Abstract

The invention relates to a situation detecting device for recognizing the blocking of doors (6, 8), gates and the like, which can be used in emergency exit systems. The door (6, 8) or the gate or parts of a door or gate are equipped with a device in the form of an identification module (7, 10, 11, 13) that reproduces the states of a definable and modifiable area to be monitored within a passageway area in front of and/or behind the door (6, 8) with the purpose of recognizing blocking.

Description

The invention relates to a situation detection device for blocking detection for doors, gates or the like that are in escape and rescue routes are arranged.

The area of escape and rescue routes is common in everyday life in front and behind such doors or gates not as the regulations demand to be kept free accordingly.

In the European standard EN L25 panic locks with horizontal Actuating rod standardized. It is assumed that the Escape routes from buildings and general security make it desirable let appear that exit doors in public buildings and places with public traffic, shops, restaurants, etc. with a corresponding device, namely a panic door lock, should be equipped with a horizontal operating rod. there no special design is specified for such panic door locks, but it is based on the essential requirement and thus fulfillment of the assembly directive. This is a panic door lock (push bar) so defined that it consists of a mechanism for securing the closed door, which consist of one or more locking elements can engage in a locking counterpart, which is comprehensive Door frame or is fixed in the floor. The Locking elements with a horizontal, for example on the inside of the Door, arranged operating rod are released when this is on anywhere in their effective length in the direction of escape in one Bow is moved down. Here are the design requirements to such a panic door lock so that the door immediately by actuating the actuating rod, without further action, opened must be cleared and thus clear the escape and rescue route.

Durch die Umwandelung der Drehbewegung des Panikbeschlages in eine Drehbewegung der Schlossnuss ist somit eine Öffnung der Tür möglich.EP 0 556 553 A1, for example, describes such a transmission for a door lock, which is used on panic or smoke protection doors. In doing so, the horizontal running above the door is activated Panic bar triggered a gearbox, which caused a rotation of the lock nut inside the door. By converting the rotary motion of the panic fitting in a rotating movement of the lock nut the door can be opened.

Another European standard, namely EN 179, includes emergency exit locks defined with pushers or push plates. In this norm the usability and testing of such emergency exit locks reproduced mechanically via a pusher or can be brought to the opening via a push plate. However, in This standard indicated that such closures on emergency exit doors are only used where there is panic is considered unlikely.

In WO 93/18486 an identification device is disclosed which is within a door handle is installed. The identification of the presser Actuating person is done by scanning a finger or a thumb. Thus, the push button can only be operated if the person has been identified, which is only one at the same time Opening the door causes appropriate access to the closed Space or passage is justified. Furthermore are Various types of sensors have become known that open an closed door cause that the sensor signal of such Sensors is forwarded to an automatic drive that then the door opens automatically.

In addition, WO 95/32488 A1 and WO 95/19202 A1 security systems known that, if necessary, the escape and rescue route mark visually and acoustically. Such guidance systems are controlled by an appropriate sensor system that measures the environmental parameters, especially with regard to smoke and heat development, detected and automatically in the event of an alarm by means of the control system highlight the escape and rescue route.

The object of the invention is to create spaces in which there is an unlimited Number of people located and by appropriate Doors, especially escape and rescue route doors, are locked, more securely close. Especially in today's sites of an unlimited number of people, such as nightclubs or also public buildings, meeting places, restaurants etc., it always happens that such outputs are not in the predetermined use can be used because they are appropriate are not accessible. So there are always terrible ones Disasters, which often involve a large number of human lives is. Because the escape routes are blocked or unusable are made, for example, if a fire breaks out the visitor literally trapped. So it happens that such Emergency exits are locked several times with locks and in one In the event of a disaster, the staff should first look for the appropriate key and have to fetch. It often happens that such escape and rescue routes another use, for example that cloakrooms are arranged in this area or that on the other hand in the outdoor area such open spaces by accordingly parked vehicles are delivered.

The object of the invention is therefore to partly to prevent conscious actions that lead to a blockage and thus improper use of such escape and Escape route gates can lead.

The object of the invention is defined by claim 1 in conjunction with solved the dependent claims. It is suggested in, next to or over the door or gate or parts of a door or gate Use device in the form of an identification module that the States of a definable, changeable area to be monitored in the passage area in front of and / or behind the door or gate reproduces to detect an emergency blockage detection.

Such a device is able, due to the sensors used, to recognize that when a certain time interval has elapsed, the Escape route is closed or not completely released. The setting a corresponding time interval is necessary because, for example, people which are only briefly in the area of an escape and rescue route stop, should not trigger a false alarm. However, it becomes an object parked within the escape and rescue route, so lingers this item over the preset period within the Escape and rescue route and must therefore be removed immediately. It should be noted that there is often also ignorance, and thus escape and Escape routes are not knowingly blocked. By the invention Device it is possible to escape and rescue routes always keep clear.

It is basically irrelevant whether the device in the form of Identification modules can be designed, inside the door, above integrated in the door or in parts of handles or panic locks is or is put on.

For example, a device for escape route blockage detection mounted or integrated above the panic door fitting. As an alternative, an extended central version is also conceivable on or as a semi-recessed version in the center of the door or gate. It can be the optical and acoustic alarm devices that includes such a device as a unit within the panic lock be attached.

Another device for escape route blockage detection can be used as a unit mounted or integrated above a handle. Furthermore the device contains an optical or acoustic function display and an alarm device. The individual components are supplied via a power supply unit, which is attached externally or via a self-sufficient power supply.

The object detection must be in the direction of escape as well as against the Escape direction take place. This is the only way to ensure that the escape and Escape route is always clear and its intended use is fed.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the device for Blockage detection, for example, also contain a control unit, which z. B. alarm messages, operating hours counter with interruptions and / or manipulation attempts on the system are documented in time and via an external reader or a laptop or through a telephone connection are available. This control unit must be made of fireproof Material exist and influence over a time frame can withstand fire. In addition, the housing of the Control unit have a resistance to fire water and foam. Of course, the individual control units can also be networked be carried out among each other. Networking can be carried out by a bus system.

The following is in the description of the exemplary embodiments only referred to doors, the subject of the invention also extends to gates.

Figure 1 shows a door 6 in the direction of escape by a frame (Frame) 1 is framed. An actuating rod extends across the door 6 (push bar) 2, in which an identification module 7 is inserted is. In addition to the identification module, which consists of a wide variety Sensors and also a CCD camera can be an acoustic one Alarm message 3 and a function display 5 available, which reproduces the correct operating state of the identification module 7. In addition to the acoustic alarm message 3, there is also an optical one Alarm message 4 provided.

In the embodiment of Figure 2, a door 8 is against the Escape direction shown, which is also limited by a frame 1 becomes. On the door 8, a handle 9 is attached, which is above the Handle set has an identification module 11, which a blockade detection performs. Alternatively, an identification module can also be used 10 to the identification module 11 integrated in the handle be attached to the door for object detection.

In a modification of Figure 2, Figure 3 shows a panic fitting 12, at the one above, next to an optical alarm message 4, an acoustic one Alarm message 3 and a function display 5 is attached. So can the surveillance personnel find that even on the opposite Side, namely in the direction of escape, the door 8 is not adjusted. On Embodiment in which the functional module is mounted above the door 8 is shown in Figure 4, moreover are above the frame 1 the visual alarm message 4 next to the acoustic alarm message 3 and the function display 5 mounted. This assembly would take effect if the exemplary embodiment of an identification module shown in FIG 11 above the handle 9 against the direction of escape is used.

According to the invention, it is also possible for the actuating rod 2 to be designed in accordance with the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 6, that in addition to the acoustic alarm message 3, the visual alarm message 4 and the function display 5 within the operating rod 2 are integrated, with the door 6 shown in the direction of escape. So is also to understand the embodiment of Figure 7, in the above of the frame 1, an identification module 13 is mounted. However, it is also possible, not just an identification module above the frame 1 to assemble, but also an audible alarm 3, the optical Alarm message 4 and the function display 5. This both in execution with a panic fitting 12 or an operating rod 2.

The exemplary embodiments make it clear that the individual functional modules 7, 10, 11, 13 with their acoustic alarm messages 3, optical Alarm messages 4 and the function displays labeled 5 in a wide variety of ways on and in the relevant doors 6, 8 can be installed in the direction of escape or against the direction of escape.
