Ein Anker für Ständer eines Spielgeräts. Das technische Problem ist eine Fixierung und Festlegung derartiger Spielgeräte. Ein Ring (7) mit Laschen (8, 9) ist schellenartig am Fuß eines Ständers (4) festspannbar, und ein Ansatz (16) des Ankers (1) weist einen Durchgang (17) für einen Erdnagel (18) auf. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Anker für Ständer eines Spielgeräts.
Anwendungsgebiet der Erfindung sind Spielgeräte, insbesondere Schaukeln, deren Ständer auf dem Boden stehen, also nicht in den Boden eingelassen sind. Derartige Spielgeräte können auf dem Boden leicht verrutschen, einseitig abheben oder sich sonst bewegen.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist eine Fixierung und Festlegung derartiger Spielgeräte.
Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß ein Ring mit Laschen schellenartig am Fuß eines Ständers festspannbar ist und daß ein Ansatz des Ankers einen Durchgang für einen Erdnagel aufweist.
Die Erfindung unterscheidet sich insofern vom Stand der Technik, als der Ständer durch den Anker auf dem Boden unverrückbar festlegbar ist. Die Erfindung wird anhand einer Schaukel mit Holzgestell erläutert. Die Erfindung ist auch bei Spielgeräten mit einem Metallrohrgestell oder bei anderen Spielgeräten anwendbar.
Der Anker läßt sich dadurch sicher an dem Ständer festspannen, daß die Laschen Durchgänge für ein Spannelement, z.B. eineSchraube aufweisen.
Zur Lagesicherung des Ankers an dem Ständer wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Ring einen Durchgang zur Aufnahme einer Schraube aufweist.
Eine kompakte Ausbildung des Ankers wird dadurch erreicht, daß der Ansatz einstückig als Verlängerung einer Lasche ausgebildet ist.
Das Einschlagen des Erdnagels wird dadurch erleichtert, daß der Ansatz eine Verschränkung aufweist.
Eine zusätzliche Einstellung des Ansatzes wird dadurch ermöglicht, daß der Ansatz als Blechsteg mit einer Verschränkung ausgebildet ist.
Der Ansatz kann dadurch mit dem Anker kombiniert werden, daß der Ansatz als Ring einer Ringschraube zum Verspannen der Laschen ausgebildet ist.
Ausführungsbeispiele werden anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert, in denen darstellen:
  • Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht einer Schaukel,
  • Fig. 2 eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Ankers an einem Ständer,
  • Fig. 3 ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Ankers,
  • Fig. 4 ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel eines Ankers,
  • Fig. 5 ein drittes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Ankers und
  • Fig. 6 eine Einzelansicht eines Erdnagels.
    • Fig. 1 zeigt eine Schaukel in Holzkonstruktion mit einem Balken 1, der auf einem rechtenn und einem linken Rahmen 2, 3 aus je zwei Ständern 4 aufliegt. Die Ständer 4 jedes Rahmens 2, 3 sind durch nicht dargestellte Streben ausgesteift. An dem Balken 1 hängt der Schaukelsitz 5. Die Ständer 4 ruhen ohne zusätzliche Fixierung auf dem Boden, z.B. einem Plattenbelag oder einem Rasen. Durch die Schaukelbewegung oder andere Einflüsse, kann sich die Schaukel auf dem Boden verschieben oder in anderer Weise bewegen, was unerwünscht ist. Ein Anker 6 ermöglicht eine Fixierung jeder Strebe am Boden. Man kann zwei bis vier Anker verwenden. Zwei Anker können z.B. an diagonalen Streben angebracht werden
    Fig. 3 stellt in Einzelheiten ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Ankers 6 dar. Der Anker 6 ist als Stanz-Biegeteil aus einem Blechband ausgebildet. Das Blechband ist zu einem schellenartigen Ring 7 mit zwei ungleichlangen Laschen 8, 9 geformt. Aufeinander ausgerichtete Durchgänge 10 beider Laschen 8, 9 nehmen einen Gewindeschaft 11 einer Schraube 12 auf. Eine Mutter 13 ermöglicht ein Festspannen der Schraubverbindung. Der Ring 7 weist einen Durchgang 14 auf.
    Die längere Lasche 9 endet über eine Verschränkung 15 von etwa 90° in einen ebenen Ansatz 16 mit einem Durchgang 17. Fig. 6 zeigt einen Erdnagel 18, der durch den Durchgang 17 hindruchgesteckt werden kann.
    Der Ring 7 des Ankers 6 wird nach Fig. 2 über das Fußende eines Ständers 4 geschoben und so ausgerichtet, daß der Ansatz 16 auf dem Boden aufliegt. Mittels der Schraube 12 wird der Ring 7 fest auf den Ständer 4 gespannt. Der Erdnagel 18 wird durch den Durchgang 17 gesteckt und mit einem Schlagwerkzeug wie einem Hammer 19 in den Boden eingetrieben. Eine Schraube 20 wird durch den Durchgang 14 in den Ständer 4 eingeschraubt und fixiert so den Anker 6 gegen Verdrehung auf dem Ständer 4.
    Man kann an einem Ständer einen Anker anordnen. Man kann auch an zwei diagonal gelegenen Ständern Anker anordnen. Es ist auch möglich, drei oder vier Ständer mit Ankern zu versehen.
    Fig. 4 zeigt ein abgewandeltes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Ankers 6, bei dem die Laschen 8, 9 des Rings 7 gleich lang sind. Der Ansatz mit dem Durchgang 17 für den Erdnagel ist als Blechsteg 21 mit einer Verschränkung 22 ausgbildet. Das Ende 23 des Blechstegs 21 wird auf den Schraubenschaft 11 geschoben und durch die Schraubverbindung festgespannt. Diese Ausbildung des Ansatzes als gesonderter Blechsteg 21 ermöglicht eine zusätzliche Verstellung und Ausrichtung des Ansatzes gegenüber dem Ständer und dem Boden.
    Das Ausführungsbeispiel des Ankers 6 nach Fig. 5 sieht eine Ringschraube 24 mit einem Ring 25 vor, durch dessen Durchgang 26 der Erdnagel gesteckt werden kann.

    Claims (8)

    1. Anker für Ständer eines Spielgeräts, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ring (7) mit Laschen (8, 9) schellenartig am Fuß eines Ständers (4) festspannbar ist und daß ein Ansatz (16) des Ankers (1) einen Durchgang (17) für einen Erdnagel (18) aufweist.
    2. Anker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laschen (8, 9) Durchgänge (10) für ein Spannelement aufweisen.
    3. Anker nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannelement als Schraube (12) ausgebildet ist.
    4. Anker nach einem der Ansprüch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (7) einen Durchgang (14) zur Aufnahme einer Schraube (20) aufweist.
    5. Anker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz (16) einstückig als Verlängerung einer Lasche (9) ausgebildet ist.
    6. Anker nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz (16) eine Verschränkung (15) aufweist.
    7. Anker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz als Blechsteg (21) mit einer Verschränkung (22) ausgebildet ist.
    8. Anker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz als Ring (25) einer Ringschraube (24) zum Verspannen der Laschen (8, 9) ausgebildet ist.
