Claims (15)
- Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Behandlung einer Materialbahn (14), insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit wenigstens einer heizbaren Einheit (10) wie insbesondere einer Preßwalze, einem Trockenzylinder und/oder dergleichen, die auf einem Teil ihres Außenumfangs von der Materialbahn (14), wenigstens einem Sieb (16, 18) und einem äußeren Dichtband (20) umschlungen ist, und einer die heizbare Einheit (10) mit einem unter Druck stehenden flüssigen oder gasförmigen Medium beaufschlagenden Überdruckhaube (12),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Dichtband (20) breiter ist als die Materialbahn (14) und das Sieb (16, 18) und mit seinen beiden seitlichen Randbereichen über diese hinausragt, so daß seine beiden Randbereiche durch den in der Druckkammer (22) der Überdruckhaube (12) vorherrschenden Überdruck dichtend an die Oberfläche der heizbaren Einheit (10) angepreßt werden, und/oder daß der Druckraum (22) der Überdruckhaube (12) an seinen beiden Stirnseiten jeweils durch eine Dichtung (24) nach außen abgedichtet ist, die zwischen einer Stirnwand (12') der feststehenden Überdruckhaube (12) und einer insbesondere radialen zylinderseitigen Gegenwand (26) angeordnet ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine zylinderseitige Gegenwand (26) im Bereich eines Endes der heizbaren Einheit (10) angeordnet ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Materialbahn (14) und das Sieb (16, 18) in einer am Außenumfang der heizbaren Einheit (10) vorgesehenen Vertiefung (28) angeordnet sind und daß das Dichtband (20) breiter ist als diese Vertiefung (28) und mit seinen beiden seitlichen Randbereichen über diese hinausragt. - Maschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Höhe der Vertiefung (28) zumindest im wesentlichen gleich der Gesamthöhe der Materialbahn (14) und des Siebes (16, 18) ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ränder der Vertiefung (28) durch ein wärmebeständiges, flexibles sowie gut dichtendes Material wie insbesondere Teflon, Silikon oder dergleichen beschichtet sind. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Außenumfang der heizbaren Einheit (10) wenigstens eine einem jeweiligen seitlichen Randbereich des Dichtbandes (20) gegenüberliegende und von diesem abgedeckte Dichttasche oder - kammer (34) vorgesehen ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jedem der beiden seitlichen Randbereiche des Dichtbandes (20) jeweils wenigstens eine Dichttasche bzw. -kammer (34) gegenüberliegt. - Maschine nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens einem der beiden Randbereiche des Dichtbandes (20) wenigstens zwei Dichttaschen bzw. -kammern (34) gegenüberliegen. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine Dichttasche bzw. -kammer (34) vorgesehen ist, die mit der Umgebung verbunden und entsprechend unter Umgebungs- oder Atmosphärendruck steht. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine zylinderseitige Gegenwand (26) durch eine am jeweiligen Ende der heizbaren Einheit (10) angeordnete Scheibe gebildet ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine zylinderseitige Gegenwand (26) durch eine im Bereich eines jeweiligen Lagerzapfens (30) der heizbaren Einheit (10) vorgesehene Schulter gebildet und die jeweilige Stirnwand (12') der Überdruckhaube (12) bis in den Bereich dieses Lagerzapfens (30) geführt ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine Stirnseite der heizbaren Einheit (10) mit einem hitzebeständigen Material versehen ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine zwischen einer Stirnwand (12') der feststehenden Überdruckhaube (12) und einer zylinderseitigen Gegenwand (26) angeordnete Dichtung (24) über ein zwischen der Stirnwand (12') und der Gegenwand (26) angeordnetes federndes Element (32) beaufschlagt ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Druckraum (22) der Überdruckhaube (12) durch wenigstens eine berührungslose Dichtung nach außen abgedichtet ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die heizbare Einheit (10) als Schuhpressenersatz vorgesehen ist.
