Die Figur 8 zeigt einen fertig montierten Lagerbock 131 mit der Lagerachse 47, der 54 und der Drehfeder 26 und die Sackhalteklammer 122 vor dem Aufsetzen. Nachdem das freie Ende 55 der Drehfeder 26 in Pfeilrichtung 123 verschwenkt ist, wird die Sackhalteklammer 122 auf den Lagerbock 131 aufgesetzt, siehe Figur 9. In dieser Stellung stützt sich das freie Ende 56 der Drehfeder 26 an der Innenseite 57 der Rückwand 33 ab, während das andere freie Ende 55 sich an der Innenwandung 58 derart federnd abstützt, daß die Sackhalteklammer 122 im Gegenuhrzeigersinn beaufschlagt wird. Um die Verbindung der Sackhalteklammer 122 auf dem Lagerbock 131 zu sichern, wird die Sackhalteklammer 122 im Uhrzeigersinn um die Lagerachse 47 in die in der Figur 10 dargestellte Lage verschwenkt.
Claims (15)
- Traggestell zum Einhängen von Säcken mit einem den oberen Sackrand haltenden Klappring aus zwei in waagerechter Ebene gegeneinander federnden, in ihrer Ausgangslage parallel zueinander gelegenen und an ihren Enden gelenkig miteinander verbundenen federnden Leisten, über die der Sackrand kragenförmig umgeschlagen wird, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens eine hebelartig ausgebildete, schwenkbar gelagerte Sackhalteklammer (22), die an einem Ende (23) als Griffteil ausgebildet ist und an dem anderen Ende (24) eine Klemmbacke (25) aufweist, welche durch eine die Sackhalteklammer (22) beaufschlagende Drehfeder (26) gegen die Federleiste (16) zur Klemmung eines Teiles des Sackrandes preßbar ist.
- Traggestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sackhalteklammer (22) in einem Lagerbock (31) der mit dem Tragteil (1) fest verbindbar ist, schwenkbar gelagert ist und daß die Drehfeder (26) zwischen der Sackhalteklammer (22) und dem Lagerbock (31) gespannt angeordnet ist.
- Traggestell nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerbock (31) aus einem rechteckförmigen Gehäuseteil (32) mit einer Rückwand (33) und vier auf diese Rückwand (33) kragenförmig angeordneten Seitenwänden (34, 35, 36, 37) besteht und daß die Sackhalteklammer ( 22) in den beiden großen Seitenwänden (36, 37) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Traggestell nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sackhalteklammer (22) einerseits mit in Lagerarmen (38, 39) angeordneten halboffenen Lagerstellen (40) auf aus Lagerbohrungen (43, 44) der großen Seitenwände (36, 37) nach außen herausragenden freien Enden (45, 46) einer Lagerachse (47) und andererseits mit konzentrisch zu der Lagerachse (47) ausgebildeten Innenlagerflächen (48, 49) auf an den Außenseiten (50, 51) der großen Seitenwände (36, 37) befestigten, konzentrisch zu der Lagerachse (47) ausgebildeten Außenlagerflächen (52, 53) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Traggestell nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehfeder (26) auf einer hohlzylindrischen Rolle (54) angeordnet ist, welche auf der Lagerachse (47) zwischen den großen Seitenwänden (36, 37) gelagert ist, und daß die abgewinkelten freien Enden (55, 56) der gespannten Drehfeder (26) einerseits an der Rückwand (57) des Gehäuseteiles (32) und anderseits an der Innenwandung (58) der Sackhalteklammer (26) abstützend angeordnet sind.
- Traggestell nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das an der Rückwand (57) des Gehäuseteiles (32) sich abstützende freie Ende (55) der Drehfeder (26) zur Begrenzung der axialen Verschiebung der Drehfeder (26) auf der Rolle (54) mit einer Anschlagrippe (59) an der Innenwand (60) der großen Seitenwand (37) in Kontaktberührung steht.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die eine Federleiste in ihrer Längsmitte mittels einer Befestigungslasche mit einem feststehenden Teil des Traggestelles und die andere Federleiste in ihrer Längsmitte mittels einer Befestigungslasche mit einem zum Öffnen des Sackes bewegbaren Teil des Traggestelles verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerbock (31), die Drehfeder (26) und die Klammer (22) eine Montagebaueinheit bilden, welche zusammen mit den Befestigungslaschen (61, 62) an dem feststehenden Teil bzw. bewegbaren Teil des Traggestelles mittels einer Befestigungsschraube (63) befestigbar sind.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückwand (32) des Lagerbockes (31) eine eckige Öffnung (64) zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme der Befestigungsschraube (63) aufweist.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klammer (22) und der Lagerbock (31) aus Spritzteilen aus Kunststoff bestehen, insbesondere aus POM bestehen.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmbacke (25) der Sackhalteklammer (22) mittels Schrauben (65) befestigbare kegelstumpfförmige Andruckelemente (66) aus einem gummiartigen, rutschfesten Material aufweist.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sackhalteklammer (122) und der Lagerbock (131) eine Montageeinheit bilden, und daß die federbeaufschlagte Sackhalteklammer (122) für die Montage durch ein Sicherungselement (124) arretierbar ist.
- Traggestell nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerbock (131) und die Sackhalteklammer (122) Rastausnehmungen (125, 126) zum Einrasten von Rastnasen (127, 128) an dem Sicherungselement (124) aufweisen.
- Traggestell nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungselement (124) aus einem quadrat- oder rechteckförmigen Rahmenteil (132) aus Kunststoff bestehen, an dem die Rastnasen (127, 128) angespitzt sind.
- Traggestell nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sackhalteklammer (122) eine Schutzabdeckung aufweist, durch welche eine Verschmutzung der Lagerachse (47) sowie der Drehfeder (26) auf der Rolle (54) verhinderbar ist.
- Traggestell nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzabdeckung eine auf der Innenwandung (58) der Sackhalteklammer (122) angeordnete Versteifungsrippe (133) ist.
