Description

The invention relates to a frame design for device attachment to the underside of a Rail vehicle undercarriage, the releasable fastenings of the underfloor units and devices having.

In rail vehicle construction, it is generally known to design the undercarriage trough in the longitudinal center of the wagon with a cable duct which runs downwards in the longitudinal direction of the wagon and with lateral section ducts which are specially adapted and clad to accommodate the units and devices to be accommodated therein, the units to be accommodated in these sections being designed in slide-in construction, see for example DD 111 856.
The crucial disadvantage of the aggregate-related design of the section shafts is that only aggregates and devices related to this construction can be used and arranged, which is only acceptable for large series. Structural changes to the units as well as devices and / or changed arrangements of the same usually require not only adjustments to the section shafts, but also changes to the entire truss or base structure.
According to DE 29 08 823 A1, a support element for use in vehicles is known, according to which it is designed as a sole base plate and provided with C-rail-shaped fastening elements for devices and components. In the fastening elements, sliding blocks are arranged to be displaceable and lockable by means of screws, these also carrying the devices and components.
DE 34 42 157 A1 also describes a carrier and subframe, according to which the carrier has a bed which is open at the bottom and into which the connecting piece of the subframe carrying the units which corresponds to this bedding engages in a non-positive and positive manner.
With both solutions, due to their specific design, no optimal use can be made of the limited space available under a rail vehicle for the large number of units and devices to be accommodated. In addition, it has the disadvantage that every change in device and / or every change in the arrangement of the devices must be adapted to the existing C-rail or support grid and additionally requires complex adjustments to the device connections.
This disadvantageous problem also resides in the solution according to DE 296 14 089 U1, since adjacent cross beams are connected to one another by one or more additional hollow profile beams arranged parallel to the side long beams, with which several device holders formed with receiving openings are welded, in the receiving openings of which the cross beams are formed Units and devices can be attached and locked.
All of the above-described solutions have in common that changes in the arrangement and / or the fastening of units and devices assigned to the underside of the rail vehicle undercarriages, in particular in the case of small series, can only be implemented with an unacceptable effort, and mostly with effects on the entire undercarriage construction. In addition, an additional arrangement of underfloor air ducts, which are relatively large in volume and must be arranged or relocated according to certain requirements, is almost impossible due to the lack of free spaces in the underframe area.

The invention has for its object a frame training for device attachment to design the underside of a rail vehicle undercarriage that is relatively easy both changed arrangements and / or attachments of units and devices as also allows the introduction of air ducts in the base area.

This object is achieved with a frame design according to the preamble of claim 1 in such a way that column-like adapter elements on the one hand are suitably designed for adjustable and tolerance-compensating fastening to the floor construction and / or on the cross members and on the other hand for fastening a profile frame corresponding to almost the entire area of the base frame, wherein the profile frame consists of frame segments which are formed with means for fastening the underfloor units and devices of a rail vehicle and are arranged to form at least one further horizontal plane spaced from the floor construction and / or from the cross members.
Advantageous further developments result from the subclaims.
The advantages achieved by the invention compared to the prior art consist in particular in the fact that the possibility of bank manufacture of the releasably attachable column-like adapter elements and frame segments on which the underfloor units and devices are arranged makes it possible to achieve high levels of accuracy, and that Any adjustments and / or fastening of the units and devices can be carried out relatively easily by adaptations or changes to the adapter elements and / or the individual frame segments which can be carried out separately, without the underframe construction or parts thereof having to be involved in this process.
In addition, the frame segments can be spaced in a horizontal plane from the floor construction and / or from the cross members in such a way that this additional space created can be used for introducing supply facilities, such as air ducts for air conditioning the passenger area, and / or that all underfloor units and - devices are aligned in a common lowest level, which, in addition to optimal design aspects, also has an advantageous flow.

An embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the accompanying drawings and is explained in detail below.

It can clearly be seen in FIG. 1 that the illustrated undercarriage of the rail vehicle with the floor construction 2, which is preferably formed from extruded profiles, has no cross members, but the inventive idea can also be realized in the presence of cross members in the undercarriage.
Column-like adapter elements 1 are operatively connected to the floor construction 2 on the one hand and are designed to fasten a profile frame 7 on the other hand. The floor construction 2 has on its underside receptacles 3 for fastening the adapter elements 1, which should advantageously permit an adjustable and tolerance-compensating arrangement of the adapter elements 1. It makes sense to design these receptacles 3 in a C-rail shape and suitable for integrating correspondingly designed sliding blocks 4. The fastening elements 5 of the sliding blocks 4, for which screw bolts should be used, are assigned oblong holes 6 in the adapter elements 1, arranged transversely to the longitudinal center line of the corresponding receptacle 3, so that the sliding blocks 4 can be displaced longitudinally in the receptacles 3 and the arrangement of the adapter elements 1, which is displaceable transversely to the longitudinal center lines of the receptacles 3, is an adjustable and tolerance-compensating fastening of the same to the floor construction 2, which finally locks accordingly and would therefore also be detachable at the same time.
In this context, it is taken for granted that the attachment of the adapter elements 1 to the floor structure 2 could also be designed differently, but solutions which also allow an adjustable and tolerance-compensating and releasable attachment should be favored.
The columnar adapter elements 1, on the other hand, are preferably suitably designed for the releasable fastening of the profile frame 7, for which purpose console- or flange-like detents are available. In this context, it should only be pointed out that permanent connections between the adapter elements 1 and the profile frame 7 are also conceivable, but this would reduce the positive handling of the frame design according to the invention, which will be described later.
The profile frame 7, which corresponds to almost the entire area of the base frame, consists of frame segments 8, which preferably consist of closed profiles or of L- or U-shaped profiles and further horizontal planes a; a '; a "are arranged so as to be spaced apart from the floor construction 2 in such a way that on the one hand their distance and the underfloor units and devices attached to them and only indicated in the drawing from the floor construction 2 for accommodating supply facilities 10, such as air ducts for air conditioning or for loading and ventilation of the passenger area is adequately dimensioned and on the other hand these units and devices are fastened aligned in a common lowest level B. For this purpose the frame segments 8 also have means 9 for fastening the units and devices, preferably profile brackets suitable for screw connections.
Although a welded and thus permanent connection of a frame segment 8 with the associated adapter elements 1 is shown in FIG. 2, the use of a releasable fastening is recommended in practice for reasons of flexibility and the problem-free implementation of changes in the frame design according to the invention. This is particularly advantageous if the arrangement and / or training and / or the attachment of the underfloor units or devices is changed. Then only the affected frame segments 8 or individual profiles thereof would have to be detached from their adapter elements 1, changed or renewed according to the given conditions and easily attached to the adapter elements 1 again, so that different trolley types can also be provided in an uncomplicated manner with uniform underframes without having to change or adapt the base structure or parts thereof. Changes in the laying of the supply lines 10 can also be implemented in a simple manner, since the columnar adapter elements 1 only insignificantly restrict the space between the floor construction 2 and the profile frame 7 or its frame segments 8.
In conclusion, it is merely pointed out that all detachable connections per se and the components connected in this way are additionally secured against falling, and that the inventive idea is not intended to be bound to the details shown in the exemplary embodiment.
