Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von Lack auf die Oberseite flächiger Werkstücke (4), die auf einem umlaufenden Transportband (1) liegen, mittels mindestens einer um eine horizontale Achse rotierenden Lackauftragswalze (5), die beim Durchlauf des Werkstückes (4) auf dessen Oberseite abrollt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Transportband (1) zumindest an seiner Oberseite eine weiche gummiartige Schicht (1 b) aufweist, deren Dicke und Elastizität so bemessen ist, dass die Werkstücke (4) entweder durch ihr Eigengewicht oder zumindest durch den Anpreßdruck der Lackauftragswalze so weit in die gummiartige Schicht (1 b) eintauchen, dass auch rückspringende Randbereiche (4 b) an der Werkstückunterseite mit der gummiartigen Schicht (1 b) in Kontakt kommen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Dicke der gummiartigen Schicht (1 b) zumindest etwa doppelt so groß ist wie die Dicke des Rücksprunges (4 a). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Dicke der gummiartigen Schicht (1 b) zumindest sieben Millimeter, vorzugsweise zumindest neun Millimeter beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,

dass die gummiartige Schicht (1 b) aus Moosgummi besteht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,

dass der Gewebegurt eine Dicke von einem Millimeter bis etwa vier Millimeter aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die gummiartige Schicht (1 b) mit dem Gewebegurt (1 a) verklebt oder vulkanisiert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Transportband (1) an seiner Unterseite, gegenüberliegend der Lackauftragswalze (5) von einer Gegenwalze (9) oder von Führungsleisten abgestützt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Abstand zwischen der Lackauftragswalze (5) und der gummiartigen Schicht (1 b) in nicht komprimiertem Zustand mehrere Millimeter geringer ist als die Dicke des Werkstückes (4) im nicht profilierten Bereich, insbesondere zumindest um so viel Millimeter geringer ist, wie der Rücksprung (4 a) beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Lackauftragswalze (5) mit einer ihr benachbarten, in gleichem Drehsinn umlaufenden Dosierwalze (6) korrespondiert, derart, dass der obere Zwickelraum (7) zwischen beiden Walzen (5, 6) zur Bereithaltung des Lackes und der Spalt zwischen beiden Walzen zur dosierten Übergabe des Lackes auf die Lackauftragswalze (5) dient.
