Definitions
- the invention relates to an operating table system, in particular for veterinary medicine Purposes with at least in their outer peripheral area preferably made of stainless steel table top and at least a holding block that can be coupled to a table-fixed supply rail for holding support rods, especially for infusion bottles, instrument trays and the same.
- Operating tables of this type are known. They are usually mobile trained and can be adjustable in height. Often they exist Stainless steel table tops, but it is also known to have frame-like structures to be used where the middle plate is interchangeable and if necessary, an X-ray transparent plate is used can be.
- the object of the present invention is to eliminate these disadvantages and to create an operating table system, the greatest possible legroom guaranteed to meet all hygienic requirements as best as possible and characterized by simplicity and high stability in terms of Attachment of additional units on the operating table.
- this object is essentially achieved by that the peripheral edge area of the table top as a reinforced supply rail trained and form-fitting with holding blocks at least in some areas and non-positively by at least one tensioning element can be coupled.
- peripheral edge area of the table top as Supply rail the greatest possible legroom is achieved because below no rails and no support and / or fastening units on the edge of the table there are more.
- the attachment of the holding blocks takes place at the level of the table top, so that no disturbing elements below the table edge are more present.
- peripheral edge area of the table top and the associated Holding blocks becomes an extremely stable, working with positive and positive locking Connection between the extremely stable operating table on the one hand and the adapted holding blocks on the other hand, so that stands in the holding blocks for various purposes, Swing arms, extension arms, armrests, side fixtures and the like can be attached precisely and stably, with the ability to move of the holding blocks on which the function of the supply rail fulfilling the peripheral edge area of the table top a quick and any positioning with subsequent fixation of the holding blocks can be made.
- the peripheral edge area of the table top is preferred as a circumferential one Edge enhancement trained. This edge increase at least essentially opposite is an integral with the underneath the table top Tabletop formed, inwardly angled support edge provided, with the supply rail designed in this way essentially C-shaped receptacle of the holding block can be coupled and clamped.
- the holding block has a table top complementary to Inclined ramp shaped support dome flange and a support edge Dome and tensioning gutter, with essentially in the rear wall of the holding block aligned with the dome gutter at least one Clamping screw is guided, which is in the dome state on the back of the Support edge attacks and the mutual positive connection of Operating table or between that formed by the edge of the operating table Supply rail and the respective holding block.
- the geometry of the holding block is different with dimensional changes Customizable operating tables. This geometry and principal Design is also independent of the respective materials for Holding block and operating table. In practice, the holding block is dishwasher-safe trained, which also applies to its components.
- Fig. 1 shows a portion of the table top 1 which is preferably made of stainless Stainless steel existing operating table, which by appropriate Deformation of the table top 1 with a peripheral edge elevation 2 is provided. This edge increase is made with an inclined ramp 17 then formed horizontal area.
- the peripheral area of the operating table is circumferential by means of a provided square tube 10, and it is preferred a circumferential reinforcement angle 11 is also provided on the inside abuts the end wall 16 of the table. Opposite the edge elevation 2 this results in a reinforced support edge 5.
- the square tube 10 rests on the one hand in the area of the inclined ramp 17 the table top 1 and on the other hand on the reinforcement angle 11, d. H. it is firmly connected to the corresponding areas.
- holding blocks 4 can be coupled, which serve to Support bars 14 or other support elements, in particular adjustable in height on which infusion bottles, instrument racks, Armrests and the like are attachable. They can also Hold the swingarms, extension arms and the like and hold.
- the holding block 4 shown in the drawings has a table-top side Complementary to the inclined ramp 17 shaped support dome flange and has a dome and tensioning channel 7 on the supporting edge. Further is in the rear wall 8 located between the side walls 3, a clamping screw 9 provided.
- the tensioning channel 7 is formed at an acute angle, so that the support edge 5 can be clamped without play in the tensioning channel 7. Also with different gutter angles, it must always be ensured that the supporting edge 5 always in the jammed state in the vertical direction is properly fixed, i.e. the acute angle must practically be a dead center form for the support edge fixture.
- tension levers 13 are mounted, by means of which it is possible to extend through openings 12 support rods 14 in the to block or fix the desired height.
- the passage openings 12 are in the top wall 18 and the bottom wall 19 of the Holding blocks 4 formed.
- Fig. List shown in which way the holding block 4 with the integrated Supply rail 15 is connected.
- This connection happens because that first the dome and tensioning channel 7 in its release position, d. H. clamping screw 9 in the screwed-back position brought over the supporting edge 5 or hung there and then the holding block 4 pivoted in the direction of the arrow over the edge elevation 2 becomes.
- the holding block 4 then lies with the end faces of the side walls 3 on the end wall 6 of the table and the support dome flange 6 overlaps the inclined ramp 17, so that there is a positive connection between the Supply rail 15 and the holding block 4 results.
- Fig. 2 shows the coupling state, i. H. the state of the form and non-positive connection of the operating table with a holding block 4th
- the respective holding block can be released by partially loosening the clamping screw 9 4 together with the respective fixed support bars 14 along the respective Table edge can be moved, without causing a disengagement between holding block 4 and supply rail 15 would be required.
