Claims (4)
- Schaltgerät mit einem als Schaltantrieb dienenden Elektromagneten, der einen feststehenden Eisenkern (2) und eine Erregerspule (4) umfaßt, die beide in einem Gehäuseunterteil (1) als Baueinheit angeordnet sind, wobei der Eisenkern (2) und die Erregerspule (4) in Vergußmasse (9) eingebettet sind, durch die das Gehäuse des Gehäuseunterteils (1) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Ausnehmung (8) des Eisenkerns (2) ein Flußsensor (5) angeordnet ist, der mit einer Steuerelektronik (6) elektrisch verbunden ist, wobei der Flußsensor (5) und die Steuerelektronik (6) in der Vergußmasse (9) eingebettet sind.
- Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Gehäuseunterteil (1) Buchsen (11) zur Befestigung eines Gehäuseoberteils eingegossen sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schaltgeräts mit einem als Schaltantrieb dienenden Elektromagneten, der einen feststehenden Eisenkern (2) und eine Erregerspule (4) umfaßt, die beide in einem Gehäuseunterteil (1) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Eisenkern (2) und die Erregerspule (4) in einer Form positioniert werden und die Form anschließend mit einer Vergußanasse (9) vergossen wird, wobei zusätzlich in der Form ein in einer Ausnehmung (8) des Eisenkerns (2) liegender Flußsensor (5) sowie eine mit diesem elektrisch verbundene Steuerelektronik (6) vergossen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verguß als Gehäuse des Gehäuseunterteil (1) ausgebildet ist und die Form entsprechende Innenkonturen aufweist.
