Claims (24)

  1. Un procédé d'obtention d'un produit de tabac, lequel procédé comprend les étapes consistant à :
    (i) extraire un matériau de tabac avec un solvant pour obtenir un mélange d'extraction ;
    (ii) séparer le mélange d'extraction selon un extrait de tabac et un résidu de tabac ; et
    (iii) traiter l'extrait de tabac avec une enzyme oxydant les phénols pour produire un ou plusieurs composés phénoliques oxydés,
       traiter éventuellement le matériau de tabac et/ou le résidu de tabac avec une protéase.
  2. Le procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant, en outre, l'étape de séparation du ou des composé(s) phénoliques oxydés de l'extrait de tabac.
  3. Le procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le matériau de tabac est du tabac traité.
  4. Le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la séparation des composés phénoliques oxydés est obtenue au moyen d'une centrifugation, d'une filtration, d'une ultrafiltration, d'une sédimentation, d'une osmose inverse, d'une adsorption, d'une décantation ou d'un criblage, ou de l'une quelconque des combinaisons précitées.
  5. Le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, comprenant, en outre, l'étape d'inactivation et/ou d'élimination de l'enzyme oxydant les phénols.
  6. Le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant, en outre, l'étape de traitement de l'extrait avec un adsorbant insoluble et/ou l'étape de traitement de l'extrait avec de la polyvinylpolypyrrolidone (PVPP).
  7. Le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant, en outre, l'étape de combinaison de l'extrait de tabac traité par enzyme avec un matériau de tabac comme, par exemple, le résidu de tabac.
  8. Le procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le matériau de tabac a été traité avec une protéase avant la combinaison avec l'extrait.
  9. Le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel le produit de tabac est un article de tabac pour fumeurs.
  10. Le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel le solvant est un solvant aqueux.
  11. Le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel l'enzyme oxydant les phénols est une oxydase phénolique, choisie de préférence parmi le groupe comprenant la catéchol-oxydase, une laccase et une o-aminophénol-oxydase.
  12. Le procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel l'enzyme oxydant les phénols est une laccase.
  13. Le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, dans lequel l'enzyme oxydant les phénols est dérivée du tabac ou dans lequel l'enzyme oxydant les phénols est une laccase choisie parmi le groupe comprenant Trametes, par exemple Trametes villosa, Myceliophtora, par exemple Myceliopthora thermophila, Coprinus, par exemple Coprinus cinereus, Rhizoctonia, par exemple Rhizoctonia solani ou Pycnoporus, par exemple Pycnoporus cinnabarinus.
  14. Le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel l'enzyme oxydant les phénols est une peroxydase.
  15. Le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel l'enzyme oxydant les phénols n'est pas une monophénol-mono-oxygénase (EC 1.14.18.1).
  16. Le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, dans lequel par traitement avec l'enzyme oxydant les phénols, un ou plusieurs des composés acide chlorogénique, rutine et scopolétine est ou sont oxydé(s).
  17. Le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16 pour préparer un produit de tabac avec une concentration réduite d'au moins un composé phénolique.
  18. Le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17 pour réduire la teneur totale des composés phénoliques dans un matériau de tabac.
  19. Le procédé selon la revendication 17 ou 18, dans lequel ledit ou lesdits composé(s) phénolique(s) est/sont un composé ou des composés phénolique(s) de bas poids moléculaire.
  20. Le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 19, dans lequel l'enzyme oxydant les phénols est ajoutée à l'extrait de tabac.
  21. Un procédé pour l'obtention d'un produit de tabac, qui comprend les étapes consistant à :
    (i) extraire un matériau de tabac avec un solvant pour obtenir un mélange d'extraction ;
    (ii) traiter le mélange d'extraction de l'étape (i) avec une enzyme oxydant les phénols par addition de l'enzyme oxydant les phénols ; et
    (iii) séparer le composé phénolique oxydé du mélange d'extraction traité par enzyme de l'étape (ii).
  22. Un procédé pour l'obtention d'un produit de tabac, lequel procédé comprend les étapes consistant à :
    (i) extraire un matériau de tabac avec un solvant pour obtenir un mélange d'extraction ;
    (ii) séparer le mélange d'extraction selon un extrait. de tabac et un résidu de tabac ;
    (iii) traiter l'extrait de tabac avec une enzyme oxydant les phénols pour produire un ou plusieurs composés phénoliques oxydés ;
    (iv) séparer le composé phénolique oxydé de l'extrait ;
    (v) concentrer l'extrait ; et
    (vi) combiner l'extrait de tabac traité par enzyme avec le résidu de tabac,
    traiter éventuellement le matériau de tabac et/ou le résidu de tabac avec une protéase.
  23. Utilisation d'une enzyme oxydant les phénols, par exemple une laccase, dans le traitement d'un extrait de tabac.
  24. Utilisation d'une enzyme modifiant les phénols dans un procédé pour l'obtention d'un produit de tabac, le procédé comprenant l'étape de traitement d'un extrait d'un matériau de tabac avec une enzyme modifiant les phénols.
