Claims (10)
- Spannvorrichtung (1) zum Verspannen einer Kerze (2), insbesondere einer Wachskerze, mit einem Kerzenhalter (3) beziehungsweise Leuchter, wobei eine Blattfederanordnung zum Halten unterschiedlich dicker Kerzen (2) und/oder zum Einsetzen in unterschiedlich bemessene Öffnungen (4) von Kerzenhaltern (3) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Blattfedern (5,6) mit verschiedenen Krümmungsradien aber übereinstimmender Krümmungsrichtung vorgesehen sind und daß eine erste Blattfeder (5) mit kleinerem Krümmungsradius durch das Einsetzen der Kerze (2) gegen ihre Federkraft radial nach außen aufweitbar und/oder eine zweite Blattfeder (6) mit größerem Krümmungsradius gegen ihre Federkraft durch die Öffnung (4) des Kerzenhalters (3) oder Leuchters radial nach innen verformbar sind und daß die erste Blattfeder (5) zumindest bereichsweise von der zweiten Blattfeder (6) außenseitig in entspanntem Zustand mit Abstand umschlossen ist.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Blattfedern (5,6) zumindest mit einer Schmalseite (5a,6a) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene angeordnet sind.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Blattfedern die gleiche Breite haben und mit beiden Schmalseiten (5a,6a;5b,6b) oder Rändern jeweils in einer Ebene liegen, wobei die beiden Ebenen vorzugsweise parallel zueinander verlaufen.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Blattfedern (5,6) funktionsgemäß verschiedene Breiten haben und insbesondere die innenliegende erste Blattfeder (5) mit kleinerem Krümmungsradius zum Beaufschlagen der Kerze (2) eine geringere Breite als die äußere Blattfeder (6) mit größerem Krümmungsradius hat.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere erste Blattfeder (5) wahlweise mit nach innen gerichteten Vorsprüngen, Nocken, Noppen, Erhebungen (10), Riffelungen oder Nasen und/oder einer haftenden Beschichtung usw. ausgerüstet und die äußere zweite Blattfeder (6) ebenfalls wahlweise mit nach außen gerichteten Vorsprüngen, Erhebungen, Nocken, Noppen (10), Riffelungen (12), Nasen, eine haftende Beschichtung oder dergleichen versehen ist.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Blattfedern (5,6) eingängig gewickelt und am Umfang derart geschlitzt sind, daß durch Aufspreizen beziehungsweise Zusammendrücken der Blattfedern eine Durchmesserveränderung innerhalb eines vorgegebenen Toleranzbereichs möglich ist.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Blattfedern (5,6) oder Blattfederschenkel ringförmig oder als Ringe ausgebildet und durchgehend geschlitzt und insbesondere an einem Schlitzrand (8) oder in ihrem jeweiligen Verlauf mit Abstand zu ihrem Schlitz (9), vorzugsweise dem Schlitz (9) gegenüberliegend, miteinander vorzugsweise unlösbar verbunden, zum Beispiel verschweißt, verklebt, vernietet, punktgeschweißt oder gegebenenfalls verschraubt sind.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Blattfedern (5,6) einstückig zu einer einzigen Blattfeder mit zwei etwa konzentrischen Windungsbereichen verbunden sind, deren innerer Windungsbereich die erste Blattfeder (5) mit kleinerem Krümmungsradius und deren äußerer Windungsbereich die zweite Blattfeder (6) mit größerem Krümmungsradius bildet.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blattfeder etwa spiralförmig gewickelt ist und insbesondere der Innenumfang oder Innendurchmesser der inneren Spirale, also der ersten Blattfeder (5) zum Zentrum hin eine umschlingende Anpreßkraft ausübt und der nach außen weiterverlaufende Außendurchmesser oder Außenumfang der äußeren Spirale, also der zweiten Blattfeder (6), eine nach außen gerichtete Spreizkraft ausübt.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blattfedern (5,6) zylindrisch und/oder konisch gewickelt sind und an ihren jeweils voneinander abgewandten Schmalseiten (5a,5b; 6a,6b) übereinstimmende Außenabmessungen oder von einer zu der anderen Schmalseite einen abnehmenden Außendurchmesser haben.
