Description

The invention relates to a device for vacuuming during spray painting resulting paint mist using paint mist separating filters and a suction fan, the filters being arranged in a mobile elongated box, one of which is open elongated long side can be turned towards the area of origin of the paint mist, on the other side of the filter a hose for discharging the filtered air is removably arranged. Such a device is from the FR 1564222 known.

The spray painting of various objects has long been an easy to carry out fast and cost-saving process known. The problem here is that the Spray painting resulting spray mist can contain toxic substances and in any case smells extremely unpleasant. In order to be able to vacuum the spray properly, therefore the objects to be painted are placed in a spray box. This Spray box is part of a painting system, where the spray is vacuumed, filtered and is then released again as cleaned exhaust air.

It is evident that placing the objects to be painted in a spray box is one represents complex process. For example, when painting doors or Windows hung out in private households, often a few floors in old houses carried down, by truck to the paint shop and after painting be returned. In addition, the painted items must be very carefully are treated, as for example the smallest dents and on painted wooden surfaces Abrasions are recognizable.

In FR-1564222 ist eine Einrichtung zum Absaugen des beim Spritzlackieren entstehenden Farbnebels mittels Farbnebelabscheidefiltern und eines Absaugventilators bekannt, wobei die Filter in einem fahrbaren länglichen Kasten angeordnet sind.FR-1564222 describes a device for suctioning off the spray painting Paint mist by means of paint mist separator filters and a suction fan known, the Filters are arranged in a mobile elongated box.

The disadvantage here is that the known device for suction of the paint mist is not simply the size of the objects to be spray-painted and the resulting spray mist can be adjusted.

The invention has therefore set itself the goal of a device for vacuuming the at Spray painting resulting paint mist using paint mist filters and one To create suction fan, in which the objects to be sprayed (painted) on their The place of use or installation can be left and thus your own Painting system is not necessary. Furthermore, it is intended to enable the invention in a simple and quickly the size of the objects to be spray painted and to take into account the resulting spray mist.

This is achieved in that at least one further one is attached to the mobile elongated box elongated mobile box, can be connected, wherein the side walls of the boxes are removable.

The arrangement of a mobile suction fan separate from the box ensures that the device according to the invention consists of a few individual parts can be easily transported.

It is to filter out the unpleasant "smells" that can occur when spray painting expedient that a mobile activated carbon filter housing is arranged, which via hoses on the suction or pressure side can be connected to the suction fan.

On the one hand to the supply air flow during operation of the device according to the invention improve, on the other hand, to prevent damage to the filter elements during transport, it is appropriate that the open long sides of the mobile elongated box or connectable further box (the connectable further boxes) by means of doors or the like are closable.

To ensure the full functionality and possible application of the To ensure device according to the invention, the doors of the box (the Boxes) can be arranged detachable.

A large constant fresh air supply is not possible at certain locations. To with to ensure mixed air operation of the device according to the invention is in the Pressure line of the suction fan arranged a T-piece, which with control flaps for Setting such a mixed air operation is provided. It is not advisable that more as 50% cleaned exhaust air back into the installation site of the device according to the invention is brought back.
