Description
Durch diese Ausführungsform ergibt sich eine Verringerung der Herstellungskosten, da kein spezielles Formteil als Positionierdorn an der Grundplatte angeordnet werden muß. Allgemein wird durch mehrere, zumindest zwei. Positionierdorne eine besonders sichere Positionierung erreicht.

Der Balken 1 mit dem daran fixierten Bodendübeleinsatzteil 4 wird nun wieder auf den Bodendübel 2 aufgesetzt. Falls eine weitere, festere Fixierung benötigt wird. kann der in den Halteabschnitt 3 eingesetzte Schaft 9 des Bodendübeleinsatzteils 4 durch die Klemmschraube 8 fixiert werden.

Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Positionieren und Fixieren von Balken (1), insbesondere aus Holz, zur Errichtung von Balkenfundamenten mittels zumindest eines Bodendübels (2) und eines ein Haltemittel zur Festlegung der Position des Balkens (1) aufweisenden Bodendübeleinsatzteils (4). welches in einem Halteabschnitt (3) des Bodendübels (2) eingesteckt und dort sowie an dem Balken (1) fixiert wird, folgende Schritte umfassend:Einstellen des an der gewünschten Stelle gesetzten und mit dem Bodendübeleinsatzteil (4) versehenen Bodendübels (2) auf die gewünschte Höhe;Andrücken des Balkens (1) in der gewünschten Position an das Haltemittel;Abnehmen des Balkens (1) und Fixieren des Bodendübeleinsatzteiles (4) an dem Balken (1) entsprechend der durch das angedrückte Haltemittel festgelegten Position; undAufsetzen des Balkens (1) mit dem fixierten Bodendübeleinsatzteil (4) auf den Bodendübel (2) durch Einsetzen des Bodendübeleinsatzteils (4) in den Halteabschnitt (3) des Bodendübels (2).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem das Bodendübeleinsatzteil (4) im Halteabschnitt (3) des Bodendübels (2) fixiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welchem das Bodendübeleinsatzteil (4) durch Verschrauben an dem Balken (1) fixiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welchem das Bodendübeleinsatzteil (4) an dem Balken (1) verklebt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Positionieren und Fixieren von Balken (1). insbesondere aus Holz, zur Errichtung von Balkenfundamenten, insbesondere zur Ausführung des Verfahrens nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, mit zumindest einem Bodendübel (2) und einem Bodendübeleinsatzteil (4), welches in einen Halteabschnitt (3) des Bodendübels (2) einsteckbar und dort fixierbar ist und welches ein Haltemittel zur Festlegung der Position des Balkens (2) relativ zu dem Bodendübeleinsatzteil (4) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Bodendübeleinsatzteil (4) eine Grundplatte (5) aufweist, an welcher das Haltemittel angebracht ist, wobei das Haltemittel so ausgebildet ist, daß das Bodendübeleinsatzteil (4) am lediglich angedrückten Balken (1) in einer gewünschten Position ohne Vorarbeiten an dem Balken (1) zumindest haftend fixierbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haltemittel an der Grundplatte (5) angeordnet ist und zumindest einen Positionierdorn (6) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haltemittel als eine Klebefläche auf der Grundplatte (5) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7. dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß die Grundplatte (5) mindestens eine Öffnung (7) zur Aufnahme von Befestigungselementen zur Fixierung des Bodendübeleinsatzteils (4) an dem Balken (1) aufweist,
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8. dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß das Bodendübeleinsatzteil (4) mit einem schaftartigen Abschnitt (9) in den Halteabschnitt (3) des Bodendübels (2) einsteckbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteabschnitt (3) des Bodendübels (2) eine Klemmschraube (8) zur Fixierung des schaftartigen Abschnitts (9) des Bodendübeleinsatzteiles (4) aufweist.
