Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von flachem Fördergut mit einer Saugeinrichtung (10,11) weleche Öffnungen (20,21,22,23;13,14,30) aufweist, die einen Bereich festgelegen, innerhalb dessen die Saugeinrichtung (10,11) das zu vereinzelnde Fördergut erfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch eine versetzte Anordnung der Öffnungen (20',21',22',23';13,14,30) der Saugeinrichtung (10,11) eine zeitlich versetzte Aktivierung eines Teils der Öffnungen (20',21',22',23') der Saugeinrichtung (10,11) erfolgt, wodurch zumindest eine teilweise Auslöschung der bei der Aktivierung der Öffnungen (20,21,22,23) der Saugeinrichtung (10,11) erzeugten Geräusche erreicht wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von flachem Fördergut nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugeinrichtung (10,11) einen Stator (10) und einen eine Saugtrommel bildenden Rotor (11) aufweisen, wobei über Öffnungen (20,21,22,23;13,14,30) in Rotor (11) und Stator (10) ein Bereich festgelegt ist, innerhalb dessen der Rotor (11) das zu vereinzelnde Fördergut erfaßt, wobei durch eine in sektorieller Richtung versetzte Anordnung der Öffnungen (20',21',22',23';13,14,30) des Rotors (11) und/oder des Stators (10) die zeitlich versetzte Aktivierung des Teils der Öffnungen (20',21',22',23') des Rotors (11) erfolgt, wodurch die zumindest teilweise Auslöschung der bei der Aktivierung der Öffnungen (20,21,22,23) des Rotors (11) erzeugten Geräusche erreicht wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von flachem Fördergut nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (20',21',22',23';13,14,30) um einen Abstand (d) verschoben sind, der im wesentlichen durch die Geschwindigkeit der Saugeinrichtung (10,11) vorgegeben ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von flachem Fördergut nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im wesentlichen die Hälfte aller Öffnungen (20,21,22,23) der Saugeinrichtung (10,11) zeitlich versetzt aktiviert werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von flachem Fördergut nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Öffnungen (20,21;20',21') der Saugeinrichtung (10,11), die zuerst aktiviert werden, eine geringere Größe aufweisen als Öffnungen (22,23;22',23') der Saugeinrichtung (10,11), die zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt aktiviert werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von flachem Fördergut nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (20,21,22,23; 20',21',22',23') des Saugernrichtung (10,11) einzeln nacheinander aktiviert werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von flachem Fördergut nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (20,21,22,23;20',21',22',23') des Rotors (11) parallel zu Mantellinien des Rotors (11) angeordnet sind und die Öffnung oder Öffnungen (13,14,30) des Stators (10) schräg zu Mantellinien des Stators (10) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von flachem Fördergut nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine Kante (K) der Öffnung oder Öffnungen (13,14,30) der Saugeinrichtung (10,11) gebrochen ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von flachem Fördergut nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung zur aktiven Schallbedämpfung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von flachem Fördergut nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zur aktiven Schallbedämpfung ein Schallsignal erzeugt, das einen gegenphasigen Verlauf zum durch die ersten Öffnungen (20') verursachten Schallsignal aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von flachem Fördergut nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zur aktiven Schallbedämpfung ein Schallsignal erzeugt, das einen gegenphasigen Verlauf zum durch die letzten Öffnungen (23) verursachten Schallsignal aufweist.
