Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Voreinstellen eines Kalanders für Papier, Pappe u.dgl., mit einem Stapel aus einer als Biegeeinstellwalze ausgebildeten Unterwalze, deren drehfest gehaltener Träger mittels an den Enden angreifender externer Stützvorrichtungen in Stapelrichtung anhebbar und deren mittels interner Stützvorrichtungen am Träger abgestützter Mantel über seine gesamte Länge in Stapelrichtung verstellbar ist, mindestens einer in Stapelrichtung verstellbaren Mittelwalze und einer als Biegeeinstellwalze ausgebildeten Oberwalze, deren Träger an seinen Enden ortsfest gehalten und deren mittels interner Stützvorrichtungen am Träger abgestützter Mantel an seinen Enden auf dem Träger gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die internen Stützvorrichtungen (15) der Unterwalze (4) mit Druck derart belastet werden, daß der Mantel (14) der Unterwalze etwa einen Zylinder mit horizontaler Achse bildet, daß zum Schließen der Nips (18, 19) die externen Stützvorrichtungen (13) der Unterwalze (4) bzw. deren internen Stützvorrichtungen (15) mit einem ansteigenden Druck belastet werden und daß die im Augenblick des vollständigen Schließens des obersten Nips (18) in den externen und internen Stützvorrichtungen (12, 13, 15) wirksamen Drücke registriert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den einen Stützvorrichtungen (15) der Unterwalze zugeführte Druck dem den anderen Stützvorrichtungen (13) zugeführten Druck nachgeführt wird,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Schließen des obersten Nips (18) der den internen Stützvorrichtungen (11) der Oberwalze (2) zugeführte Druck abgesenkt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den zusammengehörigen internen und externen Stützvorrichtungen (11; 13; 15) jeweils etwa der gleiche Druck zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drücke automatisch so lange geändert werden, bis ein den Augenblick des vollständigen Schließens des obersten Nips (18) erfassendes Meßsignal (S) auftritt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Augenblick des vollständigen Schließens des obersten Nips (18) optisch erfaßt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den internen Stützvorrichtungen (15) der Unterwalze zugeführten Drücke so geändert werden, daß der Abstand der Mantelenden vom Träger (12) konstant bleibt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die überhängenden Gewichte der mindestens einen Mittelwalze (3) kompensiert werden.
- Kalander für Papier, Pappe u.dgl. mit einem Stapel aus einer als Biegeeinstellwalze ausgebildeten Unterwalze, deren drehfest gehaltener Träger mittels an den Enden angreifender externer Stützvorrichtungen anhebbar und deren mittels interner Stützvorrichtungen in Stapelrichtung am Träger abgestützter Mantel über seine gesamte Länge in Stapelrichtung verstellbar ist, mindestens einer in Stapelrichtung verstellbaren Mittelwalze und einer als Biegeeinstellwalze ausgebildeten Oberwalze, deren Träger an seinen Enden ortsfest gehalten und deren mittels interner Stützvorrichtungen am Träger abgestützter Mantel an seinen Enden auf dem Träger gelagert ist, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich mindestens des einen Endes des obersten Nips (18) eine Meßvorrichtung (20, 21) vorgesehen ist, die beim Schließen dieses Nipendes ein Schließsignal (S) abgibt.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine optische Meßvorrichtung (20, 21) vorgesehen ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Meßvorrichtung (20, 21) eine Lichtschranke aufweist, die beim Schließen des Nipendes (18) unterbrochen wird.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, gekennzeichnet durch eine Registriereinrichtung (30; die die beim Auftreten des Schließsignals (S) wirksamen, den externen und internen Stützvorrichtungen (11, 13, 15) zugeführten Drücke registriert.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Regelvorrichtung (16) für die den internen oder externen Stützvorrichtungen (15) der Unterwalze (4) zuzuführenden Drücke vorgesehen ist, die den Abstand der Mantelenden vom Träger (12) konstant hält.
