Description
Nachteilig ist hierbei der hohe Fertigungsaufwand und dass die kammförmige Ausbildung nicht das Bogenverhalten bei unterschiedlichen Bedruckstoffen sowie unterschiedlichen Betriebsarten (Schöndruck oder Schön- und Widerdruck) berücksichtigt, so dass es zu Abschmiererscheinungen oder Beschädigungen des Bedruckstoffes kommen kann.

In einer weiteren Ausbildung ist die rotierbare Bogenführungseinrichtung 13, 15, 16, 17 durch mehrere einzelne, auf einer Antriebswelle, z.B. eine Sechskantwelle, angeordnete Rotoren 15 mit zugeordnetem Stator 13 (mit Kanal 17) gebildet. Rotor 15 und Stator 13 sind dabei scheibenförmig ausgebildet und sind über die Formatbreite auf der Antriebswelle manuell oder motorisch zonal, z.B. auf druckfreie bzw. lackfreie Bereiche, einstellbar. Jeder Rotor 15 ist dabei einzeln oder gemeinsam rotativ antreibbar. Bei einem Einzelantrieb werden die Rotoren bevorzugt synchron angetrieben.

Claims (6)
- Druckmaschine mit einer feststehenden Bogenführungseinrichtung (11) mit einer Leitfläche und mit einer rotierbaren Bogenführungseinrichtung (13, 15, 16, 17), welche einem Übergabebereich (10) von zwei Bogenhaltesystemen zugeordnet und zwischen der feststehenden Bogenführungseinrichtung (11) und dem Übergabebereich (10) der zwei Bogenhaltesysteme angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rotierbare Bogenführungseinrichtung (13, 15, 16,17) wahlweise mit Blasluft oder Saugluft beaufschlagbar ist und einen Stator (13) und einen darauf konzentrisch angeordneten, mit einem Antrieb verbundenen Rotor (15), aufweist, wobei der Stator (13) einen Kanal (17) aufweist, der mit einer Vielzahl von Öffnungen des Rotors (15) mittels einer Luftversorgung (16) in Funktionsverbindung ist. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Förderrichtung (12) die rotierbare Bogenführungseinrichtung (13,15,16,17) zwischen dem Übergabebereich (10) und der nachgeordneten, feststehenden Bogenführungseinrichtung (11) im Bogenabgang angeordnet ist. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Förderrichtung (12) die rotierbare Bogenführungseinrichtung (13,15,16,17) zwischen der feststehenden Bogenführungseinrichtung (11) und dem nachgeordneten Übergabebereich (10) im Bogenaufgang angeordnet ist. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schöndruck der Rotor (15) rotativ antreibbar ist und über die Öffnungen im Rotor (15), den Kanal (17) und die Luftversorgung (16) der Bogen (19) mit Saugluft beaufschlagbar ist. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schön- und Widerdruck der Rotor (15) rotativ antreibbar oder stillsetzbar ist und über die Öffnungen im Rotor (15), den Kanal (17) und die Luftversorgung (16) der Bogen (19) mit Blasluft beaufschlagbar ist. - Druckmaschine nach den Ansprüchen 1,4 und 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rotor (15) mit Maschinengeschwindigkeit antreibbar ist.
