Claims (8)
- Fahrbare Gleisstopfmaschine mit mehreren über Antriebe beistellbaren und vibrierbaren Stopfwerkzeugen, wobei das Stopfwerkzeug auf beiden Seiten der jeweiligen Schwelle einander gegenüberliegend Stopfpickel aufweist, die bei Aktivierung in den Schotter des Gleisunterbaus eintauchen und den Schotter unter die Schwelle stopfen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stopfwerkzeuge (14) quer zu den Schienen (4) verfahrbar sind, und daß die Stopfpickel (16) mit zunehmendem Abstand der Stopfwerkzeuge (14) von den Schienen (4) mit vermindertem Stopfdruck arbeiten. - Fahrbare Gleisstopfmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
wobei jeweils ein Stopfwerkzeug auf der einen Seite, und ein zweites Stopfwerkzeug auf der anderen Seite jeder Schiene (4) angeordnet sind, wobei die jeweils einer Schiene zugeordneten beiden Stopfwerkzeuge ein Stopfaggregat (10) bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stopfwerkzeuge (14) der Stopfaggregate (10) aus einer ersten schienennahen Stellung voneinander weg in eine zweite, schienenferne Stellung verfahrbar sind, und daß die Stopfpickel (16) in der zweiten Stellung mit einem Stopfdruck arbeiten, der gegenüber dem Stopfdruck in der ersten Stellung reduziert ist. - Fahrbare Gleisstopfmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stopfwerkzeuge (14) bei ihrer Bewegung aus der ersten Stellung in die zweite Stellung dieselbe Weglänge zurücklegen. - Fahrbare Gleisstopfmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines oder beide Stopfwerkzeuge (14) der Stopfaggregate (10) von der zweiten Stellung in eine noch schienenfernere dritte Stellung verfahrbar sind, und daß die Stopfpickel (16) in der dritten Stellung mit einem Stopfdruck arbeiten, der von dem Stopfdruck der ersten Stellung und/oder der zweiten Stellung verschieden ist. - Fahrbare Gleisstopfmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zum Schwellenkopf liegende Stopfwerkzeug (14) der Stopfaggregate (10) über das Ende des Schwellenkopfes hinaus verfahrbar, anschließend um 90° um eine vertikale Achse drehbar und vor den Schwellenkopf fahrbar ist und die Schwellen mit einem einstellbaren Stopfdruck kopfseitig unterstopft. - Fahrbare Gleisstopfmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stopfwerkzeuge (14) von pneumatischen oder hydraulischen Antrieben gesteuert verfahrbar sind. - Fahrbare Gleisstopfmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Stopfwerkzeug auf beiden Seiten der jeweiligen Schwellen einander gegenüberliegend je zwei Stopfpickel (16) aufweist. - Fahrbare Gleisstopfmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stopfdruck in der/den schienenfernen Stellung(en) der Stopfwerkzeuge (14) zwischen 30% - 70%, bevorzugt zwischen 40% und 60% des Stopfdruckes beträgt, mit welchem die Stopfpickel in der schienennahen Stellung arbeiten.
