Description
Claims (3)
- Elévateur de charge comportant une partie fixe comprenant une base surmontée verticalement d'une colonne rectangulaire dont les faces constituent des bandes de roulement de galets pour un chariot d'une partie mobile fixée sur une fourche, la partie mobile étant reliée à la partie fixe par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif vis-écrous qui assure les mouvements de montées et de descentes, la fourche étant maintenue parallèle par rapport à la base, caractérisé en ce que la colonne est une colonne carrée (2) dont les quatre faces (14, 15, 16, 17) constituent les bandes de roulement de quatre galets (18, 19, 20, 21) d'un chariot (4), en ce que lesdites faces (14, 15, 16, 17) de ladite colonne carrée (2) et les lignes d'axes desdits galets (18, 19, 20, 21) sont respectivement décalées de 45° par rapport aux côtés de la base (1) et de la fourche (5), et en ce que le dispositif vis-écrous est un dispositif vis-écrous trapézoïdal (3,7,8,9).
- Elévateur selon la revendication 1. caractérisé en ce que les deux galets (20, 21) situés, par rapport à la colonne, du côté opposé à la fourche sont décalés en hauteur par rapport aux autres galets (18, 19) de sorte que la pression appliquée entre eux et la colonne carrée (2) soit égale ou supérieure à celle exercée par la charge.
- Elévateur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un écrou de sécurité (9) se grippe sur la vis (3) après une usure prédéterminée de l'écrou porteur (7) et oblige au remplacement des pièces défectueuses avant rupture.
