Definitions
- the invention relates to a bra according to the preamble of the independent Claim.
- Bras are garments created to alter the female breast are. They shape the breasts with elastic bands, more or less elastic bands and seams. Ever softer and more pleasant materials are being used. The desired fashionable shape is emphasized by means of the cut.
- the back and side part corresponds more or less to Fig. 1.
- the specified Points are due to tapes attached there, which are more or less elastic Elastic bands included, reinforced. This often results in a very clear cut. Because the tensile force required for the desired hold is largely on these narrow places are reduced. The pressure point is more or less painful, depending on habituation.
- Sewn bras contain a series of seams, which consist of a large number string buttons are lined up, which as a whole are sometimes rough Form surface and especially under tensile stress and pain can cause. Attached tapes and also behave in the same way the like by "sharp" edges.
- Elastic materials are also used. Most of these have a share in Elastane. A high proportion of elastane at least partially allows processing without other additives such as elastic bands.
- bras that have hidden seams thanks to the double processing. These are mostly on the cleavage because of the look.
- the well known type of hidden seams is that two congruent pieces of fabric with each other sewn in a zigzag seam and then folded over. This results in a good looks without external threads. However, this is at the expense of Elasticity.
- the material thickness is double because of the two identical parts of fabric even four times. Such statements can be because the seams are made only with thin materials, which in turn the elastic properties not guaranteed.
- EP-1'033'084-A2 which along the free edges with at least one layer textile material is reinforced.
- This material is with the Base material connected by gluing.
- the advantage is that there is no sewing process when making Edge reinforcements are needed.
- a women's body is known with a Bra part, which is the inner layer in the chest area of the Bodys is incorporated. It has a back section and Side panels made of elastic textile material.
- the Bra part has a relatively wide elastic train which, as the lower end of the bra part serves.
- the object of the invention is to overcome the disadvantages mentioned. It should be a Bra can be created, which has the same stability without elastic bands, Fit allows and at the same time has no seams with external threads.
- the new bra is designed to meet the contemporary demands for comfort correspond to the body and the material fairer.
- this object is achieved by a bra with the in claim 1 specified features solved.
- the side and back parts become large Attention paid to make it lie evenly on the skin To distribute tension (pressure) evenly and to join the seams more gently, softer and more pleasant to work with.
- An additional advantage of the invention is that in particular also modern ones textile materials, such as knitted fabrics, knitted fabrics and textiles made from textured synthetic fibers, Polyester, polypropylene or microfibers and / or materials with a particularly high Elasticity can be used.
- the elastic fibers with the bra according to the invention their resilience evenly distributed in the back and side part 1, so flat as a second skin to follow the natural shapes (see Fig. 2).
- the effect with tight fitting outerwear is very beneficial.
- This also results in the desired comfort in sportswear.
- the uniform elasticity is particularly important and any seams and beads prove to be extremely uncomfortable.
- Known reinforcing elements 12 can be incorporated. With double machined parts they remain hidden between the two layers of fabric 5 (Fig.5), see above that only the supple fabric lies on the skin and no scratchy seams.
- the Bust section, the back section, and both side sections end edges with threadless outer surfaces. Versions with an outer layer and an inner layer and with threadless end edges result in a very special wearing comfort.
- the back section and the side sections consist of an outer layer 9, 10 and one Inner layer 3.4.
- the end edges are formed by the outer layer 9, 10 which surrounds the inner layer 3, 4.
- In the area of the end edges is the Inner layer 3.4 from the outer layer 9.10 on one side simple and on the Enclose opposite side twice.
- the end edges ( Figure 6) are themselves rubber-free, that means no conventional elastic band is sewn in.
- the End edges are secured with an overlock.
- the finishing edges in Rolled hem technology with optimized width can even be softer than the surface areas.
- the elasticity is mainly due to the surface parts guaranteed.
- the bust area can be an area with reduced elasticity exhibit. This is particularly the case when a front closure is arranged.
- the bra according to the invention is worked in one or two layers.
- the middle part and the back part can be interrupted with closures. Carriers can do that Bras can also be added or adjusted in length.
- the invention relates to a bra which is part of a body, shirt or similar garment.
- a double-worked brassiere consists of one according to the invention Outer layer 9, 10 and an inner layer 3, 4.
- the outer layer 9, 10 at least twice the seam or hem width larger than the inner layer 3, 4. Wrap the seams 6, see FIG. 6, the inner layer 3, 4.
- the outer layer 9, 10 encompasses the inner layer 3, 4 and is lying on the right on the right side, sewn together or joined and then turned upside down.
- the connecting seam 7 remains open in order to then be cleaned.
- the axillary seams of the outer layer 14 and inner layer 11 are offset sewn together so that the processing remains flat.
- the elastic Reinforcing inserts 12 in the carrier area 2 are between the outer layer 9, 10 and Inner layer 3, 4 (Fig 5) incorporated and completely covered, so that only the Outer layer and part of the inner layer lies on the skin. For that completely an overlock technique is advantageously used on the inside seam.
- the outer layer 9, 10 and Inner layer 3, 4 can consist of different parts and / or of different Materials exist.
- the outer layer 9, 10 for example, even tulle, Raschelware or transparent materials are used, which is particularly optical Makes aspects possible.
- the armpits 14 become the Carrier of the outer layer 9, 10, then the armpits 14 of the carrier of the inner parts 3, 4 connected.
- the openings at the bottom of the bust cups remain 15 and open laterally on the back part 16. They will be together after turning connected and thus closed. This also applies to the middle part 13.
- the so arising seam edges can be edged with a strap 5.
- This Strap can be filled.
- the middle part and the back part can be interrupted and be provided with closures.
- the requirement for the type and direction of elasticity is the individual parts differently. That is why it plays especially for the side parts and back parts Thread play an important role. It is selected in such a way that the Elasticity and the return force is large and small across this direction. This can also by the type of knitted or knitted fabric used and its Stitches can be achieved or supported in the individual part. To do this advantageously knitted or crocheted, which is a result of the production Have preferred direction of their elasticity. As examples of particularly suitable ones Materials mentioned in his knitted fabrics, double jersey, interlock and warp knitted fabrics. at Use of fabrics is in the same sense on the thread course and on the Pay attention to the preferred direction of elasticity.
- the carrier 2 are provided with elastic reinforcing inserts 12, which for example made of silicone, elastane, latex or the like, reinforced before the Outer layer 9, 10 and the inner layer 3, 4 are joined together. These will after the armpits 14 are attached to the left side of the inner part, then to complete the operation of the above joining the interior and Connect outer layer.
- the elastic reinforcing inserts 12 are thus incorporated between the two layers of fabric 6 and completely covered, so that only the Inner layer 3, 4 or the narrow edge 7 of the outer layer 9, 10 on the Skin lies.
- the outer layer 9, 10 and the inner layer 3, 4 of the carrier 11 in each case staggered to avoid thick seams. Carriers can the bra can also be added separately. They can be adjusted in length his.
- an ornamental material can be glued onto the outer layer 9, 10, Sewing etc can be applied.
- Such decorative materials are with the outer layer connected at least point by point.
- the attachment can also line by line, the contours after or flat. So applied tips and the like come nevertheless never in contact with the skin, as it is slightly smaller in area Outer layer 9, 10 and are only connected to this. It is neither seams nor Adhesive spots or the like neither with the inner layer 3, 4 nor with the End edges available.
