Claims (11)
- Dispositif pour connecter deux objets tubulaires rigides, comprenant une partie mâle (6 ; 6a) et une partie femelle (1 ; 1a) qui sont interconnectables, dans lequel la partie femelle (1; 1a) comprend une douille (2) laquelle est connectée à une des ses extrémités avec une partie d'un des objets mentionnés ci-dessus et est pourvue à son autre extrémité d'au moins un évidement (3, 4) et la partie mâle (6 ; 6a) comprend une portion de tube laquelle est connectée à une des ses extrémités avec ou fait partie de l'autre des objets mentionnés ci-dessus et est pourvue à son autre extrémité (7) dans sa paroi externe d'au moins un bord transversal (8, 9) et dans lequel un élément en forme de douille (11 ; 11a) est agencé de manière à être disposé entre lesdites parties mâle et femelle (6, 6a ; 1, 1a) lors de l'insertion de la partie mâle (6 ; 6a) dans la partie femelle (1 ; 1a), ledit élément (11 ; 11a) étant pourvu d'au moins une languette résiliente (12, 13; 12a) avec un premier moyen (14, 15) lequel est agencé de manière à être en prise de manière résiliente avec l'évidement (3, 4) de la partie femelle (1 ; 1a) lors de l'insertion de l'élément (11 ; 11a) dans la partie femelle (1 ; 1a) et un second moyen (16, 17) lequel est agencé de manière à s'emboíter par verrouillage de manière résiliente derrière ledit bord transversal (8, 9) de la partie mâle (6 ; 6a) lors de l'insertion de la partie mâle (6 ; 6a) dans l'élément (11 ; 11a), la languette résiliente (12,13 ; 12a) permettant de séparer l'élément en forme de douille (11 ; 11a) et la partie mâle (6 ; 6a) par la rotation de l'élément (11 ; 11a) relativement à la partie mâle (6 ; 6a) jusqu'à une position où le second moyen (16, 17) de la languette résiliente (12, 13 ; 12a) est agencé latéralement au bord transversal (8, 9) de la partie mâle (6 ; 6a) et la languette résiliente (12, 13 ; 12a) permet de séparer l'élément (11 ; 11a) et la partie femelle (1 ; 1a) par le déplacement du premier moyen (14, 15) de la languette résiliente (12, 13 ; 12a) à l'extérieur de l'évidement (3, 4) de la partie femelle (1 ; 1a).
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier moyen de la languette résiliente (12,13) comprend une saillie d'arrêt (14,15) qui dépasse de sa paroi externe.
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le second moyen de la languette résiliente (12, 13) comprend un bord d'arrêt (16, 17) qui dépasse de la paroi interne.
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la douille (2) de la partie femelle (1) a une portion de goulot (2a) au niveau de son goulot (5) avec un diamètre interne et externe supérieur à la portion restante (2b) de la douille, l'évidement (3, 4) étant disposé sur la portion de goulot à une distance prédéterminée du goulot de la douille.
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bord transversal (8, 9) de la partie mâle (6) est agencé à une distance prédéterminée de son autre extrémité (7).
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (11) est pourvu à une des ses extrémités extérieures d'une bride transversale (18) laquelle est agencée de manière à buter contre le goulot (5) de la douille (2) lorsque la saillie d'arrêt (14, 15) de la languette résiliente (12, 13) est en prise avec l'évidement (3, 4) de la partie femelle (1).
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une bride transversale (10) est disposée sur la partie mâle (6) à une plus grande distance de son autre extrémité (7) que de son bord transversal (8, 9) et en ce que ladite bride transversale (10) bute contre la bride transversale (18) de l'élément (11) lorsque le bord d'arrêt (16, 17) de la languette résiliente (12, 13) bute contre le bord transversal (8, 9) de la partie mâle (6).
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre externe de l'élément (11) est inférieur au diamètre interne de la partie femelle (1) au niveau de la portion de goulot (2a), alors qu'il est supérieur au diamètre interne de la portion restante (2b), en ce que la longueur de l'élément (11) entre sa bride transversale (18) et l'extrémité extérieure opposée (19) est inférieure à la longueur de la portion de goulot de la partie femelle (1), ce qui fait que l'extrémité extérieure opposée de l'élément (11) est située à une distance réduite en face de la transition (2c) entre la portion de goulot et la portion restante de la douille lorsque la bride transversale (18) de l'élément (11) bute contre le goulot (5) de la douille (2).
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre externe de la partie mâle (6) dans une portion entre son autre extrémité (7) et la bride transversale (10) est inférieur au diamètre interne d'à la fois l'élément (11) et la portion restante (2b), en ce que la longueur de ladite portion excède la longueur de la portion de goulot (2a) de la partie femelle (1), ce qui fait que l'autre extrémité de la partie mâle (6) s'étend sur une distance à l'intérieur de la portion restante de la douille au-delà de l'extrémité extérieure opposée (19) de l'élément (11) lorsque la bride transversale (10) de la partie mâle (6) bute contre la bride transversale (18) de l'élément (11).
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que au moins un joint torique (20) est disposé à la transition (2c) entre la portion de goulot (2a) et la portion restante (2b) de la douille (2) afin de buter hermétiquement contre l'intérieur de la douille ainsi que contre la paroi extérieure de la partie mâle (6).
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la partie femelle (1) est pourvue d'une paire d'évidements (3, 4) lesquels sont répartis de manière régulière le long de la douille (2) à la même distance du goulot (5) de la douille (2), la partie mâle (6) et l'élément (11) étant pourvus du même nombre de bords transversaux (8, 9) et de languettes résilientes (12, 13), respectivement, que le nombre d'évidements et étant également répartis de manière régulière le long de la partie mâle (6) et de l'élément (11), respectivement, à la même distance de leurs brides transversales (10, 18).
