Description

- la figure 1 est une vue en élévation d'une "machine latérale" de projection de produit de revêtement selon l'invention;
- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe de la poutre d'un premier mode de réalisation d'une "machine de toit" de projection de produit de revêtement selon l'invention; et
- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe de la poutre d'un second mode de réalisation d'une "machine de toit" de projection de produit de revêtement selon l'invention; et
Claims (10)
- Machine de projection de produit de revêtement, du type portant au moins un pulvérisateur (8, 58, 158) et un réservoir (6, 56, 156) embarqué à proximité dudit pulvérisateur, caractérisée en ce qu'elle porte en outre un bloc de changement de produit de revêtement (9, 59, 159) embarqué sur un sous-ensemble mobile (4, 50, 150) de ladite machine portant aussi ledit pulvérisateur et ledit réservoir et en ce que ledit bloc de changement de produit de revêtement (9, 59, 159) et ledit réservoir (6, 56, 156) sont mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre entre une position où ledit réservoir (6, 56, 156) et ledit bloc de changement de produit de revêtement (9, 59, 159) sont fluidiquement connectés et une position où ils sont isolés l'un de l'autre.
- Machine de projection de produit de revêtement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un support (5, 52) portant ledit réservoir (6, 156) et ledit pulvérisateur (8, 158), ledit support étant mobile entre une position où ledit réservoir et ledit bloc de changement de produit de revêtement (9, 159) sont fluidiquement connectés et une position où ils sont isolés l'un de l'autre.
- Machine de projection de produit de revêtement selon la revendication 1 du type "machine de toit" comportant une poutre (50, 150) supportant ledit pulvérisateur (8, 58), caractérisée en ce que le réservoir (56, 156) associé à chaque pulvérisateur (58, 158) est logé dans un support (52, 152) faisant saillie à l'extérieur du corps (53, 153) de ladite poutre (50, 150).
- Machine de projection de produit de revêtement selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le bloc de changement de produit de revêtement (59) est mobile entre une position à l'intérieur dudit corps (53) de ladite machine (50) et une position à l'extérieur dudit corps de cette poutre.
- Machine de projection de produit de revêtement selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le support (152) portant le réservoir (156) et le pulvérisateur (158) est mobile verticalement entre une position haute de nettoyage-remplissage du réservoir (156) et du pulvérisateur (158) et une position basse de revêtement.
- Machine de projection de revêtement selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les pulvérisateurs (158) sont réglables en hauteur indépendamment les uns des autres.
- Machine de projection de produit de revêtement selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit support (52) est mobile en translation parallèlement à l'axe (54) de ladite poutre (50).
- Machine de projection de produit de revêtement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle porte des moyens de connexion fluidique (12, 13 ; 61, 62 ; 174, 175) formant isolateur électrique.
- Machine de projection de produit de revêtement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, destinée au revêtement de produit électriquement conducteur, caractérisée en ce que le réservoir (6, 56, 156) est porté à la haute tension lors des phases de revêtement pendant lesquelles il est isolé du bloc de changement de produit de revêtement (9, 59, 159) et mis à la terre lors des phases de nettoyage et de remplissage dudit réservoir où il est connecté audit bloc de changement de produit de revêtement.
- Machine de projection de produit de revêtement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le pulvérisateur est du type rotatif (8, 58, 158) et en ce que la distance entre l'arête du bol de pulvérisation et la face la plus proche du réservoir (6, 56, 156) est inférieure à 200 mm.
