Description
Claims (10)
- Elektrischer Leiter (1) mit rechteckigem oder quadratischem Querschnitt mit einer ersten den Leiter allseitig umgebenden elektrisch isolierenden Schicht (2) sowie einer auf der ersten Schicht angeordneten zweiten Backlackschicht (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Backlackschicht (3) lediglich auf eine Fläche, höchstens jedoch auf zwei einander gegenüberliegende Flächen aufgebracht ist.
- Elektrischer Leiter nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der elektrische Leiter (1) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur die langen Seiten des Rechtecks mit Backlack (3) beschichtet sind.
- Elektrischer Leiter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Backlack ein Harz auf der Basis von Epoxid, ein Polyester, Polyesterimid oder ein Polyamid ist.
- Elektrischer Leiter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Backlack ein Vernetzungsmittel enthält.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines elektrischen Leiters mit viereckigem Querschnitt, bei dem zunächst die Oberfläche des Leiters mit einem Lackfilm beschichtet und anschließend eine Schicht aus einem Backlack auf den Lackfilm aufgebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Backlack lediglich auf eine, höchstens auf zwei einander gegenüberliegende Flächen des lackierten Leiters aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einen Leiter mit rechteckigem Querschnitt der Backlack auf die langen Seiten des Rechtecks aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Backlack mittels rotierender Walzen aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Backlack ein reaktives Prepolymer aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein vernetzend härtendes Prepolymer aufgetragen wird.
- Verwendung eines elektrischen Leiters nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 bzw. ein nach einem in den Ansprüchen 5 bis 10 beanspruchten Verfahren hergestellter elektrischer Leiter als Drilleiter für Wicklungen für ölgekühlte Transformatoren.
