Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein ein Zargenprofil, das einerseits an einer Wand eines Gebäudes befestigbar ist und an dem andererseits der Rahmen eines Fensters oder einer Tür befestigbar ist, wobei das Zargenprofil im Querschnitt mehrere Kammern aufweist und wobei eine der Außenseite des Fensters oder der Tür zugewandte Aussteifungskammer zur Aufnahme von Aussteifungselementen vorgesehen ist.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, das bekannte Zargenprofil weiterzuentwickeln, es insbesondere stabiler zu gestalten.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die der Außenseite zugewandten Ecken des Zargenprofils abgerundet sind.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Zargenprofil, das einerseits an einer Wand eines Gebäudes befestigbar ist und an dem andererseits der Rahmen eines Fensters oder einer Tür befestigbar ist, wobei das Zargenprofil im Querschnitt mehrere Kammern aufweist und wobei eine der Außenseite des Fensters oder der Tür zugewandte Aussteifungskammer zur Aufnahme von Aussteifungselementen vorgesehen ist.
Derartige Zargenprofile sind bekannt und dienen zum Befestigen des Rahmens einer Tür oder eines Fensters an der Wand eines Gebäudes. Bekannte Zargenprofile weisen eine eckige, in etwa T-förmige Gestalt auf, wobei mehrere kleinere Kammern und eine in etwa L-förmige größere Aussteifungskammer vorgesehen sind. Die Länge des an der Wand anliegendes Bereiches des Zargenprofils beträgt bis zu 65 mm.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, das bekannte Zargenprofil weiterzuentwickeln, es insbesondere stabiler zu gestalten.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die der Außenseite zugewandten Ecken des Zargenprofils abgerundet sind.
Hierdurch wird die Kraftleitung in dem Zargenprofil verbessert; die in den Ecken auftretenden Kraftspitzen werden vermindert. Zudem erleichtert sich durch das Abrunden der Ecken das Reinigen des Zargenprofils und das Zargenprofil wird schließlich auch optisch ansprechender.
Eine Weiterbildung der Erfindung besteht darin, daß der an der Wand anlegbare Teil des Zargenprofils mindestens 100 mm lang ist.
Durch diese Maßnahme erhöht sich die Isolationsfläche und der k-Wert des Fensters wird verbessert. Des weiteren kann durch die Verlängerung des Zargenprofils auch ein größeres Aussteifungselement in die Aussteifungskammer eingebracht werden, so daß sich auch die Gesamtstabilität erhöht.
Es ist vorteilhaft, daß der an der Vorderseite der Wand anlegbare Teil des Zargenprofils eine Hinterschneidung zur Aufnahme eines Dichtelementes aufweist.
Schließlich ist es zweckmäßig, daß an der der Innenseite zugewandten Seite des Zargenprofils eine Aussparung zur Aufnahme von Anschlußelementen vorgesehen ist.
Im folgenden wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand von Zeichnungen beschreiben.

Die in den Fig. 1a, 1b und 1c dargestellten Zargenprofile weisen ein gerades Seitenteil 2 von mindestens 100 mm Länge auf, das nach Montage des Zargenprofils an der Wand des Gebäudes anliegt. Die gegenüberliegende Seite 3 ist mit Mitteln 5 zum Befestigen des Rahmens einer Tür oder eines Fensters versehen, im vorliegenden Beispiel mit einer vorstehenden Lippe 5, mit der ein entsprechend ausgebildetes Teil des Rahmens eine Rastverbindung eingehen kann. Zur Befestigung des Rahmens wird dieser durch das Zargenprofil 1 hindurch mit der Wand verschraubt. Das erfindungsgemäße Zargenprofil 1 weist mehrere kleine Kammern 4a sowie eine große, in etwa L-förmige Aussteifungskammer 4b auf, in die ein Aussteifungselement (z.B. aus Stahl) eingebracht werden kann.
Weiterhin weist das Zargenprofil 1 einen neben der Aussteifungskammer 4b angeordneten Bereich 6 auf, der an der Vorderseite der Wand anlegbar ist, so daß der Bereich 6 und das gerade Seitenteil 2 unter Einschluß eines rechten Winkels jeweils parallel zu der Vorder- und der Seitenkante der Wand angeordnet sind. Erfindungsgemäß sind die zur Außenseite des Fensters oder der Tür gerichteten Ecken des Zargenprofils, also im gezeigten Beispiel die der Aussteifungskammer 4b und die des Bereiches 6, gerundet, um eine gute Kraftleitung zu gewährleisten. Gleichzeitig wird durch diese Rundung die Reinigungsfreundlichkeit erhöht.
Durch die größere Länge des Seitenteils 2 und auch der Aussteifungskammer 4b wird einerseits ein besserer k-Wert erreicht, da das Zargenprofil 1 aufgrund seines Kammeraufbaus isolierende Eigenschaften aufweist, andererseits die Stabilität erhöht. Dadurch, daß die Aussteifungskammer 4b gleichzeitig einen größeren Querschnitt aufweist, kann ein größeres Aussteifungselement vorgesehen werden, was ebenfalls stabilitätsfördernd wirkt.
In Fig. 2 ist ein erfindungsgemäßes Zargenprofil 1 im eingebauten Zustand und nach Befestigung eines Rahmens 7 sowie eines schwenkbaren Flügels 8 in diesem Rahmen 7 dargestellt. Zwischen der Wand 9 und dem Bereich 6 ist in einer Hinterschneidung ein Dichtelement 10 eingebracht. Weiterhin ist an der der Innenseite des Raumes zugewandten Seite 11 des Zargenprofils eine Aussparung 12 zur Aufnahme von Anschlußelementen, z.B. einem Fensterbankelement vorgesehen.

Claims (4)

  1. Zargenprofil, das einerseits an einer Wand eines Gebäudes befestigbar ist und an dem andererseits der Rahmen eines Fensters oder einer Tür befestigbar ist, wobei das Zargenprofil im Querschnitt mehrere Kammern aufweist und wobei eine der Außenseite des Fensters oder der Tür zugewandte Aussteifungskammer zur Aufnahme von Aussteifungselementen vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Außenseite zugewandten Ecken des Zargenprofils (1) abgerundet sind.
  2. Zargenprofil gemaß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der an der Wand (9) anlegbare Teil (2) des Zargenprofils (1) mindestens 100 mm lang ist.
  3. Zargenprofil gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der an der Vorderseite der Wand (9) anlegbare Teil (6) des Zargenprofils (1) eine Hinterschneidung zur Aufnahme eines Dichtelementes (10) aufweist.
  4. Zargenprofil gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der der Innenseite zugewandten Seite (11) des Zargenprofils (1) eine Aussparung (12) zur Aufnahme von Anschlußelementen vorgesehen ist.
