Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for packaging of mushrooms.
- Edible mushrooms such as mushrooms
- rack stores the mushrooms grow on boxes or beds filled with compost or substrate on racks called shelves, one above the other on several levels are arranged.
- box companies the mushrooms are in separate, boxes stacked on top of each other. Do the mushrooms have a desired one When they reach their size, they are harvested manually, which is called picking.
- the entire crates are harvested for harvesting the mushrooms the air-conditioned rooms, for example, with the help of forklifts transported to the central location. There the mushrooms are picked and in containers stored and subsequently processed, i.e. for example that the stem be cut off and the mushrooms in certain weights in bowls for the Packaged for sale. After the harvest, the crates are returned to the air-conditioned rooms transported.
- a basic hygiene problem for the boxes Operations is that pathogens located in the substrate or on the fungi by transporting the boxes out of the air-conditioned rooms can be disseminated within the company, for example on the central picking place spread to other boxes and other air-conditioned rooms pass over. Furthermore, the boxes filled with substrate are relatively heavy and large, which makes transportation relatively difficult.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to provide methods and devices for Processing and packaging of mushrooms or the like. To provide a high Have degree of automation, ensure a high mushroom quality and / or a enable easy packaging and weighing of the mushrooms.
- the invention solves this problem by a method for packaging mushrooms or the like., in which several, on a receiving device previously deposited mushrooms with the help of a gripping device with several individually controllable and individually operable grippers for picking up a mushroom be removed from the receiving device and the removed mushrooms then by individually operating the grippers in one or more containers Containers are stored.
- the method according to the invention enables a high degree of automation in the packaging of mushrooms.
- the picked mushrooms are first defined deposited on a receiving device and then fed to the gripping device.
- the grippers are preferably vacuum suction heads that use a vacuum to remove the mushrooms from the heads grab and take off.
- the mushrooms After removing the mushrooms from the cradle, which is preferably a substantially flat carrier made of plastic or a flat sheet with holes in which the mushroom stems are arranged are, the mushrooms above one or more containers, preferably Sales bowls positioned. Then the mushrooms are - targeted - through Pressing the gripper stored in one or more containers.
- the grippers of the gripping device after the mushrooms have been removed from the holding device be moved to the containers.
- the Mushrooms are transported from the sheet-shaped receptacles to the containers.
- the method could also be carried out so that after picking up the mushrooms with the grippers the empty pick-up device is transported further, for example with a conveyor, and then the containers are conveyed to the gripping device and then the mushrooms are placed in the containers by the grippers.
- several grippers of the gripping device can be moved on a frame of the gripping device arranged. The grippers are in the period between the removal of the Mushrooms from the cradle and place in a container on the Move frame.
- a particularly preferred embodiment of the method according to the invention is characterized in that the grippers while removing the mushrooms from the receiving device are arranged at a short distance from one another, that the grippers or a group of grippers are then moved in such a way that they are at a greater distance from each other, and that the mushrooms after Procedure of the gripper to be placed in several containers.
- the mushrooms can preferably be spaced close together be positioned in a defined manner on a flat receiving device, for example in several rows.
- the grabs pick up the mushrooms by moving them vertically are moved down to the mushrooms and then grab or pick up the mushrooms, In the case of vacuum suction heads, it is therefore subjected to a vacuum become.
- the grippers are moved vertically upwards, so that the Mushrooms are lifted off the cradle. Then the grabs transported to the containers, preferably by the entire gripping device is automatically moved to the containers. During the process of Grippers to the containers or afterwards, then the grippers are like this move relative to each other so that they are at a greater distance from each other. This opens up the possibility of multiple containers with predetermined Sizes that are arranged next to each other can be filled simultaneously by the several grippers are controlled so that the mushrooms are released, preferably characterized in that the vacuum of the vacuum suction heads is reduced and, if necessary a short pressure is applied to repel the mushrooms. Then the grippers are moved back into positions in which they are less Have a distance from each other, and can then again to a further picking device filled with mushrooms are driven and there pick up mushrooms again.
- Another preferred embodiment of the method is characterized by this from that the grippers of the gripping device individually or in groups in predetermined Positions are moved relative to the containers so that a mushroom or several mushrooms - can be placed in the container at a specific location, so that it is possible to specifically fill containers with mushrooms, for example, that the mushrooms in the containers experience as little impact with other mushrooms as possible.
- Gripper arranged on a common frame element of the gripping device are and are moved together and the grippers of a frame element Place the mushrooms in a container.
- a container can be filled with four mushrooms for each shelf become. This process can be repeated several times until a desired one Number of mushrooms in a container.
- a constructively favorable design results in a procedure in which a frame element is assigned Gripper movably supported and movable in one plane on the gripping device are. The frame elements can then simply move apart and move together become.
- Another preferred embodiment is characterized in that the the mushrooms deposited with the aid of a first conveying device are transported to the gripping device, then from the gripping device be removed and to an adjacent to the first conveyor second conveyor for the containers are transported.
- the conveyors are expediently designed as conveyor belts.
- the preferred flat sheet-like receptacles are successively on the Conveyor belt applied, preferably with the help of an automatic sliding device, and then transported to the gripping device. There they take Pick up the mushrooms.
- a total of so many grippers are expediently provided like mushrooms are arranged on a cradle so that with the entire mushroom pick-up device is emptied in a single operation and the emptied receiving device is then transported onward, while the ingested mushrooms are transported to the containers and there be filed. In this way it is a discontinuous, simple process realized.
- the cradle is essentially as flat, several through holes for mushroom stems formed sheet.
- the cradle is moved by a pushing device Dolly pushed onto the first conveyor, and through the Through-holes protruding mushroom stems are cut with the help of a cutting system disconnected before the cradle to the gripping device is transported.
- the invention further solves the problem - according to a second aspect - with a Method for packaging mushrooms or the like, in which a predeterminable number of mushrooms is placed in a container, which is then filled with mushrooms filled container is weighed with the aid of a weighing device, in which the weight value determined by weighing with a predefinable target weight value is compared and if the target weight value is undershot, at least one another mushroom is placed in the container.
- a mushroom weight can be realized in the containers, that exactly or largely exactly corresponds to the target weight, so that complaints avoided due to underweight and overfilling of the containers can be avoided with losses for the mushroom processor.
- the target weight is then at least one more, possibly only very small mushroom placed in the container to at least increase the target weight value reach without reaching a large overfill.
- the weight value obtained by weighing an average mushroom weight is determined and depending on the Average mushroom weight and the target weight value to be stored in the container Number of mushrooms is chosen so that the weight of the deposited mushrooms is below the target weight value, because such an approximately optimal weight is adjustable and if necessary only one more mushroom is to be inserted.
- the average mushroom weight can vary over time, but this is taken into account by the process is determined by constantly determining new average mushroom weights; in particular mushrooms from different rooms can have different average mushroom weights occur. It is also taken into account that mushrooms of the same size often have very different weights.
- the invention further solves the problem according to a third aspect with a Process for processing mushrooms or the like, in which the mushrooms are at least a recording device, which is an information carrier is assigned, which contains machine-readable data about the harvested mushrooms, and in which the data of the information carrier is machine-read and one electrical or electronic control device are supplied.
- This procedure takes into account in particular the fact that the data to be processed
- Various types of information can be assigned to mushrooms, for example the name of the person who picked mushrooms, the air - conditioned room from which the Mushrooms come from, the time of harvesting, the amount of mushrooms or the mushroom weight and the like.
- This information can be obtained with the aid of the invention
- Information carrier of a receiving device containing several mushrooms or multiple cradles or a trolley for a variety of Recording devices can be assigned.
- the information can be machine read and processed, for example, for the remuneration for the person in To determine depending on the amount of mushrooms picked.
- the information can conveniently be retrieved automatically by the Information carrier is arranged on a trolley and is read, when the trolley passes a reading device such as a scanner for example at the time when the cradles be handed over to a conveyor.
- the invention further relates to a method for placing a container on a conveyor, in particular for packaging mushrooms, in which several Containers stacked on a holding device for containers above one Conveying device are arranged and in which one at the lowest point in the stack arranged container by means of a suction head on the Container applied vacuum removed from the stack of containers is, so that the container is then applied to the conveyor becomes.
- the invention further relates to a device for placing a container on a conveyor, with a holding device for receiving several arranged in a stack of containers and with a conveyor, which is arranged below the containers arranged in the holding device, and with at least one suction head to which a vacuum can be applied, the movable and with the lowest container in the holding device in Contact can be brought so that the container is released from the stack and onto the Conveyor arrives.
- Containers for mushrooms or other goods in an automatic and simple way can be placed on a conveyor in which it is, for example, a conveyor belt.
- the method and the device are adapted for one automated mushroom processing and mushroom packaging, with the mushrooms automatically Using a gripping device - as described above - placed in the containers become.
- the suction head is preferably designed as a vacuum suction head, in which a vacuum is applied, which ensures that a container when the Suction head with the container, such as the bottom of the container with a tensile force is and is detached from the stack and the holding device.
- a preferred development of the method provides that several containers are arranged side by side in several stacks above the conveyor belt and released from the stack with the aid of several suction heads and onto the conveying device be applied so that rows of containers side by side and / or can be placed one behind the other on a conveyor belt or the like and then can be filled mechanically or optionally manually.
- the stacked containers are expediently arranged in one direction the tapered conveyor belt located below is held.
- a preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention provides that the suction heads can be moved by means of pneumatic piston / cylinder units.
- the pneumatic cylinder or cylinders are preferably used to move the suction heads arranged below the conveyor and are in the conveyor Recesses formed through which the suction heads and piston rods Pneumatic cylinders are movable. This results in a space-saving and simple arrangement.
