Claims (9)
- Procédé de projection de produit de revêtement au moyen d'au moins un automate (1) apte à déplacer au moins un projecteur (11) en regard d'objets (3, 3') à revêtir, ledit automate portant un réservoir (10) de produit de revêtement connecté audit projecteur, ledit réservoir étant périodiquement nettoyé et rempli en nouveau produit de revêtement dans une station (20) de nettoyage-remplissage, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à alimenter ladite station de nettoyage-remplissage au moyen de circuits (23) de circulation de produit, pour les produits de revêtement les plus souvent utilisés par ledit projecteur, et à alimenter ladite station directement à partir de réservoirs (40) de stockage de produit, pour les produits de revêtement les moins souvent utilisés, un réservoir de stockage (40) devant être connecté à ladite station (20) de nettoyage-remplissage étant sélectivement déplacé jusqu'à une position de connexion (40') à ladite station, en fonction du type de produit de revêtement prévu pour une phase de projection avec un produit de revêtement parmi les moins souvent utilisés.
- Installation de projection de produit de revêtement comprenant au moins un automate (1) apte à déplacer au moins un projecteur (11) en regard d'objets (3, 3') à revêtir, ledit automate portant un réservoir (10) de produit de revêtement connecté audit projecteur, et une station (20) de nettoyage et de remplissage dudit réservoir en produit de revêtement munie de premiers moyens (22) de raccordement amovible avec des moyens correspondants (12) portés par ledit automate et en communication avec ledit réservoir, caractérisée en ce que ladite station de nettoyage-remplissage comprend une unité (21) de changement de produit de revêtement raccordée à des circuits (23) d'alimentation en produits de revêtement et pourvue de seconds moyens (26) de raccordement amovible avec des moyens correspondants (42) portés par au moins un réservoir (40') parmi plusieurs réservoirs (40) de stockage de produits de revêtement.
- Installation de projection selon la revendication 2,
caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (41) de déplacement desdits réservoirs de stockage (40) à proximité de ladite station de nettoyage-remplissage, lesdits moyens de déplacement étant aptes à amener un réservoir prédéterminé (40') en regard desdits seconds moyens de raccordement (26). - Installation de projection selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdits réservoirs de stockage (40) portent chacun un code d'identification (44) alors que les moyens de déplacement (41) sont équipés d'un organe de lecture (43) dudit code.
- Installation de projection selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que lesdits premiers moyens de raccordement (22) et lesdits seconds moyens de raccordement (26) sont disposés sur deux côtés opposés (21a, 21b) de ladite unité de changement de produit de revêtement (21).
- Installation de projection selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que lesdits réservoirs (40) de stockage de produit de revêtement sont chacun pourvus de moyens de raccordement (42) aptes à coopérer avec lesdits seconds moyens de raccordement (26) de ladite unité de changement de produit de revêtement (21).
- Installation de projection selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de raccordement (12, 22, 26, 42) desdits réservoirs (40), de ladite unité (21) et dudit automate sont du type raccord rapide.
- Installation de projection selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisée en ce que lesdits réservoirs de stockage (40) comprennent une enveloppe jetable pré-remplie de produit de revêtement.
- Installation de projection selon les revendications 4 et 8, caractérisée en ce que chaque enveloppe jetable porte au moins une étiquette d'identification amovible apte à être apposée sur une coque externe d'un desdits réservoirs de stockage (40).
