  • l'autre, décrite dans le certificat d'utilité No 2 714 930, consiste à prévoir au moins une patte escamotable sur l'embout de tube emmanché sur la poulie, le flasque ou analogue ; cette patte faisant saillie extérieurement par rapport à l'enveloppe de l'embout et se bloquant en extrémité du tube d'enroulement afin de réserver une course de rétractabilité de l'arbre d'enroulement. L'un des principaux inconvénients réside particulièrement dans le fait que cette patte est permanente et gène certaines utilisations, notamment lorsque le système de rétractabilité n'est pas nécessaire. De plus, l'intégration de cette forme escamotable dans l'embout ou la poulie complique la réalisation du moule d'injection utilisé.
