Claims (12)
- Drucktaster, insbesondere zum Einbau in Bedienpulte zur Maschinenbedienung, mit einem Gehäuse (1), in dem ein Druckknopf (2) federnd aufgenommen ist, wobei Druckknopf (2) und Gehäuse (1) über ein Dichtelement (3) gegeneinander abgedichtet sind und das Dichtelement (3) zur Rückstellung des Druckknopfs (2) in eine Ausgangsposition nach Betätigung federnd ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtelement (3) integrierte drahtförmig oder flächig ausgebildete Federelemente (10) aufweist. - Drucktaster nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtelement (3) bei Betätigung des Druckknopfs (2) verschiebbare oder einrollbare Endabschnitte (4) aufweist. - Drucktaster nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endabschnitte (4) in Ausnehmungen (5) des Druckknopfes (5) und/oder eines mit dem Druckknopf (5) verbundenen Stützelements (6) aufgenommen sind. - Drucktaster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtelement (3) im wesentlichen rotationssymmetrisch aufgebaut ist. - Drucktaster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtelement (3) kuppelartig aufgebaut ist. - Drucktaster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtelement (3) eine Öffnung (7) zur Durchführung des Druckknopfs (2) aufweist. - Drucktaster nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endabschnitte (4) des Dichtelements (3) im Bereich der Öffnung (7) angeordnet sind und diese bilden. - Drucktaster nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtelement (3) Stege (8) mit stärkerer Wanddicke und Zwischenwandbereiche (9) mit schwächerer Wanddicke aufweist. - Drucktaster nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rotationssymmetrische Dichtelement (3) im wesentlichen sternförmig angebrachte Stege (8) aufweist. - Drucktaster nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federelemente (10) aus Metall oder Kunststoff bestehen. - Drucktaster nach Anspruch 1 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federelemente (10) im Bereich der Stege (8) des Dichtelements (3) angebracht sind. - Drucktaster nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federelemente (10) z.B. zur Vorspannung des Dichtelements (3) vorgebogen sind.
