- Die Lageranordnung einer erfindungsgemäß aufgebauten Waschmaschine in der Seitenansicht im Schnitt.

Eine speziell ausgebildete Wellendichtung (14) wird trommelseitig auf einen ringförmigen Bund (15) am Lagergehäuse (7) aufgepresst. Diese ist aufgrund ihres durchgehenden Laufrings (14a) zur axialen Kraftübertragung vom Trommelboden (3a) auf den trommelseitigen Innenring (9a) geeignet. Der Wellenzapfen (1) mit der Trommel (3) wird aus der trommelseitigen Montagerichtung eingesetzt. Die Riemenscheibe (8) wird auf der entgegengesetzten Seite aufgelegt. Die Schraube (16) der Riemenscheibe (8) wird angezogen, wodurch die Lagerinnenringe unter Zwischenlage einer Hülse (13) verspannt und in axialer Richtung fixiert werden. Bei dieser Ausführung wird die Lageranordnung über die Riemenscheibe (8) verspannt. Bei Waschmaschinen mit Direktantrieben (nicht dargestellt) erfolgt ein Verspannen der Lagerung über den Rotor des Direktantriebs. Zur Sicherstellung des Verspannwegs weist die Länge der Verspannungskette ein Übermaß gegenüber der Länge des Wellenzapfens (1) auf. Außerdem wird durch einen Freistich ein Spalt Y zwischen der Nabe (8a) der Riemenscheibe und einer Anlagefläche (1a) am Wellenzapfen (1) erzeugt.
Claims (9)
- Wäschebehandlungsmaschine mit einer fliegend gelagerten Trommel (3), die um eine horizontale oder geneigte Achse drehbar ist, wobei in einem Lagergehäuse (7) zwei Radialkugellager (9, 10) mit ihren Außenringen (9b, 10b) lossitzfrei und mit axialem Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind und mit ihren Innenringen (9a, 10a) einen mit der Trommel verbundenen Wellenzapfen (1) aufnehmen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Innenringe (9a, 10a) beider Radialkugellager (9, 10) im eingebauten Zustand lossitzfrei in Bezug auf den Wellenzapfen (1) und axial definiert verspannt in Bezug auf die Außenringe (9b, 10b) angeordnet sind. - Wäschebehandlungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass eine Fixierung der Innenringe (9a, 10a) beider Radialkugellager (9, 10) auf dem Wellenzapfen (1) im Festsitz und unter Verspannung mittels einer konzentrisch zum Wellenzapfen (1) angeordneten Abstandshülse (13) unter Einwirkung einer äußeren axial wirkenden Anpresskraft erfolgt. - Wäschebehandlungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die axial vorgespannte Fixierung der Innenringe (9a, 10a) auf dem Wellenzapfen (1) durch eine zwischen dem Boden (3a) der Trommel (3) und einer Schraube (16) zur Befestigung einer Riemenscheibe (8) oder eines Direktantrieb-Rotors aufgebaute Verspannungskette erfolgt, welche aus einem Laufring (14a) einer Wellendichtung (14), den Innenringen (9a, 10a) selbst, der Hülse (13) und der Riemenscheibe (8) oder dem Direktantrieb-Rotor besteht. - Wäschebehandlungsmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Toleranzfelder der Innenringe (9, 10) und die Toleranzfelder des Wellenzapfens (1) derart gewählt sind, dass Innenringe und Wellenzapfen (1) eine Spielpassung bilden. - Wäschebehandlungsmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Vorspannung der Innenringe (9a, 10a) beider Radialkugellager (9, 10) in Richtung des Lagergehäuse-Zentrums erfolgt. - Wäschebehandlungsmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Toleranzfelder der Außenringe (9b, 10b) und die Toleranzfelder der Lagergehäuse-Bohrungen (11a, 11b) derart gewählt sind, dass Außenringe und Bohrungen (11a, 11b) eine Presspassung bilden. - Wäschebehandlungsmaschine nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Länge der Abstandshülse (13) und die Tiefe der Lagergehäuse-Bohrungen (11a, 11b) derart bemessen sind, dass sich zwischen der Anschlagfläche (12a, 12b) mindestens einer Bohrung (11a) und dem in dieser Bohrung (11a) angeordneten Außenring (10b) ein Spalt (X) einstellt. - Wäschebehandlungsmaschine nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Spalt (X) im Bereich des antriebsseitigen Radialkugellagers (10) angeordnet ist. - Wäschebehandlungsmaschine nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Verspannungskette (8, 9a, 10a, 13, 14) gegenüber der Länge des Wellenzapfens (1) ein Übermaß aufweist.
