Definitions
- the invention relates to a worktop arrangement with a worktop and with a cooktop having a worktop, the cooktop in a recess the worktop is flush with the surface and the glass ceramic plate with their lateral front edges adjacent to the worktop.
- the worktops are designed in one or two parts, with in the recess so-called modules as rinsing or set-up centers on the one hand and as cooking hobs on the other hand used or installed.
- the present invention relates to predominantly those worktop arrangements in which cooking modules are used become.
- High-quality worktop arrangements feature granite worktops.
- Such Granite countertops have the disadvantage that they are not only very heavy, but also are also associated with high costs. Furthermore, the processing is also of granite countertops quite difficult.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a worktop arrangement with a flush surface to provide glass ceramic plates integrated in the worktop, which reduces the number of adhesive joints and also when in use high quality materials is inexpensive.
- the worktop is at least two layers and one upper first layer made of a first material, in particular granite and one underneath arranged second layer made of a second material, in particular of wood or plastic that on the front of the worktop assembly facing the user one which covers the second layer and the recess bridging veneer is provided in particular from the first material and that the front end of the glass ceramic plate facing the user at least essentially with the front of the facing facing the user is aligned.
- the invention as a whole offers a number of essential advantages. Between the glass ceramic plate and the two-piece worktop or In the first layer of the worktop there are only two side adhesive joints or butt edges. Because the glass ceramic plate with its facing the user front end edge itself the outer boundary of the worktop arrangement for There is no adhesive joint at this point. Because of the flush It is easy to install the glass ceramic plate in the recess possible to move a pan from the hob to the worktop and vice versa. Furthermore, the at least two-layer structure of the worktop offers Possibility to use a high quality material for the first layer. The first The layer can then be made relatively thin. This does not decrease only the cost, easier editing is also possible. The second layer on the other hand consists of an inexpensive material that is only for relining serves.
- Particle boards are preferred, but also wooden boards and plastic boards can be used.
- the worktop arrangement according to the invention awakens the first layer a massive and solid impression. This impression results from the delusion, especially if it consists of the first material, through which the inferior one second material is completely covered.
- the Veneering in principle also from other materials, such as, for example Glass or stainless steel can exist. Since the veneer covers the area of The recess extends, ie the veneer is designed continuously, remains preserve the aesthetics of the worktop. The result is the Invention a lighter and less expensive countertop assembly that still gives the impression of high quality and exclusivity.
- the thickness of the first layer of the worktop in the same way choose thick as the thickness of the glass ceramic plate.
- the glass ceramic plate lies with its front edge area facing the user on the upper front edge of the facing. This arrangement results in the first layer of the worktop and the veneer give the impression of being Glass ceramic plate in a recess of a thick solid and high quality worktop let in.
- the Front of the worktop arrangement between the glass ceramic plate and the Facing a gap extending over the length of the recess is provided.
- This space can be used for various purposes become. Basically, it is possible to use this space for example Glass ceramic strips, preferably of the same type and color as the glass ceramic plate, to blend. However, it is preferred to display the switch-on state in the intermediate space and / or the residual heat of at least one cooking zone of the hob to provide. This idea is of considerable importance. With glass ceramic hobs, even with those with sensor circuit, it is common for the switch-on and the residual heat indicators are provided on the glass ceramic plate.
- the order The disadvantage of these displays on the glass ceramic plate is that small children, who cannot yet see the glass ceramic plate, grab it and can burn yourself.
- the configuration according to the invention ensures that also on the front of the worktop arrangement facing the user there is an ad. Are in the worktop arrangement according to the invention one or more cooking zones switched on or still have residual heat, then the indicator in the gap lights up and is also a warning for children recognizable.
- the display and / or the glass ceramic plate are designed such that the display is not only from the front, but also from above, so that further residual heat is displayed would not be required per se. This results in this ad otherwise a double function.
- the above-mentioned display is preferably a display of the Length of the recess extending display bar, which as a manageable Component can be used in the space.
- This ad bar can jammed, glued, locked or otherwise secured in the intermediate space become.
- the display in order to guarantee an attractive aesthetic in this context, it offers suppose that in the space next to the display a the length of the space extending glass ceramic strip is provided, the display then preferably in the gap between the glass ceramic strip and the glass ceramic plate located. From the outside, this gives the impression of a very massive glass ceramic plate awakened, in which an ad is embedded. From further It is advantageous in this context that the thickness of the glass ceramic strip corresponds approximately to the thickness of the glass ceramic plate. This is not just because of the same Proportions of the glass ceramic above and below the display aesthetically pleasing, but also inexpensive to manufacture.
- the front display according to the invention does not necessarily have to show the switch-on level.
- the display is only intended to be a warning function exercise. This can be done in a simple manner and very space-saving via LEDs realize that are arranged in a row and the power on or indicate the residual heat by lighting up accordingly.
- a worktop arrangement 1 with a worktop 2 and shown with a hob 4 having a glass ceramic plate 3.
- Present the worktop is formed in two parts and each has a right and Worktop area 2a and 2b arranged to the left of the cooktop 4.
- the Hob 4 has four cooking zones 5 in the present case, which have a so-called Touch control designated sensor circuit 6 are to be controlled. Furthermore points the hob 4 on its top 7 a display 8 for displaying the switch-on state and the residual heat of the individual cooking zones 5.
- the hob 4 is in a recess 9, not shown in detail Worktop 2 and thus between the two worktop sections 2a and 2b used flush.
- Flush in the present case means that the top 7 the glass ceramic plate 3 with the top 10 of the worktop 2 or the two worktop areas 2a and 2b is aligned.
- the framework is not provided here. Accordingly, the glass ceramic plate borders 3 with their lateral front edges 11, 12 directly to the opposite Front edges of the worktop 2. This results in joints 13, 14, which are usually are filled with silicone or the like.
- the worktop 2 is at least two layers and one Upper first layer 15 and a second layer 16 arranged below.
- the first layer 15 consists of a first material, in the present case granite, while the second layer 16 consists of a second material, in the present case a particle board.
- the worktop arrangement 1 has a facing 17, which the front 18 of the worktop arrangement 1 facing the user is.
- the veneer 17 covers the second layer 16 and bridges the Recess 9.
- the facing 17 itself consists of the same material in the present case like the first layer 15. However, the veneer can also be made from another "aesthetically pleasing" material exist.
- what is also from the individual figures shows the front end edge 19 facing the user the glass ceramic plate 3 at least essentially with that facing the user Front 20 of the facing 17 aligned.
- the thickness D corresponds to the first Layer 15 of thickness d of the glass ceramic plate 3 at least essentially.
- the glass ceramic plate 3 lies on the facing 17.
- a display 22 via the on state and / or the residual heat of the individual cooking zones 5 of the hob 4 is displayed becomes.
- the display 22 is a one-piece display bar, which extend at least essentially over the entire length of the recess 9 or the space 21 extends.
- the display 22nd is visible both from the front 18 and from above and the user shows the residual heat status.
- Fig. 2 In the embodiment shown in Fig. 2 is in the space 21 in the essentially over the entire length of the recess 9 or the intermediate space 21 extending glass ceramic strip 23 is provided.
- the display 22 In the gap between the glass ceramic strips 23 and the glass ceramic plate 3 is the display 22.
- the display 22 is inserted in a sealing manner in the aforementioned gap.
- the outside of the display 22 facing the user is at least essentially with the front end edge 19 of the glass ceramic plate 3 and naturally also with the end edge of the glass ceramic strip facing the user 23 aligned.
- a display 22 is not provided in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3.
- the glass ceramic strip 23 and the glass ceramic plate 3 directly border to each other.
- the thickness of the glass ceramic strip 23 is approximately the thickness d of the glass ceramic plate 3
- the thickness D is the first Layer 15 about 10 mm.
- the thickness d of the glass ceramic plate 3 and the glass ceramic strip 23 is about 4 mm each.
- the thickness of the display is 22 about 2 mm.
- an adequate warning display display 22 has a plurality of arranged side by side LEDs 24, which have a small footprint. Basically it is however, it is also possible to omit the glass ceramic strip 23 to cover the entire To use space 21 for the display 22.
- front end edge 19 of the glass ceramic plate 3 is polished.
- front Front edge 19 it is not shown that it is in principle also possible to use the front Front edge 19 to provide edge protection.
- the depth of the glass ceramic plate 3 approximately the depth T of the first layer 15 of the worktop 2 at least essentially corresponds. This also results in the rear area between the worktop 2 and the glass ceramic plate 3 no joint. During the first layer 15 the worktop 2 and the glass ceramic plate 3 have approximately the same depth, is the The depth of the second layer 16 is reduced by at least the thickness of the facing 17.
