Description
- la figure 1 représente en coupe longitudinale un premier mode de réalisation d'un dispositif de fixation selon l'invention d'un culot à la partie arrière de l'étui d'une munition de gros calibre,
- la figure 2 est une vue de détail agrandie de la fixation de la pièce tubulaire sur la cuvette,
- la figure 3 est une vue de détail d'une partie centrale de la cuvette,
- les figures 4 et 5 représentent la cuvette seule suivant une variante de réalisation de l'invention, la figure 4 étant une coupe suivant le plan dont la trace AA est représentée à la figure 5,
- la figure 6 est une vue en coupe de la cuvette suivant un deuxième mode de réalisation de l'invention,
- la figure 7 représente en coupe longitudinale un troisième mode de réalisation d'un dispositif de fixation selon l'invention d'un culot à la partie arrière de l'étui d'une munition de gros calibre,
- les figures 8a et 8b sont des vues de détails représentant la bague mise en oeuvre dans le mode de réalisation selon la figure 7, la figure 8a étant une coupe de la bague suivant le plan dont la trace BB est représentée à la figure 8b.
Claims (12)
- Dispositif de solidarisation d'un culot obturateur (3) pour une munition notamment de gros calibre avec un étui (2) combustible, dispositif dans lequel l'étui (2) porte ou présente une cuvette (2a,8) dotée d'une ouverture centrale (11), dispositif caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen support (18) est fixé à la cuvette par un premier moyen de liaison (12,25), moyen support affectant la forme d'une tige comportant une portée cylindrique (19) sur laquelle vient se positionner un alésage (5) du culot (3), le culot étant rendu solidaire du moyen support (18) par un deuxième moyen de liaison (20) .
- Dispositif de solidarisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen support (18) est constitué par un système allumeur.
- Dispositif de solidarisation selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le moyen support (18) comporte une partie filetée destinée à coopérer avec un écrou (20) qui constitue le deuxième moyen de liaison et qui vient se loger dans un lamage (6) aménagé sur le culot (3).
- Dispositif de solidarisation selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la cuvette (2a) est formée intégralement avec l'étui combustible.
- Dispositif de solidarisation selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la cuvette (8) est rendue solidaire d'une paroi cylindrique de l'étui (2) combustible par un moyen de fixation (10).
- Dispositif de solidarisation selon une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le premier moyen de liaison comprend une pièce intermédiaire (12,25) fixée au niveau de l'ouverture centrale (11).
- Dispositif de solidarisation selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la pièce intermédiaire est une bague (25) comprenant une gorge circulaire (30) dans laquelle vient se loger le rebord de l'ouverture centrale (11), bague présentant au moins deux becs (27) élastiquement déformables autorisant l'introduction du rebord dans la gorge (30).
- Dispositif de solidarisation selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la pièce intermédiaire (12) comprend une gorge circulaire (16) dans laquelle viennent se loger au moins deux languettes (17) solidaires de la cuvette (8).
- Dispositif de solidarisation selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la cuvette (8) comporte au moins une ouverture latérale (22) permettant l'introduction de poudre.
- Dispositif de solidarisation selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la cuvette (8) comporte au moins trois ouvertures (22) régulièrement réparties angulairement et délimitées par des bras radiaux (23) convergeant vers une collerette annulaire axiale (24).
- Culot obturateur (3) destiné à être rendu solidaire d'un étui combustible (2) par un dispositif de solidarisation selon une des revendications précédentes, culot caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un alésage axial lisse (5) destiné à coopérer avec un moyen support (18) en forme de tige qui est solidaire de l'étui (2).
- Culot obturateur selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'alésage axial (5) est élargi en un lamage (6) au niveau d'une face arrière (7) du culot, lamage permettant de recevoir un écrou de fixation (20).
