Claims (9)
- Axialkolbenpumpe mit Taumelscheibenantrieb und nasslaufendem Elektromotor, der Elektromotor weist eine Antriebswelle auf, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale,eine Antriebsscheibe (5) stützt sich über Wälzlager (6) auf einem Elektromotorlagerlaufring (7) ab,eine Taumelscheibe (8) stützt sich über Wälzlager (9) auf der Antriebsscheibe (5) ab, paarweise angeordnete Kolben (10) sind federbelastet und stützen sich an derTaumelscheibe (8) ab,die Kolben (10) sind in ein Zylinderstück (11) eingesetzt,das Zylinderstück (11) ist in ein Pumpengehäuse (12) eingesetzt und spannt eine Ventilscheibe (13) zwischen Gehäuse (12) und Zylinderstück (11) ein,die Ventilscheibe (13) weist Verbindungskanäle (14) für Saug- und Druckkanäle (15, 16) auf,die Verbindungskanäle (14) und die Saugkanäle (15) weisen Rückschlagventile (17 und 18) auf,das Zylinderstück (11) ist durch das Pumpengehäuse (12) und das Pumpengehäuse (12) durch einen Gehäusedeckel (19) belastet,der Gehäusedeckel (19) ist durch eine umgerollte Pumpengehäusewandung (20) belastet,Pumpengehäuse (12) und Gehäusedeckel (19) weisen Saug- und Druckanschlussstutzen (21 und 22) auf.
- Kolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückschlagventile (17, 18) als Blattfederventile (23, 24) ausgeführt und zwischen Ventilscheibe (13) und Gehäuse (12) bzw. Ventilscheibe (13) und Zylinderstück (11) eingespannt sind.
- Kolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolben (10) durch eine gemeinsame Federwippe (25) belastet sind, wobei die Federwippe (25) sich an einem Zentrierzapfen (26) des Zylinderstückes (11) abstützt.
- Kolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Taumelscheibe (8) mit einer Zentrierausnehmung (27) auf den Zentrierzapfen (26) aufgesetzt ist.
- Kolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Taumelscheibe (8) unverdrehbar im Gehäuse (12) bzw. Zylinderstück (11) geführt ist.
- Kolbenpumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elektromotor (3) im Saugbereich der Pumpe, d. h. zwischen Sauganschluss (21) und Saugkanälen (15) angeordnet ist.
- Kolbenpumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugkanäle (15) im Zylinderstück (11) angeordnet sind.
- Kolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilzungen (28) des zwischen Ventilscheibe (13) und Zylinderstück (11) eingespannten Blattfederventils (24) direkt auf die Saugkanäle 15 einwirken.
- Kolbenpumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilzungen (29) des zwischen Gehäuse (12) und Ventilscheibe (13) eingespannten Blattfederventils (23) direkt auf die Verbindungskanäle (14) einwirken.
