Claims (7)

  1. Machine de broyage avec au moins un axe de coupe (9) entraîné par un moteur, portant une multitude de lames (S), logé dans un châssis du bloc de coupe (2) rigidifié et dont les lames (S) agissent conjointement avec un autre outil (10) afin de broyer la matière sachant que le châssis du bloc de coupe (2) est essentiellement constitué de deux pièces latérales (3, 4) se faisant face, disposées parallèlement à l'axe de coupe (9) et de deux pièces frontales (5, 6, 6a) reliant entre elles les deux pièces latérales (3, 4), caractérisée en ce que :
    - les pièces frontales (5, 6, 6a) sont divisées en deux et formées d'un élément frontal supérieur (8, 8a) et d'un élément frontal inférieur (7, 7', 7a),
    - les paliers (L) d'au moins un axe de coupe (9) sont maintenus par les pièces frontales (5, 6, 6a) sachant qu'un palier (L) est enserré par les deux éléments frontaux (7, 7', 8 ; 7a, 8a) d'une pièce frontale (5, 6, 6a) et que
    - l'élément frontal supérieur (8, 8a) de chaque pièce frontale (5, 6, 6a) est fixé de manière amovible aux côtés frontaux (ST) des pièces latérales contiguës (3, 4) par des moyens de fixation (BS) engagés du côté frontal par rapport aux pièces latérales (3, 4) contiguës, de telle sorte qu'il suffit, pour retirer au moins un axe de coupe (9) du châssis du bloc de coupe (2), de démonter les éléments frontaux supérieurs (8, 8a) du châssis du bloc de coupe (2) sans provoquer de déréglage du châssis du bloc de coupe (2).
  2. Machine de broyage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les éléments frontaux sont conçus en tant que plaques de culasse (7, 7', 8, 7a, 8a).
  3. Machine de broyage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément frontal supérieur (8, 8a) est vissé aux pièces latérales (3, 4) contiguës et fait éventuellement l'objet d'une solidarisation supplémentaire par goupilles.
  4. Machine de broyage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisée en ce que l'élément frontal inférieur (7, 7', 7a) est vissé du côté frontal avec les pièces latérales (3, 4) contiguës.
  5. Machine de broyage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisée en ce que l'élément frontal supérieur (8) est en outre vissé à un élément frontal inférieur (7, 7').
  6. Machine de broyage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les paliers (L) d'au moins un axe de coupe (9) sont fixés entre les deux éléments frontaux (7a, 8a) par serrage.
  7. Machine de broyage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que des plaques anti-usure (11, 12), par exemple en deux parties, comprenant une plaque de base (13) et une plaque support en acier dur (14) placée devant la précédente, sont fixées du côté intérieur sur les éléments frontaux (7, 7', 8).
