende Ausstanzung in einem Tragprofil des Möbelstücks angeordnet sein, sie kann aber auch entsprechend einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung Teil eines mit dem Möbel fest verbindbaren Schloßblechs sein.
Zweckmäßigerweise weist das Hakenelement eine Maulöffnung auf, die in Richtung auf das Verschlußelement offen ist. Bevorzugt ist hierbei, daß das Hakenelement auf seiner der Maulöffnung abgekehrten Seite mit einem Halteansatz versehen ist, der mit seiner Umfangskontur im wesentlichen der Kontur der zugeordneten Aufnahmeöffnung am Möbel entspricht. Durch diese Gestaltung ist sichergestellt, daß der Verriegelungsträger über das Hakenelement formschlüssig und unverschiebbar in die Aufnahmeöffnung eingeführt werden kann. Das Hakenelement ist zweckmäßigerweise mit Abstand zum freien Ende des Riegelträgers angeordnet, so daß das dem Verschlußelement abgekehrte Ende des Riegelträgers den Einhängepunkt überragt. Der besondere Vorteil besteht hierbei darin, daß der Riegelträger nach dem Einhängen in die Aufnahmeöffnung an dem einen Möbel einen gegenüber dem Möbelstück abgestützten Tragarm bildet, auf dem das anzuschließende Möbel bzw. das anzuschließende Möbelteil aufgelegt werden kann. Dies ist insbesondere dann von Vorteil, wenn mit der erfindungsgemäßen Einrichtung Tischgruppen aus Tischen und einlegbaren Zwischenplatten gebildet werden sollen. Zweckmäßig ist es hierbei, wenn die Aufnahmeöffnung und entsprechend der Halteansatz in ihrer Umfangskontur ein Polygon bilden, beispielsweise ein Quadrat oder Rechteck bilden, so daß der Riegelträger auch unverdrehbar fixiert ist.
Zweckmäßig ist es, wenn das Verschlußelement durch ein drehbar im Riegelträger gelagertes Sperrteil gebildet wird, das in der Aufnahmeöffnung durch Verdrehen in ein Verriegelungselement gelangt.
Es ist zwar grundsätzlich möglich, das Sperrteil auch nach Art eines Hakens zu konzipieren, der nach dem Einführen in die Aufnahmeöffnung durch Verdrehen im Formschluß mit der Aufnahmeöffnung gebracht wird und somit den Riegelträger fest mit dem anzuschließenden Möbelteil verbindet. Besonders vorteilhaft ist jedoch die Anordnung eines Exzenterteils, durch den zusätzlich zu der formschlüssigen Verriegelung über das Sperrteil die beiden miteinander zu verbindenden und zu verriegelnden Möbelteile gegeneinander verspannt werden können. Der Exzenter ist zweckmäßigerweise so gestaltet, daß er im Eingriff mit der Aufnahmeöffnung selbstsperrend wirkt.
Die Erfindung wird anhand schematischer Zeichnungen eines Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

In Fig. 1 ist der Eckenbereich eines Tisches 1 dargestellt, mit dem eine Zwischenplatte 2 zu verbinden ist. Im Bereich des Tischbeins 3 ist ein Schloßblech 4 fest mit dem Tisch 1 verbunden, das den Eckenbereich auf der Unterseite des Tisches überdeckt. Das Schloßblech 4 ist mit Aufnahmeöffnungen 5 versehen.
Die mit dem Tisch 1 zu verbindende Zwischenplatte 2 ist in ihrem Eckenbereich ebenfalls mit einem Schloßblech 4 versehen, das entsprechend zugeordnete Aufnahmeöffnungen 5 aufweist. Fig. 1 zeigt eine Ansicht auf Tisch 1 und Zwischenplatte 2 von der Unterseite her. Das Tischbein 3 ist geschnitten.
Um die Zwischenplatte 2 fest mit dem Tisch 1 verbinden zu können, ist eine Einrichtung vorgesehen, die um wesentlichen auf einem Riegelträger 6 gebildet wird, der an einem Ende ein Hakenelement 7 aufweist und der am anderen Ende mit einem betätigbaren Verschlußelement 8 versehen ist. Das Hakenelement 7 und das Verschlußelement 8 sind jeweils mit Abstand zum zugeordneten freien Ende 6.1 des Riegelträgers 6 angeordnet. Der Riegelträger wird mit seinem Hakenelement 7 und seinem Verschlußelement 8 in einander zugeordnete Aufnahmeöffnungen 5 in den beiden Schloßblechen 4 der miteinander zu verbindenden Möbelteile eingehängt und durch Betätigen des Verschlußelementes 8 fest miteinander verriegelt. Zur Verbindung eines Tisches 1 mit einer Zwischenplatte 2 werden die Riegelträger 6 mit ihren Hakenelementen 7 in den fetstehenden Tisch 1 eingehängt, so daß damit eine feste Auflage für die Zwischenplatte 2 gegeben ist. Die Zwischenplatte 2 ist selbst dann sicher gehalten, wenn das Verschlußelement 8 unbeabsichtigt gelöst werden sollte.
Mit Hilfe einer derartigen Einrichtung können Möbel, beispielsweise Tische mit einer beliebigen Eckengeometrie, beispielsweise 90°-Ecken, 60°-Ecken, 45°-Ecken, fest miteinander verbunden werden. Hierbei sind dann die zugehörigen Schloßbleche 4 so auszubilden, daß die einander zugeordneten Aufnahmeöffnungen 5 in den jeweiligen Schloßblechen 4 in bezug auf den einzusetzenden Riegelträger 6 und die einander berührenden Längskanten L1 und 2 einander gegenüber liegen.
Fig. 2 zeigt den Aufbau der Einrichtung im Längsschnitt gem. der Linie II-II in Fig. 1. In Fig. 3 ist die Einrichtung im Schnitt als Einzelteil dargestellt. Wie aus den Schnittdarstellungen zu erkennen, bilden die Aufnahmeöffnungen 5 in den jeweiligen Schloßblechen 4 in Verbindung mit Ausnehmungen 5.1 im Material der Tischplatte und der Zwischenplatte 2 Hinterschneidungen, in die jeweils der Kopf des Hakenelementes 7 einerseits und ein Sperrteil 9 des Verschlußelementes 8 andererseits eingreifen kann. Das Hakenelement 7 weist in etwa die Form eines Pyramidenstumpfes auf und weist eine Maulöffnung 7.1 auf, die in Richtung auf das Verschlußelement 8 offen ist. Der Maulöffnung 7.1 ist eine Auskehlung 7.2 zugeordnet, die das Einhängen des Hakenelementes 7 in eine Ausnehmung 5 erleichtert. Da das Hakenelement 7 und das Verschlußelement 8 mit Abstand zum freien Ende 6.1 des Riegelträgers 6 angeordnet sind, kann das Hakenelement 7 in die zugeordnete Aufnahmeöffnung 5 am Schloßblech 4 frei eingehängt werden, so daß es die Endkante der Zwischenplatte 2 als tragfähiger Kragarm überragt.
Durch die Anordnung eines Halteansatzes 10 auf der der Maulöffnung 7.1 des Hakenelementes 7 abgekehrte Seite, der mit seiner Umfangskontur im wesentlichen der Kontur der zugeordneten Aufnahmeöffnung 5 am Schloßblech 4 entspricht, ist sichergestellt, daß nach dem Einhängen des Riegelträgers 6 in die Zwischenplatte 2 der Riegelträger 6 weder in Längsrichtung verschoben noch in der Ebene der Zwischenplatte 2 verschwenkt werden kann. Damit ist der eingehängte Riegelträger 6 an der einzuhängenden Zwischenplatte 2 gegen ein Herausfallen und Verschieben gesichert..
Wie die Schnittdarstellung gem. Fig. 3 erkennen läßt, wird das Verschlußelement 8 im wesentlichen durch einen im Riegelträger 6 verdrehbar gelagerten Bolzen 11 gebildet, an dessen einem Ende ein Griffelement 12 und an dessen anderen Ende das ebenfalls hakenförmig ausgebildete Sperrelement 9 angeordnet ist. Das Sperrelement 9 ist hierbei so bemessen, daß es in der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Offenstellung in die zugeordnete Aufnahmeöffnung 5 eingeführt werden kann. Durch Verdrehen des Verschlußelementes schwenkt die Hakenspitze 9.1, wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, über den eine Hinterschneidung der Ausnehmung 5.1 bildenden Rand5.2 der Aufnahmeöffnung 5 am Tisch 1, so daß hier eine formschlüssige Verbindung hergestellt wird.
Wie die Schnittdarstellung gem. Fig. 3 erkennen läßt, ist unterhalb des Sperrteils 9 ein Exzenterteil 13 angeordnet, das beim Verdrehen des Sperrteils 9 in seine Verriegelungsstellung der Wandung 5.2 der zugeordneten Aufnahmeöffnung 5 (vgl. Fig. 2) pressend zur Anlage kommt. Durch diesen Exzenterteil 13 wird beim Verdrehen des Verschlußelementes in seine Verriegelungsstellung auf den Riegelträger 6 eine Zugkraft in Richtung des Pfeiles 14 in Fig. 2 ausgeübt, durch die die aneinanderliegenden Seitenkanten L1 und L2 der Zwischenplatte 2 und der Platte des Tisches 1 gegeneinander verspannt werden. Fig. 4 zeigt ein ausführungsbeispiel für eine Kontur 15 des Exzenterteils 13. Die Kontur ist in ihrem Krümmungsverlauf gegenüber der Achse des Bolzens 11 so bemessen, daß eine Selbsthemmung über die Reibungskräfte zwischen Kontur 15 und Rand 5.2 der Aufnahmeöffnung 5 gegeben ist.
Der Riegelträger kann aus Kunststoff bzw. faserverstärktem Kunststoff oder auch aus Metall, beispielsweise Metallguß, hergestellt sein. Das Sperrelement 9 mit seinem zugeordneten Exzenterteil 13 und der Bolzen 11 werden zweckmäßigerweise stoffschlüssig aus Metall, beispielsweise als Druckgußteil hergestellt. Das Griffelement 12 kann als Kunststoffspritzteil hergestellt werden, der auf das entsprechend gestaltete freie Ende des Bolzens 11 aufgeklipst wird. Statt eines Schloßbleches kann auch ein Hohlprofil, das das Teil eines Gestells, beispielsweise eines Tischgestells bildet, mit entsprechenden Aufnahmeöffnungen 5 versehen sein. Auch Kombinationen sind möglich, d. h. ein Möbelteil ist mit einem Schloßblech versehen, während am anderen Möbelteil die Aufnahmeöffnungen unmittelbar an einem Gestell vorgesehen sind.

Claims (6)

  1. Einrichtung zum gegenseitigen Verriegeln von gruppierbaren Möbeln (1, 2), insbesondere Tischen, Stühlen oder dergl., mit einem Riegelträger (6), der an einem Ende ein Hakenelement (7) und am anderen Ende ein betätigbares Verschlußelement (8) aufweist, wobei das Hakenelement (7) und das Verschlußelement (8) jeweils in eine Aufnahmeöffnung (5) an den miteinander zu verbindenden Möbeln (1, 2) einführbar ist.
  2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hakenelement (7) eine Maulöffnung (7.1) aufweist, die in Richtung auf das Verschlußelement (8) offen ist.
  3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußelement (8) ein im Riegelträger (6) drehbar gelagertes Sperrteil(9) aufweist, das nach dem Einführen in die zugeordnete Aufnahmeöffnung (5) durch Verdrehen formschlüssig in eine Verriegelungsstellung mit der Aufnahmeöffnung (5) gelangt.
  4. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hakenelement (7) auf seiner der Maulöffnung (7.1) abgekehrten Seiten mit einem Halteansatz (10) versehen ist, der mit seiner Umfangskontur im wesentlichen der Kontur der zugeordneten Aufnahmeöffnung (5) am Möbel (1, 2) entspricht.
  5. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Sperrteil (9) ein Exzenterteil (13) zugeordnet ist, das beim Verdrehen des Sperrteils (9) in die Verrieglungsstellung am Rand (5.2) der zugeordneten Aufnahmeöffnung (5) am Möbel (1) pressend zur Anlage kommt.
  6. Einrichtung nach dem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeöffnung (5) an einem mit einem Möbel (1, 2) verbindbaren Schloßblech (4) angeordnet ist.
