Description
- l'une consiste à prévoir des orifices permettant de fixer une vis d'immobilisation entre l'embout de tube emmanché sur la poulie, le flasque de guidage ou analogue et le tube d'enroulement du tablier pas complètement enfoncé dans le tube ; l'inconvénient principal de ce système étant sa main d'oeuvre supplémentaire nécessitant une opération d'usinage des pièces ;
- l'autre, décrite dans le certificat d'utilité No 2 714 930, consiste à prévoir au moins une patte escamotable sur l'embout de tube emmanché sur la poulie, le flasque ou analogue ; cette patte faisant saillie extérieurement par rapport à l'enveloppe de l'embout et se bloquant en extrémité du tube d'enroulement afin de réserver une course de rétractabilité de l'arbre d'enroulement. L'un des principaux inconvénients réside particulièrement dans le fait que cette patte est permanente et gène certaines utilisations, notamment lorsque le système de rétractabilité n'est pas nécessaire. De plus, l'intégration de cette forme escamotable dans l'embout ou la poulie complique la réalisation du moule d'injection utilisé.

Claims (7)
- Dispositif d'entraínement pour tablier de volet roulant ou similaire comportant un embout (1) recevant éventuellement à l'une de ses extrémités une poulie (3), un flasque de guidage ou analogue et dont l'autre extrémité s'emmanche à l'intérieur d'un tube d'enroulement (2) du tablier, ledit dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que ledit embout (1) comporte sur une surface externe au moins une rainure (7) dans laquelle coopère d'une façon amovible au moins un organe de liaison escamotable (8) faisant saillie extérieurement par rapport à ladite surface externe dudit embout, ledit organe de liaison permettant de délimiter la position axiale du tube d'enroulement (2) du tablier par rapport audit embout (1) de manière à réserver une course de rétractabilité dudit tube d'enroulement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite rainure (7) présente une section transversale sensiblement en forme de queue d'aronde pour permettre audit organe de liaison (8) de s'y glisser.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de liaison (8) escamotable comporte au moins une patte (9) ou similaire évitant audit organe de liaison de se déplacer avec le tube d'enroulement (2) lors de sa mise en place.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite patte (9) ou similaire permet également une immobilisation radiale de la poulie (3), du flasque ou analogue sur l'embout (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie escamotable de l'organe de liaison (8) présente au niveau de sa surface externe, une forme en escalier de manière à régler la course de rétractabilité du tube d'enroulement (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite rainure (7) est discontinue sur la longueur dudit embout (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embout (1) comporte deux rainures (7) diamétralement opposées sur sa surface externe.
