Claims (5)

  1. Käseschneidvorrichtung, die über eine Bodenplatte (1) verfügt, auf der der Käse (2) liegt und die über einen mittigen Stift (3) verfügt, der vorwiegend senkrecht zur Platte auf ihr angebracht ist, auf den der Käse (2) gesetzt wird, nachdem er auf seiner Mittellinie entlang perforiert wurde und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie über eine vertikale Schneide (4) verfügt, die mit einem unteren Nocken (5) verbunden ist, der durch die Basis des mittigen Stifts geführt wird und auf dessen Oberteil sich ein Griff (6) befindet, der die Benutzung und das kontrollierte Bewegen der Schneide (4) innerhalb einer Wölbung (7), die von dem mittigen Stift (3) bis zur Position einer kreisförmigen Rille (8) in der Bodenplatte (1) reicht, vereinfacht.
  2. Käseschneidplatte gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittige Stift (3) eine runde Form aufweist und auf seiner gesamten vertikalen Länge eine rechteckige Vertiefung (9) hat, die die vertikale Schneide (4) aufnimmt und an seinem oberen Ende mit einem Sicherheitsring (10) versehen ist, der den mittigen Stift (3) umschliesst und die Schneide (4) am Herabfallen hindert und über eine Öffnung (11) verfügt, die, wenn sie sich gegenüber der rechteckigen Vertiefung (9) befindet, es der Schneide (4) erlaubt, sich zu bewegen und somit den Käse (2) zu schneiden.
  3. Käseschneidplatte gemäss den vorangegangenen Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittige Stift (3) auf einer unteren Halterung (12) aufliegt, die in der Mitte der Bodenplatte (1) eingesetzt ist und ausserdem einen Gewindenocken (13) hat, der über die Halterung (12) hinausgeht und einen kleinen Teller (14), der auf der Unterseite der Bodenplatte (1) aufliegt und über eine Flügelmutter (15) verfügt, die auf den Gewindenocken (13) geschraubt wird, um so die vertikale Ausrichtung des mittigen Stifts (3) zu garantieren.
  4. Käseschneidplatte gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenplatte (1) mit einem abnehmbaren Teil (16) versehen ist, um das abgeschnittene Käsestück weiter zu verarbeiten, wobei ein anderer abnehmbarer Teil (17), der über eine innere Vertiefung (18) verfügt, die einen Stanzer (19) aufnimmt, um den Käse (2) in der Mitte zu lochen.
  5. Käseschneidplatte gemäss Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stanzer (19) über einen Griff (20) und direkt darunter über einen Schutzdeckel (21) verfügt, von dem ein länglicher Körper (22) von dem Stanzer ausgeht, der an seinem Ende eine fast rautenförmige Spitze (23) aufweist. Desweiteren verfügt der Stanzer über einen Halteteller (24), der hinsichtlich des Körpers des Stanzers bewegt werden kann und dazu da ist, auf dem Käse (2) aufzuliegen, während dieser geschnitten wird, wobei der besagte Halteteller (24) über eine Führungsbüchse (25) verfügt, auf der der Schutzdeckel (21) des Stanzers (19) aufsitzt, während sich der Körper des Stanzers (22) nach unten bewegt.
