Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif destinés à la production de bobines sous la forme d'un enroulement ondulé de machines électriques. On commence par produire une bobine (54) sensiblement ronde ou polygonale sur un gabarit d'enroulement (10). Cette bobine est enlevée du gabarit d'enroulement (10) par des poussoirs (56) puis elle est transformée en un enroulement ondulé par une déformation radiale à l'aide d'un outil de formage (12) et enfin elle est transférée sur un outil de transfert ou d'insertion (14). Pour pouvoir produire des enroulements ondulés avec des moyens simples sur un petit espace et avec une cadence très rapide, l'outil de formage (12) est disposé axialement à côté du gabarit d'enroulement (10) sur son axe de rotation.
