Claims (6)
- Elektrisch angetriebene Luftpumpe mit einem Gehäuse, in dem ein Elektromotor und ein Pumpenwerk angeordnet sind, wobei das Pumpenwerk zumindest ein Pumpenlaufrad aufweist, das mit einem Laufradnabenelement auf einer Elektromotorwelle angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Laufradnabenelement (10; 11) zwei Nabenteile (14, 15; 16, 17) aufweist, die jeweils auf jeder Laufradseite gelegen sind und mittels in Aufnahmeöffnungen (21) des Laufrades (8; 9) hineinragender Mitnehmeransätze (22) formschlüssig in Drehrichtung mit dem Laufrad (8; 9) verbunden sind, wobei die Nabenteile (14, 15; 16, 17) kraftschlüssig miteinander durch eine Klipsverbindung verbunden sind.
- Elektrisch angetriebene Luftpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eines der Nabenteile (14, 15; 16, 17) einen tellerfederförmig ausgebildeten Flansch (22) aufweist, um die Vorspannung der Klipsverbindung zu gewährleisten.
- Elektrisch angetriebene Luftpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der Nabenteile (15; 17) Rastarme (23) aufweist, die durch Durchgangslöcher (24) der Mitnehmeransätze (21) des anderen Nabenteils (14; 16) ragen und mit einem Klipsansatz (25) einen Klipsbund (26) übergreifen.
- Elektrisch angetriebene Luftpumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nabenteile (14, 15; 16, 17) durch einen Nabenansatz (19) eines der Nabenteile (14; 16), der die Zentrieröffnung (18) des Laufrades (8; 9) und eine Zentrieröffnung (27) des anderen Nabenteiles (15; 17) durchragt, zueinander und in Bezug auf die Zentrieröffnung (18) des Laufrades (8; 9) ausgerichtet gehalten sind.
- Elektrisch angetriebene Luftpumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine die Elektromotorwelle aufnehmende Nabenöffnung Längsriefen (28) aufweist, die mit Klebemittel gefüllt sind.
- Elektrisch angetriebene Luftpumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nabenteile (14, 15; 16, 17) aus Kunststoff gefertigt sind.
