Description

La présente invention concerne un vêtement de sport, en particulier pour un cycliste, comprenant une partie dorsale et une partie frontale, ladite partie frontale présentant une ouverture située sensiblement à la hauteur du pubis pour le passage du sexe dudit cycliste.
Un tel vêtement de sport peut être aussi bien une combinaison à jambes longues ou courtes ou ce qu'on appelle dans le domaine cycliste un cuissard, un caleçon ou un "combi". A l'heure actuelle, ces vêtements ne présentent pas d'ouverture permettant au sportif d'uriner. De ce fait, le sportif doit se déshabiller. Cela est particulièrement gênant pour le sportif, car il doit se contorsionner pour retirer son vêtement et perd donc du temps. De plus, le sportif se retrouvant déshabillé peut prendre froid.
On connaít dans d'autres domaines de l'habillement des vêtements présentant une braguette fermée par des boutons, des pressions ou une fermeture à glissière. De tels vêtements sont notamment décrits dans les publications US-A-2 352 128, DE-A-2 308 589 ou FR-A-2 738 997. De par la publication WO-A-95/02340, on connaít aussi des vêtements du style "body", pourvus d'une partie inférieure détachable et fixée à la partie supérieure du vêtement par des pressions ou une bande Velcro®.
Pour une question de pudeur et de fonctionnalité, ces braguettes ou la partie inférieure détachable doivent obligatoirement comporter des moyens de fermeture.
Or, la présence de ces moyens de fermeture est particulièrement gênante pour un vêtement destiné aux cyclistes. En effet, de tels moyens de fermeture, en particulier les pressions, représentent de grands risques de blessures lorsque le cycliste est assis sur son vélo.
D'autre part, les vêtements pour cyclistes sont à l'heure actuelle réalisés dans des tissus très élastiques, tels que le Lycra®. Du fait de leur élasticité, ces tissus sont difficiles à travailler. En conséquence, il n'est pas possible de prévoir une braguette verticale telle que décrite dans le brevet US-A-2 352 128 ou une braguette telle que décrite dans la demande de brevet français FR-A-2 738 997, car les pans de la braguette s'écarteraient de chaque côté.
Enfin, les systèmes de fermeture du type "body", tels que décrits dans la publication internationale WO-A-95/02340, ne peuvent pas être utilisés pour les vêtements pour cycliste car il ne serait alors pas possible de maintenir en place la peau de chamois, qui est présente obligatoirement sur ce type de vêtement pour le confort du cycliste. Ce système de fermeture ne serait également pas très commode à utiliser sur un vélo.
La présente invention vise à pallier ces inconvénients en proposant un vêtement de sport permettant d'uriner sans avoir à se déshabiller et restant confortable pour un sportif, et plus particulièrement pour un cycliste assis sur son vélo.
Dans ce but, l'invention concerne un vêtement du genre indiqué en préambule, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture est horizontale et en ce que la partie frontale comprend une patte extérieure et une patte intérieure se chevauchant pour délimiter ladite ouverture de manière à ce que ladite ouverture reste fermée sans l'aide d'un quelconque moyen de fermeture.
Les pattes extérieure et intérieure peuvent être prévues sensiblement sur toute la largeur de la partie frontale et être prises dans des coutures latérales entre les parties frontale et dorsale.
D'une manière avantageuse, les pattes extérieure et intérieure sont assemblées à la partie frontale par des coutures suivant une ligne arrondie.
Les pattes extérieure et inférieure peuvent comporter des piqûres de maintien qui peuvent être obliques de manière avantageuse.
La présente invention et ses avantages apparaítront mieux dans la description suivante d'un exemple de réalisation, en référence aux dessins annexés, dans lesquels:
  • la figure 1 représente une vue de face d'un vêtement de sport selon la présente invention, et
  • la figure 2 représente une vue en coupe transversale de la figure 1.
En référence aux figures, le vêtement 10 de sport selon l'invention est un cuissard prévu pour un cycliste. Il est constitué d'une partie frontale 2 et d'une partie dorsale 3, les bords latéraux de ces parties étant reliés au moyen de deux bandes latérales 4. Le vêtement ou cuissard 10 comprend également des bretelles 5. D'une manière connue, il est réalisé dans une matière à base Lycra®, c'est-à-dire qui présente une certaine élasticité. Son entrejambe est garnie d'une peau de chamois 6 pour améliorer le confort de l'assise du cycliste.
Conformément à la présente invention, la partie frontale 2 du cuissard 10 se divise au-dessus de la peau de chamois 6 et sensiblement au niveau du pubis, en deux parties supérieure 2c et inférieure 2d, la partie supérieure 2c se terminant par une patte extérieure 11a et la partie inférieure 2d commençant par une patte intérieure 11b. Les pattes extérieure 11a et intérieure 11b se chevauchent et délimitent une ouverture horizontale 7 par laquelle le cycliste peut passer son sexe.
Les pattes extérieure 11a et intérieure 11b s'étendent sur toute la largeur de la partie frontale 2 et leurs bords latéraux sont pris dans les coutures latérales 12 qui permettent d'assembler la partie frontale 2 aux bandes latérales 4.
Comme le montre plus précisément la figure 2, les pattes extérieure 11a et intérieure 11b sont formées en repliant vers l'intérieur le bord du tissu sur lui-même de manière à avoir une double épaisseur. L'extrémité repliée est fixée à la patte correspondante au moyen des coutures 13a et 13b permettant d'assembler respectivement les pattes extérieure 11a et intérieure 11b aux parties frontales supérieure 2c et inférieure 2d. Les coutures 13a et 13b sont effectuées selon une ligne arrondie de manière à prendre en compte l'élasticité de la matière, comme le Lycra®.
Les pattes extérieure 11a et intérieure 11b sont également maintenues entre elles par deux piqûres de maintien obliques 14 afin de respecter l'élasticité du tissu utilisé. Ces piqûres de maintien 14 forment également un passage évasé facilitant l'introduction du sexe du cycliste.
Il est prévu également deux piqûres de maintien 15 disposées de manière oblique dans le sens contraire des piqûres 14. Ces piqûres 15 sont prévues pour éviter que le vent s'engouffre dans le cuissard.
Le vêtement de sport décrit ci-dessus offre au sportif l'avantage de pouvoir uriner au cours de son activité sportive sans avoir à se déshabiller. En effet, avec par exemple un cuissard traditionnel, il faut enlever les bretelles afin de baisser suffisamment le haut du vêtement pour pouvoir uriner. Avec le vêtement selon l'invention, il suffit que le sportif entrouvre l'ouverture 7 et qu'il passe son sexe dans cette ouverture 7 pour pouvoir uriner.
De plus, l'ouverture 7 selon l'invention présente l'avantage de ne pas s'ouvrir involontairement grâce au chevauchement des pattes 11a, 11b et ne nécessite aucun moyen de fermeture. Il n'y a donc pas de risque de blesser le cycliste puisque les pattes extérieure 11a et intérieure 11b ne gênent pas le cycliste et ne diminuent pas son confort quand il est assis sur son vélo.
La description ci-dessus montre clairement que l'invention atteint tous les avantages recherchés.
La présente invention n'est pas limitée à l'exemple de réalisation décrit mais s'étend à toute modification et variante évidente pour un homme du métier. En particulier, l'invention peut s'appliquer également à d'autres types de vêtements de sport que le cuissard représenté, et notamment au caleçon, c'est-à-dire un cuissard à jambes longues, ou aux combinaisons à jambes courtes ou longues.

Claims (6)

  1. Vêtement de sport (10), en particulier pour un cycliste, comprenant une partie frontale (2) et une partie dorsale (3), la partie frontale (2) présentant une ouverture (7) située sensiblement à la hauteur du pubis pour le passage du sexe dudit cycliste, caractérisé en ce que ladite ouverture (7) est horizontale et en ce que la partie frontale (2) comprend une patte extérieure (11a) et une patte intérieure (11b) se chevauchant pour délimiter ladite ouverture (7) de manière à ce que ladite ouverture (7) reste fermée sans l'aide d'un quelconque moyen de fermeture.
  2. Vêtement (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pattes extérieure (11a) et intérieure (11b) sont prévues sensiblement sur toute la largeur de la partie frontale (2).
  3. Vêtement (10) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites pattes extérieure (11a) et intérieure (11b) sont prises dans des coutures latérales entre les parties frontale (2) et dorsale (3).
  4. Vêtement (10) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les pattes extérieure (11a) et intérieure (11b) sont assemblées à la partie frontale (2) par des coutures (13a, 13b) suivant une ligne arrondie.
  5. Vêtement (10) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites pattes extérieure (11a) et intérieure (11b) comportent des piqûres de maintien (14, 15).
  6. Vêtement (10) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdites piqûres de maintien (14, 15) sont obliques.
