Claims (9)
- Pompe à pistons axiaux, avec entraínement à plateau oscillant et moteur électrique travaillant en milieu humide, le moteur électrique présentant un arbre d'entraínement, caractérisée par les particularités suivantes,
un disque d'entraínement (5) prend appui par l'intermédiaire de paliers à roulement (6) sur une bague de roulement (7) de moteur électrique,
un plateau oscillant (8) prend appui par l'intermédiaire de paliers à roulement (9) sur le disque d'entraínement (5),
des pistons (10) agencés par paires sont contraints élastiquement et prennent appui sur le plateau oscillant (8),
les pistons (10) sont insérés dans une pièce cylindrique (11),
la pièce cylindrique (11) est insérée dans un corps de pompe (12) et enserre un disque de clapet (13) entre le corps (12) et la pièce cylindrique (11),
le disque de clapet (13) présente des canaux de liaison (14) pour des canaux d'admission et de pression (15, 16),
les canaux de liaison (14) et les canaux d'admission (15) présentent des clapets anti-retour (17 et 18),
la pièce cylindrique (11) est sollicitée par le corps de pompe (12) et le corps de pompe (12) par un couvercle de corps (19),
le couvercle de corps (19) est sollicité par une paroi enroulée de corps de pompe (20),
le corps de pompe (12) et le couvercle de corps (19) présentent des tubulures de raccordement d'admission et de refoulement (21 et 22). - Pompe à pistons axiaux selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les clapets anti-retour (17, 18) sont réalisés en tant que clapets à lames élastiques (23, 24) et sont enserrés entre le disque de clapet (13) et le corps (12) ou respectivement entre le disque de clapet (13) et la pièce cylindrique (11).
- Pompe à pistons axiaux selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les pistons (10) sont sollicités par une bascule à ressort (25), la bascule à ressort (25) prenant appui sur un téton centreur (26) de la pièce cylindrique (11).
- Pompe à pistons axiaux selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le plateau oscillant (8) est placé avec un évidement de centrage (27) sur le téton centreur (26).
- Pompe à pistons axiaux selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le plateau oscillant (8) est guidé sans rotation possible dans le corps (12) ou la pièce formant cylindre (11).
- Pompe à pistons axiaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le moteur électrique (3) est disposé dans la zone d'admission de la pompe, c'est-à-dire entre le raccord d'admission (21) et les canaux d'admission (15).
- Pompe à pistons axiaux l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les canaux d'admission (15) sont disposés dans la pièce cylindrique (11).
- Pompe à pistons axiaux selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les languettes de clapet (28) du clapet à lame élastique (24) enserré entre le disque de clapet (13) et la pièce cylindrique (11), agissent directement sur les canaux d'admission (15).
- Pompe à pistons axiaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les languettes de clapet (29) du clapet à lame élastique (23) enserré entre le corps (12) et le disque de clapet (13) agissent directement sur les canaux de liaison (14).
