Claims (13)
- Zündvorrichtung für Artillerie durch Schlagzünder mit Hilfe eines in Bezug auf einen Träger (1) verschiebbar beweglichen Schlagbolzens (2), wobei der Schlagbolzen (2) durch Antriebsmittel (4, 9, 11, 12, 18) zu einer Translationsbewegung angetrieben wird, welche nacheinander gewährleisten :den Übergang des Schlagbolzens von einer Ruheposition in eine Gefechtsposition, in welcher ein Schleudermittel des Schlagbolzens gespannt ist,den Übergang des Schlagbolzens von der Gefechtsposition in eine Zündposition, in welcher er durch das Schleudermittel auf einen Schlagzünder gepresst wird,die Rückkehr des Schlagbolzens in die Ruheposition, wobei die Antriebsmittel ein Festhalten des Schlagbolzens in dieser Ruheposition gewährleisten,einen Hebel (4), der mit dem Schlagbolzen (2) verbunden ist und in Bezug auf den Träger (1 gelenkig angebracht ist,eine drehbare Sperrklinke (9), die geeignet ist, den Hebel (4) freizugeben,ein Schleudermittel (11, 18), das auf den Hebel wirkt und fest mit dem Träger (1) verbunden ist,Antriebsmittel (12), die auf die Sperrklinke (9) einwirken und durch ihre Hilfe die Drehung des Hebels (4) und als Folge das Spannen des Schlagbolzens (2), dann das Freigeben dieses Hebels (4) bewirken,
- Zündvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste Raste (15) ein zylindrisches Profil aufweist, in welchem die Sperrklinke (9) ihre Drehung beginnt, auf die eine zweite Raste (16) folgt, in der die Sperrklinke (9) sich zurückstellt, um die Drehung des Hebels (4) um seine Achse (6) zu erlauben.
- Zündvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Raste (16) eine Tiefe aufweist, die dem Perkussionsweg des Schlagbolzens entspricht.
- Zündvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ansatz (17) jenseits der zweiten Raste (16) angeordnet ist, um mit einer Rampe (21) zusammen zu wirken, die auf dem Hebel (4) angebracht ist, um diesen in die Ausgangsposition zurück zu führen.
- Zündvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (12) durch eine Rückstellfeder in die Ausgangsposition zurückgeführt wird.
- Zündvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (12) mit Hilfe eines Hydraulikzylinders zu einer Translationsbewegung angetrieben wird.
- Zündvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schleudermittel des Hebels von einem Arm (11) gebildet wird, dessen eines Ende auf dem Hebel (4) anliegt und dessen Anderes starr mit einem Torsionsstab (18) verbunden ist, wobei das andere Ende des Armes und des Stabes am Träger (1) befestigt sind.
- Zündvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (4) ein Ende aufweist, das am Schlagbolzen (2) befestigt ist, und das Andere an einer Drehachse (6) in Bezug auf den Träger (1) befestigt ist, wobei die Sperrklinke (9) drehbar in Bezug auf diesen Hebel (4) um einen Punkt, der sich zwischen seinen beiden Enden befindet, angebracht ist.
- Zündvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Torsionsstab (18) anfänglich unter Vorspannung gesetzt wird.
- Zündvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (4) in Form einer Platte ausgeführt ist, die Öffnungen (7) aufweist, die es ermöglichen, ihr Trägheitsmoment zu reduzieren.
- Zündvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrklinke (9) an den Hebel (4) mit Hilfe einer Feder angehängt ist.
- Zündvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlagbolzen (2) eine erste, senkrecht zur Achse des Schlagbolzens liegende Nute (23), in die das Ende des Hebels (4) eingelegt wird, und ein in diese mündendes Klötzchen (26) aufweist, um den Hebel in dieser Nute festzuhalten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlagbolzen (2) mit Mitteln ausgerüstet ist, die sein Herausziehen ermöglichen und wenigstens zwei Rasten (30) an seiner hinteren Seite, um sein Greifen zu ermöglichen, und eine zweite Nute (24), parallel zur Achse des Schlagbolzens, umfasst, welche mit der ersten Nute (23) in Verbindung steht, wobei der Hebel (4) die zweite Nute (24) nach Zurücksetzen des Klötzchens (26) und Drehung des Schlagbolzens durchläuft.
