Description
La présente invention est relative à des perfectionnements apportés à des dispositifs d'entraínement pour tablier de volet roulant ou similaire. Elle vise plus particulièrement le mécanisme permettant la rétractabilité du système de l'arbre d'enroulement du tablier pour en faciliter son montage dans le coffre du caisson du volet roulant ou son démontage.The present invention relates to improvements brought to drive devices for apron of roller shutter or similar. - l'une consiste à prévoir des orifices permettant de fixer une vis d'immobilisation entre l'embout de tube emmanché sur la poulie, le flasque de guidage ou analogue et le tube d'enroulement du tablier pas complètement enfoncé dans le tube ; l'inconvénient principal de ce système étant sa main d'oeuvre supplémentaire nécessitant une opération d'usinage des pièces ;
- l'autre, décrite dans le certificat d'utilité No 2 714 930, consiste à prévoir au moins une patte escamotable sur l'embout de tube emmanché sur la poulie, le flasque ou analogue ; cette patte faisant saillie extérieurement par rapport à l'enveloppe de l'embout et se bloquant en extrémité du tube d'enroulement afin de réserver une course de rétractabilité de l'arbre d'enroulement. L'un des principaux inconvénients réside particulièrement dans le fait que cette patte est permanente et gène certaines utilisations, notamment lorsque le système de rétractabilité n'est pas nécessaire. De plus, l'intégration de cette forme escamotable dans l'embout ou la poulie complique la réalisation du moule d'injection utilisé.
