Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur Wartung von Speichern (1) für Feststoffe, wie zum Beispiel Silos für pulverförmige Materien, in die ein oder mehrere Arbeiter einfahren müssen, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass:der Speicher (1) innen, im oberen Bereich über den ganzen Umfang der Wandung (2) zumindest einen Handlauf besitzt,dass jeder Arbeiter (3) während er im Speicher (1) von oben aus in Richtung Boden des Speichers (1) fährt, durch mindestens zwei Verankerungspunkte im oberen Teil des Speichers (1) gesichert wird, von denen mindestens einer am Handlauf vorgesehen ist,dass der Speicher (1) auf seinem Umfang in so viele Sektoren unterteilt wird, wie Personen (3) anwesend sind, so dass für jede anwesende Person (3) ein senkrechter Bewegungsraum definiert wird, damit mehrere Arbeiter gleichzeitig und unter sicheren Bedingungen arbeiten können.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass,
zwei Verankerungspunkte am Handlauf realisiert werden. - Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass
der zweite Verankerungspunkt mit Hilfe einer Winde realisiert wird, die sich oben auf dem Speicher (1) befindet. - Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass den Arbeitern (3) über die Versorgungsleitungen (5) Sauerstoff von außerhalb des Speichers (3) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass
die Versorgungsleitungen (5) synchron mit der senkrechten Bewegung der Arbeiter (3) in Richtung Boden des Speichers (1) abgerollt werden. - Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass eine Sicherheits-Luftreserve außerhalb des Speichers (1) geschaffen wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass ein Alarm ausgelöst wird, wenn die in der Luftreserve vorhandene Luftmenge unter eine vorbestimmte Menge absinkt, die dem Luftverbrauch aller Arbeiter (3) während einer vorbestimmten Zeit entspricht.
- Anlage zur Wartung von Speichern (1) für Feststoffe, wie zum Beispiel Pulversilos, mit der eine oder mehrere Arbeiter (3) einfahren, und die geeignet ist, das Verfahren gemäß einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 zu realisieren, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie aus folgenden Elementen besteht:mindestens einem Handlauf auf dem ganzen inneren Umfang des Speichers (1), der im oberen Teil des Speichers (1) an der Wand (2) befestigt ist,Seile (4), mit denen jeder Arbeiter (3) im Speicher (1) auf seinem Weg von oben in Richtung Boden des Speichers (1) gesichert wird.mindestens zwei Verankerungen für die Seile (4) im oberen Bereich des Speichers (1), von denen mindestens eine an dem Handlauf realisiert ist,
- Anlage gemäß Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die beiden Verankerungspunkte an dem Handlauf realisiert sind.
- Anlage gemäß Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie mindestens eine Winde (9) besitzt, mit Hilfe derer der zweite Verankerungspunkt realisiert ist, wobei die Winde oben auf dem Speicher (1) gesichert ist.
- Anlage gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie Versorgungsleitungen (5) für Sauerstoff besitzt.
- Anlage gemäß Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie eine Abrollvorrichtung (6) für die Versorgungsleitungen (5) aufweist, die ein mit der Bewegung der Arbeiter (3)synchrones Abrollen gestatten, und die oben auf dem Speicher (1) installiert ist.
- Anlage gemäß Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie außen am Speicher (1) eine Sicherheits-Luftreserve besitzt.
