Therefore, in this case the lever 14 does not intervene and the bar 37 enters the box-like body 2 only proximate to the lock 35.

Claims (10)

  1. Panikstange, umfassend: einen länglichen kastenähnlichen Körper (2), der aus einem Profil besteht, das einen im Wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnitt hat; einen ersten Hebel (114) und einen zweiten Hebel (14), die in dem kastenähnlichen Körper (2) entgegen elastischen Rückstellmitteln (20, 120) angelenkt und mit einem ersten Arm (18-13, 118-113) und einem zweiten Arm (13-19, 113-119) versehen sind; eine Stange (37), die in dem kastenähnlichen Körper (2) untergebracht und gelenkig an die ersten Arme des ersten und zweiten Hebels (114, 14) gekoppelt ist, um zwischen einer passiven Stellung, in der die Stange (37) teilweise aus dem kastenähnlichen Körper (2) hervorsteht und die durch die Rückstellung der elastischen Mittel (20, 120) mittels der Hebel (14, 114) bestimmt ist, und einer aktiven Stellung bewegbar ist, in der sich die Stange (37) im Wesentlichen innerhalb des kastenähnlichen Körpers (2) befindet und die durch einen Druck bestimmt ist, der von außen auf sie ausgeübt wird; und eine Verschlussverriegelung (35), die wirkungsmäßig mit dem ersten Hebel (114) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kastenähnliche Körper (2) eine Länge hat, die der Breite des Flügels angepasst werden kann, an dem die Panikstange (1) befestigt werden soll, und dadurch, dass die Hebel (14, 114) gelenkig auf entsprechenden Platten (9, 10) gelagert sind, die so vorgesehen sind, dass sie lösbar an den voneinander abgewandten Enden des kastenähnlichen Körpers (2) befestigt sind, wobei die Platten (9, 10) mit Schlitzen (74) versehen sind, die gebildet sind, um einen Durchgang von Befestigungsmitteln zu ermöglichen, um die Panikstange an einem Türflügel zu befestigen, und dadurch, dass ferner ein Schieber (34) vorgesehen ist, der verschiebbar auf der Platte (10) gekoppelt ist, die den ersten Hebel (114) lagert, wobei die Verschlussverriegelung (35) starr auf der Platte (10) befestigt ist, die den ersten Hebel (114) lagert, und der Schieber (34) durch den zweiten Arm (113-119) des ersten Hebels (114) gesteuert wird, um die Verriegelung (35) zu betätigen.
  2. Panikstange nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zum Lagern des ersten Hebels (114) und des zweiten Hebels (14) bestimmten Platten (9, 10) in Längsnuten (7, 8) des kastenähnlichen Körpers (2) eingesetzt und in diesen fixiert sind und Abschnitte (27) haben, die von den einander abgewandten Enden des kastenähnlichen Körpers (2) abstehen und in denen die Schlitze (74) für den Durchgang von Schrauben zum Befestigen des kastenähnlichen Körpers an dem Türflügel ausgebildet sind.
  3. Panikstange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweilige Blöcke (122, 22) auf den zweiten Armen des Hebels (114, 14) angelenkt sind, wobei jeder Block mit einem Zapfen (123, 23) versehen ist und die Zapfen der Hebel einander gegenüberliegen, wobei ferner ein Verbindungsstab (26) vorgesehen ist, dessen einander abgewandte Enden auf den Zapfen sitzen.
  4. Panikstange nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einander abgewandten Enden des Stabs (26) auf den Zapfen (123, 23) befestigt sind.
  5. Panikstange nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (37) zwei parallele Wände (38, 39) hat und dass die Gelenke der ersten Arme in der Stange aus Stifen (18, 118) bestehen, die entlang den ersten Armen positioniert werden können und deren voneinander abgewandte Enden ausgebildet sind, in eines von mehreren Paaren Längsnuten (41, 42) zu greifen, die in den Wänden der Stange ausgebildet sind.
  6. Panikstange nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (34) einen ersten Vorsprung (36), auf den der zweite Arm des ersten Hebels (114) wirkt, und einen zweiten Vorsprung (53) hat, der ausgebildet ist, auf den Mechanismus der Verriegelung (35) zu wirken.
  7. Panikstange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zum Lagern des ersten Hebels (114) bestimmte Platte (10) zwei parallele Flügel (75, 76) hat, die einen Führungssitz für den Schieber (34) bilden, wobei ein Stift (78) starr an die Platte (10) gekoppelt ist und der Stift in einem Schlitz (79) des Schiebers verschiebbar und mit einem Element (77) für die Schiebebegrenzung des Schiebers in dem Sitz versehen ist.
  8. Panikstange nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Hebel (114), die Verriegelung (35) und die Platte (10), auf der sie montiert sind, eine Anordnung bilden, die als temporäre Verschlussanordnung an dem Flügel angebracht werden kann.
  9. Panikstange nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzliche Befestigungsmittel vorgesehen sind, die aus Gewindestiften (32, 33, 132, 133) bestehen, die durch eine jeweilige Platte (9, 10) geschraubt werden können, um diese am Boden (3) des kastenähnlichen Körpers (2) zu befestigen.
  10. Panikstange nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kastenähnliche Körper (2), der Stab (26) und die Stange (37) so vorgesehen sind, dass sie eine Länge haben, die durch Schneiden auf die gewünschte Länge der Breite des Flügels angepasst werden kann, an dem die Panikstange (1) montiert werden soll.
